One of the best brands in Pakistan with decent rates, complete variety of gents n childrens summer n winters. Nice building. Staff response should a bit improved, overall a nice place for shopping. Keep it up.

I want to share my experience of shopping at this store. We bought a few articles on sale, some articles on sale didn't even have tags but their assistant told us don't worry. However, when i checked the bill after payment, I found one article on full Price. I asked the person on the counter to correct it but he said that the store has no return policy on any product and it can only be exchanged within 14 days. Very strange, first their assistant failed to guide us properly and then the person on the counter was unable to correct the bill even when the customer hadn't left the counter. If customer satisfaction is not their priority then they don't deserve any star, in fact minus 5 stars.

Worst store of outfitters, place is untidy, guard and salesmen stare families. FAMILIES MUST TAKE CAUTION WHILE VISITING THIS STORE .

These days are very tough and hot. As a healthcare provider, I suggest everyone wear a hat during sunlight. Today, I tried T. Collar and Alfateh but couldn't find a hat. Thanks to Outfitters, they are providing us with beautiful hats.

It was very nice to go there, staff was very cooperative, Prices was also affordable. They need to improve 1 things When someone enters if he or she have already any bag or something there is no place to put that belongings. You have to keep it with you all the time that's annoying

Outfitters is progressing day by day. I start it was sa small shop in Lahore but now it is a company. In start it import the clothes from china just like breakout but now it has its own manufacturing units in Lahore. The staff of this store is well trained. i like the display of product it was always found perfect. You can fine every size every time without any help.

I use normally outfitters clothes reasonable price good stuff and fitting too.

Needed an article that wasnt available anywhere in isb. Isb outlet told me it was faisalabad store but you will have to manage on ur own to get it. I looked up numbers on the internet and found one of the employees number Waqar. He works at the chenone branch of outfitters at faisalabad. I asked him if there was a way I can buy to which he said I cant order online since its finished but he can tcs the article to me. I was double minded obviously thought wht if I make the payment to his personal account n he never sends it. But I took the risk sent him the articles amount as well as the tcs amount. He paid for my article next day went and sent it through tcs to me. Sent me all the reciepts and I got my article in a day. Really appreciate the honesty and loyalty of this employee. His dedication to work is commendable. Such employees are an asset to the company.

Outfitters is popular brand for both men and women clothing. Mostly the cover casual styles for teenagers. Normally no formal suiting is available. They know their targeted market and doing well accordingly. In short, it's a wonderful store if you don't need to be formal.

I like their some of the articles but not many. Selection of the right fit for you is quite challenging with them. Their staff needs training to guide customers.

Too much expensive brand quality not good We bought sheep wool jacket but very bad quality When we want to return they said only you can change not refund Even we don't want anything We bought another jumper it's also not good quality Overall I am very disappointed 👎

A well known brand with good quality products but sometimes staff can do some mistakes like packing a different sized product then what you choose but overall it's a good brand
