This was the worst pizza experience I’ve had. The pizza from Oven Story was completely uncooked, stale. The base was uncooked in some place and soggy in others, cheese barely melted, and the toppings tasted old – it was clearly not freshly prepared. Totally pathetic quality – not just disappointing, but unacceptable for a food delivery. It felt like they just threw leftovers into a box and sent it out. Wasted my money and appetite. Never expected such poor standards from a brand like this. Definitely not ordering again and would not recommend to anyone.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a food delivery. The order was delivered over an hour late, and during that entire time, there was no update or communication from the restaurant. I tried calling several times — the restaurant didn’t answer, and even the delivery agent’s call went unanswered. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, stale, and undercooked. The pizza looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The packaging was poor, and the overall taste was awful — definitely not worth the price or the wait. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected a fresh, hot meal from a known brand like Oven Story, but this experience was a total disappointment. The team seriously needs to improve communication, delivery timing, food quality, and packaging standards

One of the most worst experiences I have had with any food chain brand, can't even call it a brand. I ordered 2 pizza from ovenstory app as I wanted to give it a try,but it proved to be a wrong decision, when the order got delivered and opened the box me and my family were just shocked the chesse was smelling ridiculously it was not looking good at all taste was worst. When I called the customer care they were straight forward and told that we cannot provide a resolution. Wasted my money and time on the wrong pizza company. Will never recommend it to anyone else. They are just paying youtubers to praise their brand.

Ordered garlic bread , speaking of taste it was worst ..no proper filling of cheese and paneer. Plus size is too small. Almost half of the what we get in Dominos.

I ordered buy 1 get 1 pizza. I recived cold, soggy and slightly crushed pizza. Worst experience.

This pizza deserves the World’s Worst Pizza Award in 2025. I got stomach pain and vomiting after eating single piece of pizza. They need to learn how to serve hot food instead of cold. The pizza tasted like it was two days old and about to grow fungus any moment. All online platforms should ban listings for such poor-quality pizza. It doesn’t even deserve a single star, but unfortunately, I can’t give a rating lower than that.

Ruined my dinner. Delivered cold pizza after 75minutes of placing the order. Support and delivery guy said they went to wrong location via their map. Now their map messed my address and I had to pay the price. The map sent him to a choraha and delivery guy was waiting there before I called. Was he going to leave it under nearest tree? How can the map not bother about society and select random choraha?

I had ordered thin crust pizza of oven story but I received chapati base pizza? It was literally papad. When I had called to manager he also said I have this type of thin crust only. If u have your own version than mention it in your leaflet mention in inches or papad or chapati whatever.even not get refund , not customer friendly n not quality , want to give zero star😔

We regularly order from this outlet using Zomato, never faced an issue, may be because we live near the outlet. Pizza will always be overpriced and if you want good crust, tasty cheese and loads of toppings this is the best place to order from. If you have any offers, do order from here n enjoy.

First time I ordered from this outlet. The pizza was not what I earlier had from same outlet when one of my friend ordered. I ordered one Chicken Kheema and Sausage Cheese burst pizza. The cheese burst was missing totally like which I earlier had from ovenstory. Also the order took more time than usually it was showing in Zomato. Also I ordered one Garlic Bread infused with Cheese which was better, but quantity was less, only four sticks.

I had a very disappointing experience with Oven Story Pizza Café in Wakad, especially through their tie-up with Swiggy. The quality of food they deliver doesn’t even meet basic standards. Orders are often prepared long before delivery, and by the time they reach, the food is stale and completely unworthy of consumption. Even the dine-in experience was no different, and it was my mistake to give them a second chance. What makes it worse is that Swiggy continues to support and profit from this malpractice, making them equally accountable for the poor service. The restaurant and Swiggy both fail to meet the simplest expectations, such as providing ketchup and tissues with the order. The overall service reflects a lack of basic etiquette and professionalism. This is not just a failure of Oven Story Pizza but also a serious lapse on Swiggy’s part, as they are knowingly enabling and benefiting from such negligence, thereby playing with the health and time of ordinary customers.

That is the worst pizza I have ever nave. It is chill cold. 1 had placed order at 9:12pm and I received order at 10:45pm. They already delayed the order nd then place the pizza which is not even edible. Big Nooo for oven story..Never buy again. I want my refund or you guys cantankerous it back.

I ordered Pizza from Zomato and got it in time , Pizza was little overpriced, quality was good , Tate was awesome, and it was hot. Overall my experience was good.

The outlet prepares items well in advance—sometimes an hour before—and then dispatches them, compromising freshness and safety. Unfortunately, the dine-in experience is equally disappointing. It was my mistake to give this place a second chance. What makes matters worse is Swiggy’s active involvement in this malpractice. Their negligence enables such fraudulent practices, and I can substantiate this claim with evidence. Basic dining etiquettes such as providing ketchup and tissues with an order are blatantly ignored. The food served is practically inedible. This is not merely the failure of Oven Story Pizza, but primarily of Swiggy, which is profiteering by risking the health, time, and trust of ordinary people.

Basic courtesy is also missing — no ketchup, no tissues, and absolutely no effort to provide a proper customer experience. It clearly shows a lack of responsibility and respect for the people they serve. In reality, this isn’t just the failure of one restaurant, but also of Swiggy, which is equally responsible for allowing such practices and putting customers’ health and time at risk.

It was okay pizza. Not so good as like dominos. They have given good options for combos. Specially I liked half pizza concept. Base is thin and crispy. But cheese was not enough for pizza if you are eating cheese burst of dominos. They should mention something like cheese burst in pizza customisation. Rest veggies were fine but better if add mushrooms. I tried veggie and napoli pizza.

Very good pizza and have good deals on swiggy. Had ordered the plain Large Margherita with peri peri cheese sauce. They have other varieties too including plain Margherita. Attached photos. Was delivered fast too.

Loved the base of the pizza and right amount of cheese and veggies. It was soft and delicious. Garlic bread was also good.
