Oxford Residence

I lived at Oxford for three years and had a good experience. The building is well-maintained, with modern and clean facilities. The amenities, including the gym, pool, and communal areas, are excellent and consistently well-kept. The pool was my favorite part, it was great for swimming and enjoying my evenings.The security team is proactive and friendly as also the people living there. The location is ideal, with convenient access to shops and restaurants by walk. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I’ve been an owner at Oxford Residence 1 and absolutely love it here. The building quality is excellent, the pool has a great vibe, and there’s plenty of natural light. Security, maintenance staff, and management are all friendly, polite, and responsive. The corridors always smell fresh, and the neighbors are great. Even though it’s not brand new, everything is well-maintained — nothing to complain about!

An absolutely diabolical building, had it not been for the security guards, I would rate this place Zero Stars. The problem with this building is the construction materials that were used. There is absolutely no sound proofing including the front patio doors which do little to quash any sound. The AC is atrocious, it cannot cope with the heat in Dubai. Finally, the maintenance team are as useful as a chocolate teapot.

One of the worst developers, building finish is terrible, gas leaks, water leaks, cracked walls, no AC, no functioning facilities, gaps in windows, tiny kitchens with cheap appliances, no dishwasher. No option for electric cooker or oven, you are forced to pay into their gas monopoly. Very noisy with lots of labourers using hammers to try to fix everything but just making things worse. Management that does not care for the tenants. Do yourself a favour and choose a reputable developer and don't waste your money on this place.

Worst building to live in. The manager of the building needs to learn more of customer service, I wonder why they gave him that position. AC problem always happen in my flat and I lived there for 2 years, I asked the maintenance and they just charge me a lot, without fixing it and then the attitude of the guard! I reported last time that the African security was rude and I even emailed them officially filing a complaint about him and nothing happened. Everytime I pass by he doesn’t open the door and no greetings. He is always on the phone and he thinks of himself like he is my boss. I spoke to Osama about it and nothing, nada! These people doesn’t deserve work in this time of crisis. They should get another job or training to enhance their interpersonal skills. Don’t live in this building.

Stayed at an Airbnb room for one night - it wasnt good... the room didnt look anything like the posted pictures which was very misleading. No toilet paper in bathroom, no soap available, turned shower on to warm up water, came back a minute later and the bathroom floor was flooded. Food left in the fridge. Was the worst experience I've had with an Airbn...

The security are very good and supportive The Maintenance guys are good Management listen to the complaints & solve issues

It's Excellent World Class Project in very Economical Price offering a premium Quality, The Flooring Tiles are used there From Italy, The wardrobes and Kitchen Cabinets are fixed there from Italy with Nice Architectural Design having Pool with Landscape at First Floor. And secondly having nice community. With 24/7 security and BMS system for Building. IMAN DEVELOPERS has successfully completed its second project Oxford Residence. And in Year 2019 , 2 new projects are expected in JVC.

Worst experience ever!!!! Management of the building is unprofessional inefficient, any problem you have with apartment you would have to wait ages to be fixed..very poor comm between the building amd agencies when it comes to any problem Manager of the building Osama unhelpful Don’t live here!!!
