This hotel operates with misleading and dishonest pricing. The price was clearly given in advance and we were specifically asked to come and pay at the time of staying. When we arrived, the receptionist also confirmed and agreed to the same price at check-in. Despite this, the price was later changed without any valid reason. When we raised the issue with the manager, instead of handling it professionally, he bragged about the hotel having 3 stars, which was shocking and irrelevant to the problem. Star ratings do not justify unethical behavior. The rooms are extremely small, far worse than nearby hotels in Deira that offer bigger rooms at much lower prices. The rates here are unreasonably high for the poor quality provided. Overall, bad management, poor customer handling, and zero value for money. Avoid this hotel if you want honest pricing and basic professionalism.

Very bad hotel and service and staff

One Of The Better Finds Among The OYO Hotels In Dubai Decent rooms & nice hospitality for the guests. The hotel has quite a few nightclubs with nice live entertainment with Dance Floor to relax late evenings alongside food & beverages. This is on the list of places to stay if you are on a budget and for individuals who have plans during the day but only require a place to rest at night. The Market Area in which the hotel is located is prone to traffic accumulation & congestion causing risk to the pedestrians. Be attentive when you walk or navigate to the place.

Very bad experience last night I visit there everywhere parking give hotal but he cahrged 50 dharam but why not mention in booking page and I come room then reception guy calling m pay 50 dhRam now I say can I pay after 1 hour coz I'm eating he said better you pay now🙄 I'm shocked this very bad services and after in room no slippers no big towel no TV channels no good wifi very bad experience in my life I'm not visit again if you need money you mention pay all money together😬.

Floor was totally wet, room was not cleaned enough. Very poor ambience of room. If you take any services from hotel they'll charge you a hefty price. For 2AED coke they'll charge 20AED. If you want something to have, go get by your self.

Очень хороший отель. Чистые комнаты.Номера уютные и удобные. Очень понравился номер и отель. Мы с мужем очень довольны. Персонал внимательный и приветливый. Рекомендую всем. Расположен в пешей доступности от метро.

California hotel is a budget hotel, value for money. It's a clean, quiet environment. Could have been a greater experience had the property owner decided to incorporate a swimming pool at the premise.

Бюджетный отель. Лично мне за эту цену подошёл. Симпатично. Тихо. Завтраки вкусненькие, лёгкие. Европейца может отпугнуть большое количество темнокожих и индусов. ))) Если это вас не беспокоит, то вы можете неплохо сэкономить, поселившись в этом отеле.

Rooms are neat but no sofa, just chairs and table and wi fi only works at the reception and not working in the rooms. Some of the staff especially security and room service are very nice and hospitable, but the front desk staff are not so friendly, they didn't allow us into the rooms on the day of arrival inspite of the fact that I requested for early check in, they are however, very friendly to their fellow Indians, also hotel has a night club which can be very noisy at night. The location is however good and close to markets, shops and train station

The room is good. The staff are nice specially the House keeping supervisor Mr Anu Varghese. But the small Indian guy receptionist is the worst person I've ever met. He's so rude. He doesn't know how to approach the guest in a friendly manner. He likes a boss the way he talked to the guest.. If he continue being like that it will affect the management... He doesn't know what is "HOSPITALITY" is...

One of the worst place I have ever stayed in dubai, I booked for this place seeing its room in OYO, I paid full amount through app, when I reached the place the receptionist told that they are not partners with oyo and that I have to get refund from oyo ( for which I am not getting any reply from OYO). I had to pay the full amount again to the hotel and book for the same room as I was tired to go out for room hunt, the WiFi was not working from the beginning to the end of my stay, I called the front dusk around 8 times and they said the lamest excuse of restarting the system (what ever that means) , every single time, the kettle which was kept for the water was not clean when asked for replacement had to face a arogent room service boy. I had to call multiple times to even get a bottle of water to the room, stayed in many hotels this was the worse. Guys never chose this hotel This hotel doesn't even deserve a single star

Это наш 1й отель в Дубай, еще в 2014 году. Не знаю как сейчас, но раньше был адок. Две дискотеки внизу. Напротив входа в отель ночная стройка. На завтрак и обед голодными не были. Для очень уставших, переночевать пойдёт.

فندق تعبان جدا .. خدمة الواي فاي دائما فيه عاطلة والمشكلة الاكبر انك لا تتمكن من شحن الهاتف النقال لأن المصباح سيبقى مضيئا طوال الليل ولن تتمكن من النوم... اصوات البار مزعجة وتصل الغرف .. الاستقبال غير محترف في التعامل ويريدون التخلص من المسؤولية وواجبات العمل. صراحة تجربة يي:و

This is not a good place for family, located at a heart of Diera market. Unprofessional and rude staff, they take your passport as a guarantee even if you pay the bill in advance. Keeping the passport is against gvt of Dubai rules,still they keep it with them. Till morning 4am you can hear a loud music which comes from their 3 live bands no which room you are in. Except WiFi nothing is complimentary, just avoid the place. Connectivity wise it is 5 min walk from Baniya square metro station.

Crowded place difficult to find the parking space for cars but nice for middle class people

Do not tell the hotel system totaly….. The system is very bad here hotel people come at 3:10 in the night and miss us, they say other people come in the room, how polite is that,,,,,

Very very poor service! In the site stated vallet parking but no parking space! Its not true! You need to pay 10dhs per hour. Security personnel also rude and dont show respect to a guest!!! Very very un professional!!! Very poor service. Just a waste of money!!!
