يعتبر نظيف وسعره مناسب بالنسبه للموقع

اعطي 3 نجمات للتعامل الجيد مكان استراتيجي قريب من الخدمات (المطاعم والاسواق) لكن.. النظافه رديئه المبنى قديم. هات معاك ديتول لاستخدامه للحمامات وهات شراشف للسرير واغطية مخدات. وامورك في السليم. *اقتراح لادارة الشقق هات شركه كل 3 شهور تغسل الكنب والموكيت وتنظف الجدران والشبابيك. اتمنى لكم التوفيق.

سيئة ورائحت الغرف كريهة عدم نظافة النجمة فقط لفطورهم المتنوع يومياً صحيح انك لا تستطيع اختيار الطبق و نوع الطعام المناسب لك ولكنه جميل و ايضا سعرها رخيص كشقق مفروشة و اعتقد بانها تصلح اكثر كما يقال بيوت الشباب لا تصلح للعوائل نهائيا اخلاق الموظفين سيئة جداً ولا يوجد خدمات قريبة خاصة مغاسل الملابس في ايام لم استطع ايجاد موقف للسيارة بجانب الشقق و ايضاً عند الحجز من بوكينق تغير السعر عند و صولي لهم بحجة ان بوكينق لا يطلعهم على الاسعار التي لديهم و انه يعمل عروض مختلفة عن ما عندهم من اسعار اعتقد بأني لن اعيد تجربة المكان مرة اخرى ولن ازور ايضاً اي شقق لدوم لكل فروعها

The apartment is dirty and even if you ask for cleaning services the result is not acceptable. Bad and old furniture Internet is also bad and the cooking stove is a joke. It is a pricey hotel in a good area with bad conditions.

الاستقبال كان ممتاز بالاخصم الاخ المصري.... السعر متواضع جدآ مقارنة بموقع العقار... حبذا لو اهتمو ببعض التفاصيل مثلآ دوره المياة الله يكرمكم والاثاث وبعض التفاصيل الصغيره... مشكلة عندهم حجزت عن طريق برنامج وطلب مني الاخ الهندي ارجع الساعه ٤ العصر ....؟ اطريت الغي الحجز واحجز من تحت بمبلغ اعلى شوي

تم حجزه للوالد غرفه و صاله و اعجبه مره و موقعه ممتاز قريب لقصر الرياض

اتصل علي المصري اليوم ويسألني... انت حجزت عن طريق بوكنج... بي 140 بنزيد الاجار عليك الاجار... قلت له انا حاجز عن طريقكم من تحت والسعر نفس السليمانية... ويتصل 4 مرات و قال لي معليش اخر شئ كان في خطأ في السيستم... قال لي اجلس خلاص مافي مشكلة قلت له بروح السلمانية.... انتم ما عندكم برج الكباب... يمين الله... هذا اللي صار

Hi, based on my experience I'm writing this review. I stayed in this property almost 9 months continuously (2015 Jun to 2016 March end. Let's speak about the positive first, the hotel is located near the supermarket, restaurants, and easy to take a taxi ride. The hotel room maintenance is based on your request, and it will very neat. Based on your request food will be delivered on your door (you have to pay for the food) Me and my friend left the hotel at the end of March 2016 because of a staff behavior is very rude with us and the management didn't take any action on that guy. Really he don't know how to communicate with the staff. He don't know to smile even. But he is in reception, can you imagine if a robot standing in reception 😂😂😂 he is like that. The internet was very bad, everytime we requested the staffs to reset the router. Really it is like pain on the *** Furnitures to be replaced (including bed). Recently I investigated with OYO the price for the long term stay. But after seeing the photos of the same existing old furnitures, I decided it's not worth of paying for the same stuffs. I request the hotel management to give importance to infrastructure, furnitures, and value to the customers money. Don't try to manage with the existing old furnitures, I really lost my interest to get back again.

استاجرت فيها يوم واحد .. تعامل استقبال راقي ، غرفة مناسبة لشخصين مش اكثر ( مساحتها ضيقة شويتين ) نظافة جيدة جداً .. الاسعار مختلفة من يوم لاخر .. ولكن بشكل عام فندق جميل وراقي وهادئ 👍🏻

Friendly personnel with the right attitude. Basic breakfast is included. Ring them to bring breakfast to the room, which they do in a snap. WiFi is included, however, it is not available in the reception area. Given the fact that it is an international Indian hotel chain, English is limited. I inquired about getting a quote to rent on a monthly basis, but no answer was ever given. The hotel is located in a good Central location. Room smelled to cigarette smoke.

فندق جيد للإقامات السريعة. اسعار مناسبه للمكان والخدمة يوجد محطة بنزين وبقاله صغيرة وصراف الي قريب. انترنت سريع Good place for fast and short trips only. Prices match the service Gas station, small market &ATM near place Fast internet

Nice hotel. Affordable prices. In a very serene environment. Like the view and located next to the road with amenities stores close by. A good experience overall thanks to the staff who speak Arabic and English in cases of foreigners.4 stars from me

حجزت بوكنق وحددت الوصول الساعه ١١ مساء ووصلت ساعه ١٠ مساء قال الحجز انلغى . كيف ومجتني رساله ولا شي قال انلغى من النظام وتوصلت مع بوكنق وقدمت شكوى قالو خلاص اذا كثرت نفس المشكله بنشيله من النظام . المهم لا حد يحجز فيها ولا يروح له سئي وكذابيين الاستقبال اعتقد هندي

The room for single is average but the bathroom with shower in a very small space is not comfortable at all The breakfast included in the room is ok. The customer service is terrible. I will not recommend this place to my co-workers.

Everything was fine except bedrooms has no light dimers or even lampshade. Hotel Service was good but foreign guess cant interact with the reception very well because receptionist don't speak English.

أجمل مافي المكان النظافة والترتيب وعمل فندقي راقي على أعلى مستوى والسعر المناسب جدا جدا أنصح بالتعامل مع فنادق دوم. وأسوأ ما فيه تعامل موظف الاستقبال المصري، مع احترامي الشديد لكن هذا الكائن ليس ملما بمبادئ التعامل مع النزلاء
