در مجموع، مهمانان گزارش می‌دونن که قیمت‌ها گاهی دو برابر می‌شه، هزینه‌های مخفی مثل GST یا هزینه‌های اضافی برای اتاق AC یا حتی برای آب و برق به‌صورت ناگهانی می‌رسه؛ همین‌طور اکثر اتاق‌ها تمیز نیستن، بوی ناخوشایند می‌ده، و امکانات مثل AC یا آب گرم کار نمیکنن یا به‌صورت ناگهانی قطع می‌شن؛ کارکنان گاهی بی‌تجربه یا بی‌مهربون می‌شن، و در بعضی موارد حتی در پذیرش یا در حین چک‑این درخواست پول اضافی می‌کنن یا اجازه ورود نمی‌دن؛ در کنار این، عکس‌های اتاق روی سایت OYO با واقعیت همخوانی ندارن و اتاق‌های رزرو شده با اتاق‌های واقعی فرق دارن. هیچ بازخورد مثبتی در میان نظرات دیده نمی‌شه؛ به‌طور کلی، مهمانان حس می‌کنن که تجربه‌هاشون با این هتل رضایت‌بخش نبوده و توصیه می‌کنن از این مکان دور بمانن.

Worst experience in my whole life Hotel manager charged me double the rate that was showing in Oyo. Hotel manager denied to give the payment directly to Oyo I was with my friend and entered late so was not able to fight for all these things Hotel bed sheet was so dusty Broken walls and roof Fouling smell Even bathroom was opened from top and linked to another room In the name of classic room it was just a 6 by 6 .... Finish at start only Only a small bed and that too with bad cover and broken base... Couldn't even sleep whole night No soap No towel

Hotel charged me 600 extra for the same room I booked. The boy at reception told me we dont have such room which you booked. You need to book double bed room. Also no water bottle no service. They switched OFF the AC at night from their counter. Such a bad service!! Be aware dont visit this hotel ever!!

Fraud Hotel, don't go, I booked through OYO today vide booking ID A0728569, at the time of check in, the owner asked for extra money. When I refused to give extra money, he denied check in and used abusive words. It was a life threatening experience. Never go, it's totally not safe

the staff is bad and don't know what customer service means. I paid for the service more than he asked then next day they were accusing me of paying less. I was shifted from ground floor to a room on second floor while the hotel was under renovation and it was unbearable to be sitting in the room even with constant noise. There are no cabinets in the room so book only if you are travelling without luggage.

Worst hotel ever in my life. Complete scammers. Charged double the room price 1600. Stingy room, rude staff and manager. They charged extra 800 just for extra when i was 5 min late for check out. They have an extra broken tv, when you go to debate with them, they say you broke this tv you should give us 10k. They do a role play to make you guilty. They scam foreigners as well as students. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL GUYS. Better staying outside the road is good option.

Duniya ka sabse ghatiya insaan jo owner hai wohi manager v aur ye fraud Oyo k through connect hai Oyo jo v Bill bhejta hai uske upar se ye apna alag rate aur alag GST leta hai aur majburan lena padta hai.room chota hai aur service ussey v bakwas paani tak k paise nahi chodta agar cash na ho to paani k liye staff bhejta hai aur kehta hai cash le aao tab paani milega 1 ghanta bina paani k mujhe jhelwa diya aur ladne k liye hamesha tayyar body dikhata firta hai ye isliye galti se v na jaaye iske hotel me....mera 1000 rupya aise he thug liya upar se roj subah shaam tagada karega room rent de do..

I would give Rating in minus but not possible. i have visites on 22 of Nov and room was worst. Also geyser was not working so when I complained about it to the manager told me he would turn on but he didn't as he was sleeping. I again complained than he told to keep tap on for 15 Min. Than i have to bath in cold water as i was getting late. Never visit this hotel and he also asked me to cancel OYO booking. Bekar hotel hai. Worst hotel i have ever visited. Khabhi mat jana.

Absolutely terrible! I had booking through oyo but guy at reception told me no this room is not available you will have to pay extra and I will give you Deluxe room he took from me 1750 just to cancel booking from oyo so that they get all money, absolutely Cheaters And when I ask about AC he told me it is working but later when I called again at reception he said he will come to fix he never came .AC was not working they just lied .Not recommended at all.

Poor and Reckless Service. Hygiene is nonexistent; which was pretty evident from the aroma let out by the upper floors. I encountered a situation where the door handle broke off. They repaired it (for the sake of it). But now the key won't go in. In total it took me an hour babysitting the repairers until I was sure my pieces of luggage was inside a locked room. Between and before all this, I had verbal tussles with the guy at the reception who was multitasking by having another oral quarrel with another set of geriatric customers. Amidst all this chaos, the guy was pointing at me blaming for an early arrival. Yeah. It was my fault I arrived early which is why the handle broke off, which is why I had to wait for an hour babysitting, which is why the hotel was smelling like archaic unwashed bedsheets, which is why the customer is being asked to shift to another hotel... The rooms may be cheap. But the poor service... No one deserves that.

Don't book this hotel,this is most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed. Manager is very rude,they don't except payment from Oyo app and they gonna charge you extra for AC room which I have booked it was with AC bt they denied to give me and said u have to pay extra for AC room No cleanliness,linen was dirty They are spoiling the name of Oyo

Worst experience. The picture shown about the room in the oyo varied. They charged 1000...we had to negotiate it to 1000.. initially they're asking for 1500 which was double the amount that is 656 was the price...they said it is for classic ...non AC..and 1000 for AC..we've been staying for more than 4 hours and they haven't turned on the AC ...They changed the room but still got no reply about the AC ...I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE 😑.. SO BAD AT MANAGING HOTEL

This hotal is Worst Very Bad experince and he asked to me cancel OYO book .he also make asked money extra.Staff behavior was not good. Plz not go this hotal. Staff is not good. * Dirty and poorly maintained rooms * Uncooperative and unprofessional staff * Misleading photos and descriptions on the OYO website * Discrepancies between the booked room and the actual room * Hidden charges and fees * Safety and security concerns

They charged extra at checkout in the name of GST which I already paid total amount at the check in. They switched off AC from their end, you will not get AC more than 2 hours even you paid for AC, Worst service and worst Manager Don't Go, stay on the railway station is better option than going here. * #btw they don't deserve 1 star.

Bhout bura hotel hai, Subah Toilet ka pani khatam ho gya aur AC bhi band sur Staff bhi bhout galat tarike se response dete hai, I booked 3 days and I feel like I was living in Village area. Subah Toilet ke liye Market jana pda aur Nahane ke liye 1 Bucket water bhahar se leke aaya!! Jab subah maine unko bola ki pani nhi aa rha hai to Staff bolta hai Tanki ka pani khatam ho gya hai apko wait krna pdega jab tk light nhi aa jati, aur mujhe subah 8 bje Meeting ke liye Ready hoke nikalna tha. Aur Pine ka pani nhi dete bolte hai ki khud bhar lo bhahar Jake, to Market se 2 ltr ki Water bottle leke aaya!! Very worst experience of my life. Maine google review ke bare mai Manager ko bola ki apke Negetive review hai Google pr to bolta hai Sir humne abhi lease pr liya hai hotel lekin. Please don't go to this Hotel aur Name bhi alag hai iska actual mai Jab mai gya tha btaya

The staff was very bad. Behavior of the staff was totally changed from the day of check in to the check out. You cannot get the pure drinking water if you are not buying the water bottles. Firstly they show you that there is no other hotel is good than that. But once you'll booked a room there than they show there real image that was worse. So don't do the same mistake which I did by booking a room in this hotel.

I booked a classic room from oyo... but when I reached on that hotel... there is a guy Mr. Gupta they explain me very well how to reach the hotel and I reached safely... but the thing is.. he had asked me for booking... I told them I booked from oyo and I showed to him... he said you booked a classic room... there is no AC in room... and he suggested me... for the AC room and he said... the room rate would be ₹1200 and I took that AC room.. and he said to me.. you did right you didn't confirm booking... and I have done my payment at a time.. when I went to my room there is a AC but is not working when I called them he said AC will switch on automatically.. but no response... I was very upset 😡 room quality was fine... but he stealed me.. 500 rs extra... and I want to place an order for food he said your order is almost ready..but I didn't gave any order so how it is almost ready.. this was very bad experience

Hotel staff denied me checking in and asking for extra 1850 rs for a booked room . Even after talking to Oyo cc , Oyo cc didn't provide me solution and my amount paid went in vein. Wo amount mera refund b ni hua. Don't go to this hotel they r fraud. They will demand extra amount for chekcin and deny also. They are looting customes. I eont use oyo and also won't go to this hotel. F of

最悪な宿。スラムにある。受付に30分以上かかった。ギャングのような少年が働いている。夜中にパスポートを見せろと扉をガンガンん叩く。ノックなしで部屋入ってくる。シャワーは水。トイレは流れない。シーツは替えない。
