Excellent customer service at adayar branch. Very patiently hadled my requirement and ensured they got original fossil strap for my fossil watch. Special thanks to Lakshmi and her reporting Manager for the efforts they took to go out of the way and satisfy a customer. Overall great experience and a good example to the rest of the employees.

Charged me TWICE (2950 + 1900) for a simple job they should have done (change of capacitor) the first time, kept the watch for 3 months and MANGLED the seconds hand and applied logo. It's time this "venerable institution" shut down. Their staff are not even apologetic which is why I feel compelled to leave this review.

Handed over two watches ( a Frederique constant and a Rado ) on 30th sept. The process was smooth and they promised delivery on18th Oct. After that silence. No call back as to what if any additional work is involved and the charges. Called up on 15th and has to coax out a charge for the FC each. As regards the Rado, the adyar person asked us to reach out to mount road and shared a number. Called the mount road office and a lady answered. I asked for the status of the rado. I was told it has been taken up and when i persisted , the lady suggested i was being impatient (😧) even though the delivery was 18th. She promised to call back and never did. Called again on 18th and this time another lady answered. Same status. I asked them to return the Rado and they said there would be investigation charges. I said I would pay but wanted the watch back. Got it back 2 days later. Finally got the FC watch today (24th). Totally unprofessional set up. I am told that the brand is more than 130 years old and i believe it fully — they have not moved forward from that time . Very painful to deal with. Deal with them at your own risk. Staid , old fashioned and does not give me the confidence that they can service the models of these days 🤔🙏🏼

The name is synonymous with explemprary watch service and great collection of watches, for over a century. This is right on Lattice bridge road, very close to the Adyar telephone exchange. Plenty of two wheeler parking, 3 cars can be parked. I was politely greeted and although I was there for battery replacement and service of my watches, the staff were eager to show me around. Apart from watches in all brands, (Timex to Tissot), they also have an impressive collection of Seiko, Rhythm and other wall clocks that can match any decor. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable about these "time machines" and will be happy to chat up with you and help you find the right timepiece. Most of their services also carry a 6 month warranty, as their staff is professionally trained. The ground floor is replete with billing desk, service desk, watches and a lounge gym waiting area.Tge first floor has interesting brands like Q&Q,,westar, Rhythm etc . Ignore the negative reviews. You may be able to find cheaper prices online, but not the same level of service, assurance and piece of mind. I have been a proud customer for many a years.
