Very good service center. The staff member Revathi is very polite and provides excellent customer support. I have been servicing my watch here regularly for more than three years. Brought a original seiko wrist watch, for broken glass replacement at PORR and Sons in DB Road, RSPuram, Coimbatore. Ms.Revathi was very polite and helpful in explaining the time it will take to get the original glass and approximate cost. The technician Mr.Saravanakumar assured good service and delivered. The watch was ready earlier thn the promised delivery time with original glass replaced and fully serviced. The cost was also 2/3rd less than the amount that was quoted by another authorised service centre in Coimbatore. I am very happy that the attitude of the staff and quality of the service that the renowned PORR and Sons has have maintained for decades
