P&S (Perera & Sons) - Havelock Road

Visited P&S Havelock Town around 4.45 PM today and honestly had a very disappointing experience.😔 We bought 2 bitter chocolate eclairs and both were extremely dry, not fresh at all. We also ordered 5 0r 6 egg hoppers and most of them were undercooked. One was roasted on the outside but the egg inside was still almost raw. The worst part was the lunu miris that came with the food, there was a dead fly in it that even looked half-cooked.🤮 When we informed the cashier downstairs, she casually handed it to another staff member and didn’t seem concerned at all. The hygiene overall was very poor. There were flies inside the food cabinet and staff kept closing the cabinet doors without even removing them.🤢 The doors were also left slightly cracked because they were being shut carelessly and too fast. On top of that, the cashier was chewing gum while talking to customers, which looked very unprofessional. People pay good money expecting fresh and hygienic food, not this kind of experience. Really disappointed with the food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.😔

I buy today one coffee eclairs and it was rock hard - coffee paste is so hard it’s doesn’t break and the eclair breaks like biscut - not sure how many days they try to sell it - never going again there.

Now the time is 6:40 AM I've tried coming here multiple times at 6:30 AM, and they are consistently closed despite their official opening hours. The staff seems completely indifferent and inefficient when they finally do show up. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere until they fix their punctuality.

Went there on a weekday. Good place to get quick eats. They have dining in the first floor. Staff are good and quickly attend to your requests. The menu has cakes, burgers, short eats etc... You get rice and curry, fried rice and more. The lime juice is tasty. Ambience is ok. There's a single table in the ground floor. The cost is economical. Overall experience is good.

This outlet has a much wider range of products than most other outlets, plenty of parking as well. Only problem is it’s very overheated and they need a better solution to make the order process flow smoothly because it’s too time consuming and long winded.

Place is really cool. Parking available for few vehicles. Most of the cake snacks and lunch available. Also they have lasagna club sandwich and other food items. They have nice drinks range too such as iced coffee faluda and milk packets. Upstairs they have the dining area and they have perfectly arrange the space.compared to other outlet this place is really cool.

This P & S outlet is a good place to visit. The customer service is also good, making the overall experience pleasant. They have a nice and spacious seating area upstairs, which is great for dining comfortably. Overall, a good spot with a relaxed atmosphere and good service.

Recommended!🥇🍽️ We went to this place few weeks ago because the place was one of the selected 🍽️ shops in this area. We used to eat fried rice from this place several years ago. We ordered a seafood nasi goereng. It took about 10-15 minutes recieve the order. It was very 😋. They are friendly and efficient. The dining area is in the upstairs. There is parking available here.

Good collection of cakes. Better customer service. Near hendri pediris ground (BRC)you can also found another perera and sons outlet. Lager one located near police ground and that has cool dining 🍽 area placed set on upstairs.

Today morning 25.06.20 went thunmulla P& S i just ask them , do you have bread ? They said no ...we have only egg sandwich . But after little wile when i called them and asked same question , That time they said , yes we have sandwich bread , So i'm so confused , i ask why did you said we don't have earlier . They suddenly cut the line. Very very bad coustomer service

P&S Havelock is one of the best spots in Colombo for fresh, tasty snacks and quick bites. The food is always delicious from pastries and sandwiches to cakes and short eats all freshly made and full of flavor. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the outlet is clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to grab a quick meal or coffee. Consistent quality and great service every time . highly recommended!

Visited this place recently & had a bad experience. In other outlets you have to pay after they pack or put foods to plates. But here first you have to pay. It is really hard coz you have to go from this corner to other corner for select foods…. And the cashier is really slow. Plenty of staff there but they are not active….. I don’t know what is happening with P&S… most of their outlets have bad customer care and foods are also getting tasteless…. Not recommended…

P&S on Havelock Road is a perfect spot for a peaceful meal. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty. Whether you're stopping by for a quick snack or sitting down for something more filling, it's a reliable place to enjoy good food in comfort.

Good presentation. Has a range of food for breakfast and lunch. Spacious dining area located upstairs. Unavailability of a washroom/toilet is a major negative point.

Junk food. No responsibility.. The chicken is rotten. It smells too bad to eat. There should be more responsibility.. Do an inspection immediately. Very bad, branch 31 havelock road,colombo 5

Ordered a chocolate biscuit pudding in a jar through UberEats. It had a layer of chocolate mousse on top of chocolate biscuit pudding which was topped off with bits of kisses. It was quite delicious. It's around 450g. Well worth the price.

Not very clean—there were many flies in the pastry cabinet. Hopefully, management will look into this and improve the hygiene standards.

They have a upstair facility for dine-in. It is very clean, calm and quite place to enjoy your meal. Have a good aesthetic view. P&S-Havelock has a variety of short eats and Fried rice, cakes and beverages. Also can order through Uber.

When I was a school girl,this was our usual spot. Staff were friendly and food also delicious. Prices are reasonable.

Please be more careful when doing cake orders. Do what the customer needs. We ordered a cake for our event wordings with our organization's color, blue. But this is what we got. Be more responsible...
