Awesome people at Padmnet. I have been a customer of Jio fiber and airtel airfiber. But both had faulted while transferring my connection from Kashmir. So this time I chose a local broadband agency for my needs. Their plans are cost effective and their technicians went an extra mile to lay line to my designated area of router so that I can get access acros my premises. Today I enquired them regarding temperary increase in speed to download a major file and charges about it and they increased my speed for 1 day with no additional charges 🥳 So sweet of them to walk that extra mile again for me. Highly recommended due to awesome service & being available right on call instead of IVRs. Give their sevices a try and you will never regret.

I've been using Padmanet Brodband's services since last 1 year and before that I've been using some other services but trust me - Padmanet Brodband is The Best, ISP (Internet Service Provide), in Bhuj, they have devloped some robust network where I don't remember when was the last time we had a breakdown, also in this kind of heavy rain and thunder storm situation, the service is up and running, I mean there's no disruption of service not even for a minute. Also whenever there's any schedule maintenance at their end, they inform us well before that happens, which is also commendable. And if at all there's any disruption of service, they have shown very high commitment to resolve it in due time. If you are looking for fiber/internet services in Bhuj, I recommend Padmanet Brodband, go for them blindly..

I have used the service for about 10 months and that too without any interruption and fault. They provide broadband service along with OTT channels at very reasonable rates. Overall very good experience… Bhujvasi definitely can go for it without any second thought…

Never seen such idle internet service till date. talking to your help line number is not interested in anything other than restarting. How long has the problem been in the internet, I have called them many times and told them that the technician should visit once and they put it today. The problem is going on since last one month. I have a three connection. Also two transfer to other agency and now this one also after renewal.

The internet plans they provide are just amazing (providing good quality/performance at reasonable price). You always get the speed as per the plan, their unlimited plan is truly unlimited. And there's no problem about internet connectivity, it is available almost always. And if in case you face any problem they solve it very quickly and the staff members are very polite and helpful.

Very Bad customer care response....the lady speaking on Call was very disrespectful....i had just asked that how much time you'll take for your no internet issues.. they're saying 2 days 1 day 3 days...sincle last 10 days still no internet issue coming in my wifi.... they're taking too much time for resolving problems

Worst broadband service I have ever used, conection of 10 Mbps but there are only upto 6mbps and too much fluctuations in speed
