Dear Restaurant Owner,
I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had at Pak Shanwari Kabab Restaurant on 11/02/2026 at approximately 9:15 PM.
When I visited your restaurant to order food, I requested to pay by Visa card. The person sitting at the front cash counter informed me that the card swipe machine was updating and could not be used. However, a few minutes later, a waitress informed him that another customer wanted to pay by card. Initially, he repeated that the machine was updating, but after she requested again, he secretly handed the POS machine to her. This behavior was disappointing and unprofessional. The person managing the front counter represents your restaurant, and such conduct can seriously damage your restaurant’s reputation.
Additionally, I would like to highlight another issue. Last week, I placed an online order noon. I ordered 4 rotis, but only 3 were delivered, while I was charged the full amount. This was very disappointing. It seems like this may be a repeated practice, which is concerning for customers.
I respectfully suggest that the front counter should be managed by someone who is capable, professional, and has good customer service skills. Proper training and accountability are important to maintain customer trust. I have also noticed that many of your female staff members provide good service as waitresses. Having well-trained and polite staff at the cash counter would certainly improve the overall customer experience.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action to ensure better service in the future.
