Unfortunately, the most pathetic system and service belong to State Bank of Pakistan. Even private or third-degree banks are more cooperative and provide services better than State Bank. Whenever you go to the lower or private banks, immediately the staff comes to you and asks you "Sir what you're here for?" Sir, how can we help you?" Then they fill the forms for us and provide respective services. State Bank has 100% more customers per day compared to any individual private bank, but no staff is guiding you and helping you out in State Bank.
What do you think, what illiteracy rate Pakistan has? Almost half is illiteracy ratio in Pakistan, and this nation even do not know how to read and write, and even they don't know how to read their identity cards.
And when this nation comes to State Bank, no one is there to check them and help them and guide them. Some customers roam around in State Bank for some time and then they leave unsatisfied, some are waiting at waiting area that might be some staff member will come to us and ask but sadly no one attends them and then they leave, some customers get the forms after waiting in a long queue (one receptionist for the entire nation of Pakistan in State Bank of Pakistan) and some customers don't know how to fill the form and then they throw it in dustbin and leave, then customers ask to other customers to tell them how to fill the form, but they are already filling their own forms but why others might help you and plus they're busy doing their own work and want a quick leave from there. Plus there's no pen or writing provision anywhere in the bank. Plus out of 100 counters/desks, 50 are empty, they're getting pay but not available at the moment. Plus some counter dealers are rude in providing service.
This is the one picture of State Bank of Pakistan and Oh My God, they're handling the taxes, revenues, remittances, and all the money of the nation of Pakistan, damn. Pity over Pakistan and on it's nation. Unfortunately, there is no system and service in State Bank.
State Bank of Pakistan must hire a team for check and balance of the staff and hire one team to help out every coming customer (because customer is everything). I believe more than 50% of customers are extremely disappointed with the system of State Bank. I am also one Pakistani, and I want to see Pakistan in a better shape, but how? Like this? Then No hope.
