I called their helpline for assistance, but the representative who answered was incredibly rude and used highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and loose language. It is shocking to see such a reputable bank employing staff who have no respect for customers. This has been a very discouraging experience, and I would not recommend this bank to anyone looking for professional financial services. Terrible management!"

Building is very beautiful inside. You have to bring your original Id card every time you want to visit it. There are lots of things to do here,you can buy new currency notes of any denominations or you can change your old notes.Some times you have to wait a little bit in the counter line for your turn but the whole building is Air conditioned so you won't be sweating at least.

It’s really good to visit the State bank of Pakistan. It’s very good experience there.

State Bank of Pakistan is a central bank of Pakistan. SBP Lahore is situated at (The Mall) Shahrah e Quaid e Azam Lahore right opposite of Lahore High Court. You may face a lot of traffic rush during working hours. Mall Road entrance is for public related services, while back door is specific for bank representatives. There is a lot of space for parking but still it becomes insufficient for public. You will also face a lot of rush of people those are offering for sale/purchase of prize bonds and new currency notes at a nominal but extra amount. Though it is illegal but still there is a rush of these brokers. They are doing all independently and offer their services and try to stop you to enter SBP. There is a counter right inside the enterance for security check and tocollects the mobiles . You can encounter once again brokers inside the SBP building, that will come to help you to guide but also try to convince you to deal with them. They could be men or women with ordinary looks and disguise. The staff of SBP is quite efficient in public hours but sometimes they become harsh.

Today, I visited the State Bank of Pakistan in Lahore for the first time. Unfortunately, I must say that my first experience was very unpleasant. When I entered, there were two reservation desks—one on the right side, which was empty, and on the left side was *Mr. Sufyan*. I spoke to him about getting a ticket and explained that I needed bundles of new currency notes. He responded that there were no new notes available. I then requested that he at least issue me a ticket so I could inquire further at the counter, but he still refused. He said, “You’ll just keep wandering around and getting pushed around—it’s better not to take it.” As a Pakistani, I feel disappointed that this is the kind of welcome one receives at the State Bank of Pakistan. If this is the beginning, what can we expect going forward? *Mr. Sufyan’s* behavior was completely inappropriate and intolerable. I couldn’t believe I was actually at the State Bank. I respectfully request the management of the State Bank of Pakistan, Lahore, to take action on this complaint and provide me with a response as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the most pathetic system and service belong to State Bank of Pakistan. Even private or third-degree banks are more cooperative and provide services better than State Bank. Whenever you go to the lower or private banks, immediately the staff comes to you and asks you "Sir what you're here for?" Sir, how can we help you?" Then they fill the forms for us and provide respective services. State Bank has 100% more customers per day compared to any individual private bank, but no staff is guiding you and helping you out in State Bank. What do you think, what illiteracy rate Pakistan has? Almost half is illiteracy ratio in Pakistan, and this nation even do not know how to read and write, and even they don't know how to read their identity cards. And when this nation comes to State Bank, no one is there to check them and help them and guide them. Some customers roam around in State Bank for some time and then they leave unsatisfied, some are waiting at waiting area that might be some staff member will come to us and ask but sadly no one attends them and then they leave, some customers get the forms after waiting in a long queue (one receptionist for the entire nation of Pakistan in State Bank of Pakistan) and some customers don't know how to fill the form and then they throw it in dustbin and leave, then customers ask to other customers to tell them how to fill the form, but they are already filling their own forms but why others might help you and plus they're busy doing their own work and want a quick leave from there. Plus there's no pen or writing provision anywhere in the bank. Plus out of 100 counters/desks, 50 are empty, they're getting pay but not available at the moment. Plus some counter dealers are rude in providing service. This is the one picture of State Bank of Pakistan and Oh My God, they're handling the taxes, revenues, remittances, and all the money of the nation of Pakistan, damn. Pity over Pakistan and on it's nation. Unfortunately, there is no system and service in State Bank. State Bank of Pakistan must hire a team for check and balance of the staff and hire one team to help out every coming customer (because customer is everything). I believe more than 50% of customers are extremely disappointed with the system of State Bank. I am also one Pakistani, and I want to see Pakistan in a better shape, but how? Like this? Then No hope.

This is main branch of State Bank of Pakistan, Lahore. Location near Lahore high court and GPO station, Mall road Lahore. Monday to Friday open for public from 9am to 2pm. And open for workers 4 pm. After 2 pm public entry closed.

This bank is full of scam . 2nd person sent you the payment and after a week he will complain you on helpline .. and the mezaan bank head office take an action without any prove and banned your account without notice and your payment and account not release if you can settlement with that person who complain on your account .. so be aware of this meezan banking scam .. Need action on mezaan bank limited as soo as possible ..

The helpline is almost useless since no one picks up the calls most of the time. It’s extremely frustrating for customers who need support or quick information

State Bank of Pakistan issuing currency notes, prize bonds and provides much more facilities. Although the state bank also managing the economy infrastructure, economic growth and development. Not comparative staff because I come from Raiwind and distance is 85 KM both sides, I want to encash my claim prize Bond but staff said come to Monday and he claims 10 prize Bond in day so I daily come 7 days daily from Raiwind mean 7 days to complete my claim prize Bond I think impossible to come daily 7 days. I think they changed their system

I am a student and today i have come to the State Bank, Lahore first time. Very bad system and staff is also non cooperative... breach the law / rules,,,,,after getting token system also... thory se kaam k lye b pura din lag jata hai....token le lete hain...but sifarishi without token kam karwa k chaly jaty hai...

Today 27june2023 i visit to get my Prize, staff totally misbehaving and not cooperative. When ever you go to get prize Always Take! 1-Original CNIC and its copy, 2-Prize bond and its Copy. 3-Personal Pen for writing. 4- Note all information regarding prize and draw on page bcos mobile not allowed inside. 5-Write Bank IBAN number on page but its must be yours and not islamic bank if your prize more than 18000. 6-Take water drinking bottle. 7-if prize less than 18k they give you cash otherwise bank transfer only. 8-They are only issue new prize bond through cheque not deal in cash. 9-Agents always convince you to give prize bonds to them and take cash, i suggest you dont do that, bcos these prize money will use to make black money into white, love your Pakistan please. 10-bring extra copies of cnic bcos photocopy shop not near the bank. If any Question please ask 🙂

For general public this place offers new bank notes and new prize bonds of various denominations. Now after a very tedious process, after body search and after getting one's cell-phone deposited with the security officer, one reaches a huge hall only to be in long queues. Often there is total chaos. Agent mafia has a strong hold. Otherwise, it would be next to impossible to get new notes and prize bonds etc. Still if somebody wants to try their luck, then they can.

40,000 اور 25,000 کے پریمیم پرائز بانڈز حکومت پاکستان کی ایک پونزی اسکیم کی طرح ہیں۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ وہ 5.48% (10-03-2023 کے مطابق) 40k اور 25k بانڈز پر سالانہ (ہر چھ ماہ کے بعد) سود کی شرح دیتے ہیں، لیکن مجھے اپنے پریمیم پرائز بانڈز پر اپنا کوئی سود منافع نہیں ملا۔ میں نے 22 ستمبر 2021 کو PKR 400,000 کی رقم کے پریمیم پرائز بانڈز خریدے اور تب سے مجھے 24 مارچ 2022 کو صرف ایک سود کا منافع ملا (بالکل 6 ماہ کے بعد)، اس وقت شرح سود 3.96 فیصد تھی جس سے میرے سود کے منافع کی رقم PKR 15840 بنتی ہے۔ لیکن انہوں نے مجھے PKR 6324 بھیجے جو کہ میرے سودی منافع کا نصف بھی نہیں تھا۔ اس کے بعد، انہوں نے مجھے میرے بانڈز پر کوئی سود منافع نہیں بھیجا۔ 10 مارچ 2023 کو، حکومت نے سود کا منافع 3.96% سے بڑھا کر 5.48% کر دیا، لیکن اس تاریخ تک، سود کا کوئی منافع وہ صارفین کو نہیں دے رہے ہیں۔ بدقسمتی سے، ہمیں صرف بحران کا سامنا ہے اور حکومت کی طرف سے بانڈز کی شکل میں ہمارے پیسے کی قدر میں کمی ہے۔ بانڈز کی سرکاری پونزی اسکیم۔

The most terrible service and laziest of staffs. They are either intentionally or unintentionally helping prize bonds brokers by delivering pathetic service to visitors so they prefer to deal with them rather selling or buying prize bonds from state bank.
