One of the best and Most hygienic hotels I have come across in and around Central. Service is at par staffs are very polite and respectful.

Stayed here for 3 days in Nov 2025. Room was clean and spacious for 3 people. Price is affordable.

Rooms are very clean and starts with 1120 per day and they provide basic amneties for guests like water bottle, instant tea, instant cofee packets, towel, dental kit, shampoo and oil and overall very calm , Lift available, Hot water available from 7am to 8am . Overall its one of the best hotel for family and solo travellers to stay. Beside the hotel all food restaurants available

Absolutely no sense of professionalism or hospitality. I left earlier than planned and would never return. Avoid this hotel if you care about cleanliness or basic respect from staff

Facilities are enough for a small family, individuals etc. Rate is moderate. Walkable distance only from Chennai Central Railway station, Metro station, park town subarban station etc. However, if you are reaching by vehicle from station side, more than double the walkable distance need to be covered due to one way traffic. Parking space available for about 10 cars. Many restaurants available near

Very good value for money. The rooms are clean with good smell. Sheets and towels were clean. I really liked the staff behaviour. They were friendly and professional. They took good effort to explain/address points to me. Also, check in and check out was smooth. For the money they charge, this place exceeded my expectations.

A great place to stay in Chennai. The hotel is within 5 minutes of walking distance from Chennai Central Metro station. Rooms were neat and clean, with all the basic amenities including proper wifi facility. Best part was the room service. Reception persons were polite and well behaved. The hotel staff used to attend within a minute whenever required. Although the hotel doesn't have any in-house restaurant, the staffs can arrange decent food from outside. Overall, we had great experience. Highly recommended.

Room very clean bathroom also, I stayed non AC room and generated facility also there and TV working condition. Booking mode both online and offline available.

Stayed here for a night. Not a good experience at all. Rating 3 star only because of the clean washroom and location. The person at the reception not answering anything properly. Whatever is asked to him regarding the rooms are any other assistance during our stay the answer is no, had argue for sometime and get the thing done.

A convenient place to reach in anytime. Approximately 1 km away from Chennai Central Railway Station. Nearby good restaurants available. Very reasonable price for the rooms. Some noise from the generator or AC is disturbed inside the room otherwise everything is good.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffing was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable even they arranged food too.It is very much near to Central Railway station. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who want to opt to stay.

Neat, courteous staff, near Central and Egmore stations, 24 hrs check in, appropriate rent. Next to Madurai Idly restaurant.

Rooms are very well maintained and in good hygienic condition. Staffs are very cooperative and supportive... It was worth staying at this hotel.. Even the location of the hotel is good for the guest..as they can visit the shops nearby. Families can choose this hotel to stay ,without any hesitation as per my experience.😊😊

If you are planning for a stay in the City Central, This place is the best!!! Chennai Palace has the best service,the staffs are friendly and does their best to make the stay very comfortable. The room is spacious and very clean and hygienic. The place is very safe and family friendly, so that's a plus point. Definitely recommend this place. Worth every single penny.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around to get all kinds of transportation like train and bus. They have a good parking lot too.

It was an wonderful place to stay in affordable price. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Daily House Keeping peoples are doing an great job by cleaning the rooms in timely manner. Room service person Mr.Babu and Mr Hari they peoples doing an wonderful service with out expecting any extra money.Simply to say is a home away from home. And the Major Roles The two Managers Mr.Baskar and Mr Masilamani is doing an tremendous Job any queries and questions they will give a clear picture in the polite manner and Taking care of each and every guest as like their relatives. No more words to say. Really it was an wonderful stay 👍.

Room is good and clean. Receptionists are very kind and always do the needful things. Parking also there. Bed and washroom are hygienic and very clean. Safety for families.

Worst experience. 2 hrs. Waiting for hot water. Bathroom leakage. Water coming inside room. Bed was not in good condition. Overall bad experience. I don't know what basis everyone gave feedback. I need to think before going to this place.

Very close to the Chennai Central railway station. One can easily walk to this place.
