I love pandora so much, it has so many options for bracelets, charms, earrings, rings, necklaces... I have been going there since i was a child and it is one of my favourite stores and the staff is always so kind.

Thank you so much for the service of Muhammadjon. He is always smiling and suggesting right item which is the one i want. I try to visit always to this branch.

I have always been a loyal Pandora customer and even passed this love on to my child. That’s why I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Pandora Dubai Hills. I had purchased new charms and was also showing a charm that broke and a bracelet that keeps opening — not the quality I would usually expect from Pandora. I was hoping the team would check and support directly in-store, but instead, I was told to go to a fixing center. It felt like I was being asked to treat it as if it were a car service, which was both inconvenient and not in line with the level of customer care we have come to expect in the UAE. I wouldn’t have minded coming back to collect my items after they were serviced, but I had hoped for a more customer-oriented approach, especially from a brand like Pandora. This experience made me question my choices, and I truly hope Pandora re-aligns its service to the standards that made many of us such loyal customers in the first place.

Always a great experience at Pandora. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they help you find exactly what you’re looking for without being pushy. The jewelry is beautiful and well-made—perfect for gifts or something special for yourself. Definitely worth the price if you appreciate quality and timeless style.

I visited the shop to buy a gift for my sister, and i met a very rude and aggressive staff lady, a philipo i guess, that her attitude made me just leave the store and go to buy something else. I was shocked that even after i asked her why is she so aggressive, she didnt deny, but became more aggressive. I hope the management will deal with this lady ASAP because she just doesnt fit for the job

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this Pandora store. A staff member named (Tila )broke my bracelet and didn't even offer an apology. Her behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. I was initially asking for assistance with a purchase when, unfortunately, take my bracelet to put the new charms that I buy and broke it , Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she seemed annoyed and dismissive. Her lack of empathy and poor customer service were shocking. I will not be returning to this Pandora location, And thanks to the other staff named ( Mohamadjon ) who came , solved the problem and tried to calm down the situation
