PANDORA

This is the worst place to ever buy a present, I ordered online 1 week ago and they haven't delivered it and until this day I am still contacting aramex and pandora to understand when will it be delivered and everyday they say tomorrow! I really advice you to never use their online services and I will put this comment everywhere so people know what kind of experience they will have if they had to buy from this brand!

I bought slider bracelet from pandora and the string is already worn out. I asked the saleslady if the can do anything about it. She only said they cannot do anything as pandora doesn’t have repairs. Like ok? After we bought products and it gets defective you will not offer any repairs? She even offered carcason for repair! That’s ridiculous! Better buy gold instead of any of their products now!

I bought my Pandora bracelet at yas mall Pandora shop and the lock wasn't working well. I asked 1 staff if they can repair it. She said they have 3rdparty to repair it 2to3 weeks I can collect my bracelet. Almost 2 months no phone call to update me. Me and my husband went to their shop ask why almost 2 months my bracelet is not repair yet. Instead that they gonna apologize for Un updating and follow up my item, they didn't do it. We asked for the shop number and the shop not answering our call.... So disgusting this people cannot do their job properly. We bought the same shop 3bracelets and this is what we get.

They said rings are silver , but after days its already ruin and full of rust , they didn’t fix it to me

Saleswoman named Nour is an exceptional member of the brand. We were warmly welcomed by her, and throughout the sale process, she helped us choose the right items. We hope to see her again soon.

Customer service was very poor . Only the junior most staff was helping and smiling she was trying her best to help . It took me 45 minutes to buy charms . Only one staff was genuine I forgot to ask her name rest staff were sitting and chit chatting with no regards for customer. Pandora may be selling lucky charms but if you are all about happiness,, customer end up unhappy even after buying so expensive products as customer service is so poor

Today I went to the store as there were sales. I picked a charm which was shown that was on sale and agreed to buy it. We waited so long in line, then when it was finally our turn to pay they said that the charm wasn’t on sale and it was the other charm. I agreed to buy the other one but they said that they don’t have that charm, asking me to pay the full price. The staff was very arrogant and they also showed an attitude.

Very poor costumer service and staff without any interest to help the client. I was 3 times at Pandora in Yas mall and 3 times disappointed. Also very bad policy. You cannot try the earrings and after to buy, if it is not nice or not reach your expectations, you cannot exchange. Today has many ways to disinfect the earrings without damage it. They could at least have a good will. My first and last piece.

Although the Yas Mall store was quite crowded - being a holiday and also a big sale - the shop attendant was very efficient in helping me figure out my size and find the right bracelet for my needs. I'm really glad I went to this store, because although the model I thought I wanted didn't fit well, I managed to find a better alternative. So thank you for the excellent service!

Very pure customer service, they don’t listen to you. Staff definitely need improvements of how to handle the customers. When you tell them your problem, they just keep on repeating standard answers instead of listening what you are saying. Waste of time Such brand is not that cheap should look more into trainings for employees

2nd time here and the same terrible customer service. Asked for 1 thing and sales lady was trying to up sell something different. When showed what we wanted, the response was just sold last one. When she clearly doesn’t even have it. If you need pandora go to Al Wahda Mall store.

Below par customer service and no after sales services such as polishing jewelry. All my pandora jewelry is tarnished.

Terrible customer service. The salesgirl wanted to end her shift so she was very impatient with me and wasn’t willing to help me. Very disappointed because I always buy a lot of jewelry from them.

Unprofessional, they don’t have enough knowledge about new and old release, take time to prepare invoice and they don’t answer phone calls.

Overpriced.... Really overpriced, this brand is costume jewelry in Europe, a murano glass bead maybe £12, here almost three times the price for the same item, I guess they're imported by unicorns!

Poor customer service and they come with excuses not to support and only store managers can help And store manager is not available for sure
