Pandora - Lagoona Mall

When we first went in, it was pretty crowded, but the staff named Charvie looked so kind. We came back later when it was less busy, and she was so helpful in showing us the products! Thanks to her, we got these beautiful friendship rings and had such a great time. So happy! Hehe.

I had a great experience at the Pandora store in Lagoona Mall. The two ladies working (bernalyn❤️and charvie ❤️)there were extremely helpful, sweet, and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and helped me choose exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for the lovely service!

I had the most wonderful experience here with most brilliant sales person (I think her name was bernalyn). I was trying to get my friend a surprise charm and she did it all while I was in store with my friend very subtly. It was sooo amazing 😻 10/10

I had a horrible experience recently at this pandora branch. All the employees do is gossip about you in their language without even trying to hide it. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. I was treated as if I were stupid and belittled the whole time I was there. Management should seriously consider replacing the staff for this branch as they’re ruining the customer experience. I was looking forward to come to this branch often since it’s closer to me but I’ll never return again.

The staff at Pandora Lagoona mall were amazing! Friendly, helpful, and attentive – a truly pleasant surprise compared to my experiences at other Pandora store in Doha.

I went to this branch this evening and when I entered the shop, one of the Filipina sales ladies looked at me and continued scrolling on her phone, not even saying a word. I was looking at some items, as I wanted to purchase a ring and bracelet. Right before I left, another Filipina sales agent came back from using the toilet, also giving no acknowledgment. Not even a smile. It felt as if you’re doing them a favor just by stopping by at the shop. My experience at this branch was very different compared to their other locations in Doha. The staff gave off an aura that they didn't like their job or were just full of themselves. I ended up buying items at Swarovski anyway, the store right beside them. At least the male Filipino staff at Swarovski was accommodating and friendly.

This Pandora store had every piece I was looking for and the staff, Raffi and Lhen, were very kind and helpful! I really recommend this branch if you’re looking for Pandora jewelry.

The three ladies there were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect jewelry for a special occasion. The ambiance of the shop was so energetic because of them, you won’t get intimidated because they will help you choose a perfect item. Here we are Pandora lagoona mall, I told many times that I will write one day about my so bad experience with your basic bracelets. I got it from you in one day of May 2018, Only one week after I had the first break, It seems like a very weak joint in the lock, I gave it to you back with my complain, you fixed it, since then we got around 7 times of break - complain - (fake) fixing loop and just today it is still with trying to “”””fix it””””. You put me in this very very annoying loop and actually anger and not recommending your product at al to any body, just to not being loyal to your customers at all.

Love the collection. The staff is pretty friendly too.
