Pandora - Point 90 Mall

I have mixed feelings about your branch located in Point 90 mall, New Cairo, Egypt. I recently paid you a visit to buy a gift for my daughter, the seller was really nice and helpful, and suggested that I can replace the bracelets if size is not suitable. Today I paid another visit to the branch to get a different size of the bracelets which we fell in love with. Unfortunately I had to deal with a different seller in the same branch named Naglaa, totally unprofessional, rude with zero customer service skills, she makes you hate the whole brand and never think of buying anything from it to ensure you wouldn't have to deal with her ever again 🥺 I am totally disappointed 😞

وصلت فرع بوينت ٩٠ الساعه ٩:٤٠ دقيقه و الباب مفتوح و الموظف قالي قفلنا بعد ما وضحت اني حجيب هديه في ٥ دقايق رفض بردو و كان قمه في قله الذوق الصراحه عمري محفكر ادخل المكان دا تاني ابدا

I was able to buy the charms I wanted and the staff served me with kindness and patience.

This store has closed down! No update on Google or the website ! We paid a visit there on 19/11/2025

Scammers! upon trying to exhange a ring that was bought 2 days earlier and never used, they refused to exchange with another ring that was discounted 30%. If I was to exhange with the new ring, I cannot make benefit of the discounted price, as claimed by the branch manager! Besides, since the new ring was cheaper, they should have given me a voucher, for some reason, they retruned a cash back of the difference(No cash refund as per the invoice) Apparently, twisting thier own shabby claimed rules for thier benefit.
