Good collection, chose a piece but the price tag and the bill give. To me were different prices The bill was made for 150 extra when asked why is there a difference the staff very casually and ignorantly said it could be by mistake that the price is less on tag. As a customer how can I take the word of a staff that the pricing tag could be mistake I walked into pandora store because of its reputation and I donot feel i can trust it and will not be recommending this store

My experience was very good in pandora's art jewellery , the way they are treating us from starting to ending. And the people there are very good. And the collection is very very good not only good it's wonderful. My experience in art jewellery is very nice. And I became the daily customer to it that much I loved these products.

I went with very high expectations and my bill was 11000 and they give me 10% of which is good but I came home I saw the bill again they overcharged me and saying prices are increased but on the other hand there website prices were different I saw and tally from website and they charged me different which is high they charged from me the explanation was very disappointing as they paid me the extra charges I don’t understand why to fool the people and over charged them these people are in Jubilee Hills and they have reputation I saw the others review they do same with others I appreciate I got my extra charge money back but they fool people very badly If you would have not check the bill you will be paying extra I was very happy going there and purchasing there but they will not have the repeat customer for sure if they do such things

Worst jewellery store ever that promises but fails to deliver! Requesting to not order from them especially NRI’s.

I first came across this brand three years in a flea purchased three earrings, and said that we had a warranty of one year , and can exchange with no cost , but one of the earring was loose went for exchange, but was denied , despite that I have been a loyal customer for three years having purchased more than eight pair of earrings, recently went again to buy I already screenshoted what I wanted, the bill was paid by my sister , when came home I realised I was overcharged , contacted them multiple times, no response, did not expect this from my favourite brand, won't be shopping here anymore

Nice collection of jewellery but the prices seems to be a little high

Two star for firstly I wanted my size they didn’t have smaller size of cuff braclet. And they said no it’s one size only how come they lied to me didn’t even checked proper size .I bought cuffs before from watch store we receive our size but they didn’t have on top of that staff was so unknowledgeable .the staff girl was not ready to explain warranty properly . I need my size second I want to know what is your warranty process

Poor customer service I went here after coming across their Instagram reels, and the experience was disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested in doing even the basics of customer service. It would’ve been great to see the same enthusiasm in serving customers that they put into making reels. I had kept a few items on the tray they provided and clearly mentioned that I would decide at the end. Despite that, they started billing all the items without even confirming with me first.

They have really good designs and the staff is extremely patient with you. They have items for daily and office wear as well as for weddings and occasions. When I wear their jewellery, I always get compliments from it.

I found their Instagram page, contacted them for few pieces. Tamim helped me show as many pieces as I wanted with full patience on video call. I am from Canada, I was a bit susceptible of ordering online but once they showed me their collection on video call, I was confident enough to order from them. All the pieces arrived fully packed, in exact quality as shown online. Highly recommended. Will definitely be shopping more.
