Bought a Peregerine t shirt and it tore in just a few weeks' time! Wrote to customer care for support and no help! Suggest avoiding this store and brand!

I had a great experience in pantaloon indranagar. The staffing are very helpful and understanding. Pawan was outstanding with his politeness and service in helping me. Thank you. The whole team in men’s section is great. Keep up the good work !

Had a very disappointing experience at Pantaloons, Indiranagar. The staff were not polite and behaved rudely throughout our visit. Issues faced: When we unfolded a dress to check it properly for trial, the staff kept staring at us rudely, which made us uncomfortable. At the billing counter, there was no staff present. We waited for nearly 5 minutes, and no one came. When we finally went and called a staff member, instead of handling it, they casually assigned it to another staff, causing further delay. Overall, the attitude and behaviour of the staff were rude and unprofessional. Customer service standards at this store need serious improvement. Not the experience one expects from a brand like Pantaloons.

Pantaloons in Indiranagar, is quite average in terms of selection. The variety is very limited, and I often found that whatever I was looking for wasn’t available. It feels like the store lacks options, making the shopping experience a bit disappointing. If you’re looking for a wide range of choices, this may not be the best place to visit.

This is a good store to try different brands and different styles of clothes. The store is right on the main road but parking is a problem. The staff is helpful and the brands and clothes collection is large enough. There can be a line at the trial room though as it is crowded on weekends.

Store Manager Devi Das put her hand inside my jeans when I told her that I want to buy the very clothes I tried and want to keep wearing them. She did not take my consent before removing tags and started doing it in front of the entire store and cameras. Very uncomfortable, do not recommend engaging with the staff here.

This a standalone Pantaloons outlet with all age group and family clothing line up available. The outlet is located right on the main road and can be easily spotted. They have around 4 floor with each dedicated to a gender and age group separated. The collection is usually trendy and reasonably priced for men. Also for women their is huge variety of collection. It has been a reliable brand to buy clothes. This outlet did have good up to date fashion clothing. They is lift access as well staircase. You will be able to park vehicle both two wheeler and 4 wheeler in front of the outlet. This isn't a rushed place usually. All the regular modes of payment including UPI, Paytm and card swipe are available.

Great mall with a wide range of stores, clean surroundings and well maintained, and plenty of food options. Perfect spot for shopping, relaxing, or hanging out with friends.

Kind of better than single brand outlets.. could get Kurtha track pants and shirts (men).. you also have Peter England and van Heusen. You can check it out.

Collection is okay, but the store smells really bad. When I came for the first time I thought it might be for the time being, but came for the second time, couldn’t even dare to enter.

Unfortunately this branch is inferior to all other Pantaloons stores in Bengaluru. E-City branch for comparison is the best and had all the latest collection and service was better too

Horrible service by the people on the floor . They were only interested in getting people download their stupid app. They are not even bothered to listen to what customer wants or to any other variety. Management please note to train your floor staff in basic customer care.

Very limited options for Mens clothing, ambiance & customer service needs lot of improvement

I visited the Pantaloons store in Indiranagar and, unfortunately, had a rather disappointing experience. Despite there being only 3 to 4 set of customers in the store, the staff appeared disinterested and unresponsive, showing minimal regard for customer service, which was quite cast down. Cleanliness was severely lacking the store had an unpleasant odor, and the presence of too many mosquitoes made it even worse. During my 45-minute visit, I was bitten multiple times, making the overall experience uncomfortable and frustrating. While the ground floor looked somewhat inviting, the first and second floors seemed neglected and poorly maintained, as if they were open just for formality. As for the merchandise, the collection was limited, and the fitting of the garments was far from satisfactory. The only redeeming aspect was that the staff asked for feedback at the end of the visit, indicating some willingness to improve. However, there is a significant need for improvement in customer service, hygiene, and product variety.

Parking charges are costly. On top of tht no staffs assist you. Very bad

Always been a fan of pantaloons and it's services. But the last time I visited disappointed me. From the collection of clothes to the service everything has deteriorated. I had no one to help me pick out the right sizes or guide me where to get which brand of cloth. Plus the variety of designs previously was very good, but now not at all upto to the mark of the competition out there. Hope to see better service in my future visits.
