Pantaloons is one of the most well known shops. At the time I visited the store there were excellent new arrivals for men with exciting offers. More collections were available. But only a few casuals with an affordable price. The overall shopping experience was good. Nice showroom, various styles, textured fabrics. Reasonable price for the quality of the clothes. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Very bad service i was the only customer there but not a single staff had the time to help us , they were busy doing their own things like putting makeup and chit chatting..

Overpriced and a poor range of collection. Offer prices does not apply for most clothes in the same rack. Disorganised I must say. Found 2 similar dresses, one had 60% offer and the other didn't. Yet they cost the same... Rookie mistake!😂 However, the traditional dress collection were appealing yet expensive.

I have been visiting this store for years and always been very happy with the shopping experience except for the last time. I visited during year end sale after receiving the call about the 6000 offer for a VIP green card holder. When enquirer in the store , they responded in a very rude manner saying the sale is over. Moreover all the sales person were busy shopping for themselves than instead of helping the customers. I no longer feel like visiting this store again forever.

Horrible experience 👎👎👎 The salesperson in the women's Ethnic wear in the ground floor is not allowing the customers to shop peacefully. Whenever, we try to see some dress or search for our size, he is pushing the dress away from the Customers. It is the duty of the Salesperson to help us find our size, but this salesman is only interested to keep the clothes arranged without anyone touching them. The tailor and the security guard were very much interested only in closing the shop at 9.30 pm itself when the store timings are till 10 pm. The Security person is very indecenttly staring at the Customers awkwardly. Horrible experience overall at Pantaloons due to the worst attitude of the salesmen and the Security guard. 👎👎👎

I would give a five star for their customer service. We went there during lunch hours yet some sales girls didn’t just leave us as such. They were very humble and helpful. Though the collections were minimal, quality of the products were good and cost efficient too. Overall, it was happy shopping at this branch of pantaloons.

Excellent service as usual. Attentive staff and wide range. Thank you. ....I purchased a gift card. But that was not considered as merchandise. And they gave me a separate bill because of which I could not avail the offer of American Tourister trolley. Came out with two bills.

Very poor experince i had with this pantaloons...Very very inexperienced staffs are there....For reedem a Pantaloons gift voucher (purchased from pantaloons), they 1st told me to wait...then they took photo of the gift card and send to some one...after 30 mnts of waiting they didn't attend me...Whenever I asked them, they told wait...after being frustrated I told them return my card and take this cloths as i dont want ...They simply told okk you go.... This types of behaviour i never had with pantaloons... I am purchasing items from KANKURGACHI(kolkata) Pantaloons , since more than a decade.... But this type of experienced i never had...

Costly one but worth it. like reliance trends near by this shop is located, this shop is very much visible n attractive to customers.. things in here are very neatly arranged. Quality of cloths sold are very much of good , reliable, n durable. Prices are almost double than in max which is next to this. Own parking space is available. So no worries like other shops . Staffs are bit lazy that they don't even come to u if u r in search of something.
