Had a wonderful experience here! The signature buns are always a treat—perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pistachio and chocolate toppings were delicious, and the latte was brewed to perfection. Excellent service and a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for a relaxing break while shopping!

Papparoti is home to my ultimate favorite buns! They are always fresh, warm, soft, and absolutely delicious. I keep coming back because the quality never disappoints. Good coffee and friendly staff. The café is usually crowded and because of its busy location, you’ll see a constant flow of people passing by. While the atmosphere is lively and great for people-watching, it’s not the ideal place if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot to enjoy your coffee.

I recently visited Papparoti and had a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to our server, Chrieshune. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that immediately set a positive tone for our visit. Chrieshune was attentive without being intrusive. She knew the menu well, patiently answered all our questions, and made thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our dining experience. Every request was met with efficiency and kindness, and it was clear she genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. The quality of service we received from her was outstanding—she checked on us at just the right moments, ensured our drinks were refilled, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It’s rare to find someone so professional, friendly, and dedicated to delivering excellent service. The food, as always at Papparoti, was delicious—the signature buns were fresh and perfectly prepared. But it was Chrieshune’s service that made the visit truly memorable. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back, and I hope to be served by Chrieshune again in the future. She’s a real asset to the Papparoti team.

My Favorite!!! As always. I actually don’t need to put a review since my keep coming back here says it all. But Mr Tamer the team leader his service makes end up here that i cannot ignore, very attentive, friendly and professional 100/10. The bread is always my ultimate favorite. Although the coffee here is not really for me but the papa milk tea is GOOD. I love it. They just renovate this branch in alwahda mall. Cozy ambiance, more better than before , looks clean and organized . Interesting!!!

Ordered ginger tea milk earlier today but it tasted strange. Its brown colored water, didn't taste like milk tea at all. Quite disappointed 😕 this time. Didn't get value of the money I paid unfortunately

El Café V60 está horrible y para el precio que tienen, nada recomendable y los empleados les comenté acerca de eso y solamente me dijeron es lo que es, en vez de darme una solución.

Their bun is always the super.We also ordered kunafa.it is a bit expensive but the taste is 👍🏻.. but ☕️ coffee is average..

Spoilt ginger milk tea was received while ordered to go with bun. Disappointing, this has been my fav place and I'm visting them in multiple countries in different branches in past 6 years now. Multiple times it has happened the ginger milk to be broken while dine in and we get it replaced there. This time it was a take away order and I could not do anything about it, except write a google review. I still love their Bun whilst craving for tea, I received spoilt tea. So sad and disappointed.

Thanks to the talented supervisor Mr.Tamer for the first time in Paparotti WAhda mall tried iced and hot matcha everything tastes amazing and so well done

للأسف التجربة ما كانت بالمستوى المتوقع. الأسعار في باباروتي مبالغ فيها جدًا مقارنة بحجم وجودة المنتجات. ما في توازن بين السعر والمحتوى، خصوصًا إن في أماكن ثانية تقدم نفس النوع بجودة مماثلة وبسعر أقل بكثير. أتمنى يتم مراجعة الأسعار لأن الموضوع صار غير منطقي. 👎 🌟 نجمه واحدة فقط

Very expensive and they always serve us the wrong order because they didn’t write it. The bun was very good. Their karak taste like ordinary.

We truly enjoy drinking and most likely thr papparoti bun was so amazing, the services of liberty was superb
