Paradise Plaza Luxury Hotel

Not recommended. As my friend put it “ fur coat no knickers “. The food is disappointing, standard hotel fare. At breakfast she was asked to pay for the third coffee even though the fist two americanos barely reached halfway up the cup. The bar was noisy until late and remained so as the staff were clearing up, very little sleep that night. My room (single supplement paid) looked okay but … After several complaints about the safe it required 4 visits from a nice lad to change the batteries. They didn’t fix the constantly flickering light or the constantly running cistern (2 broken nails on that) or the leak. If they suggest room 104, leave! Worst of the hotels we have stayed in here.

Cozy boutique hotel along Bukhara's main road and a short walk to old town. Rooms are big, clean and well appointed. Shower has proper hot water and the bidet is 👌 Breakfast has a reasonable selection of Western items. Coffee is strong and the service attentive. Will definitely be back in this hotel to explore Old Town during warmer months.

Bello l albergo con il tour non ci si può godere tanto la stanza e i servizi perché sempre in giro ma le camere sono molto ampie e il buffet della colazione ben fornito...un po periferico per andare in centro 20 minuti a piedi occorrono

2 éjszakát töltöttünk itt a feleségemmel. Tágas, tiszta, szép szobák. A személyzet kedves figyelmes. Reggeli, vacsora változatos és bőséges volt. Gyalog is közel van az óváros, a szálloda győz, a megközelíthetősége pedig egyszerű!

2 notti appena trascorse e devo dire: hotel davvero di classe, di lusso,molto bello. Camera molto pulita e curata oltre ad essere stata molto confortevole. Personale della Reception Cordiale e disponibile per ogni problema o cosa. Colazione a buffet molto ricca e di buona qualità. La connessione Wifi non delle migliori ma sufficiente in camera e hall. È situato in una ottima posizione, nella stupenda Bukhara, a poco meno di 1 km dalle vie del centro. Consigliato assolutamente.

Hemos estado en circuito por Uzbekistan gestionado por Icarion y alojados 2 noches . La recepcion fue muy correcta y el personal muy amable. La habitacion es muy grande y espaciosa. Hay sitio perfecto para colocar 2 maletas sin problemas. El a/a funciona muy bien y no es muy ruidoso. Tiene frigo y servicio de te/cafe para preparar. Tiene caja fuerte. Hay un armario grande de dos cuerpos suficiente. La cama es dura que permite un buen descanso. Hay enchufes suficientes de corriente y usb. Cuando llegamos el baño olia mal, pero una vesz echamos agua y pusimos el a/a en marcha y el extractor del baño en funcionamiento, el olor se quito. El baño es amplio con una ducha perfecta y bien dotado de dosificadores de gel y champu. La señal wifi es muy correcta. La distancia al centro ( 3 mercados) es de 15mn andando , la vuelta se puede hacer en tuftuf electrico(4 personas 5€) desde plaza Lyabi. Hotel muy recomendable

The rooms were very large and nicely furnished. The location was amazing, just a 10 minute walk to the old city and a million restaurants. The problem was the AC. The first night it was freezing, and there were no blankets on the bed (turned out they were in the bottom shelf of the closet and we didn’t see them). Then the next night it was hot. Nothing we did to the thermostat affected the temperature.

I arrive late night around 1am and reception was waiting for me. I quickly checked in and went to the room. The room was spacious and beautiful, after a long day it’s been a pleasure to find myself here ) The shower pressure wasn’t good enough, but it’s predictable to Uzbekistan, there are few places where the pressure was excellent to me. The mattress is excellent for my back and I enjoyed the sleep. The room was facing the street where cars pass, but it didn’t bother me actually. I was impressed by the breakfast, the variety and breakfast options are getting better and better in Uzbekistan. This is the 1st place where I saw a very good eggs station (the 1st one I saw in the summer this year but it was rather poor organised). They should add more vegetables as it seemed to me there wasn’t enough and perhaps they should reduce the flour offers, there are so many of them and you hardly stop yourself )) Perhaps, pies, corn and beans could be an option. Overall, it’s a great hotel, I am really happy I stayed here and I would definitely recommend it to other if you come to Bukhara.

Nice hotel but the blaring noise coming from the establishment across the street every night (two out of two) would make it advisable to consider alternative options for your stay in Bukhara.

Очень красивый отель, у нас был потрясающей красоты номер. Понравились завтраки. Всем рекомендую. От отеля идти к Ляби Хаус минут 10. Мы много гуляли и было очень удобно возвращаться в отель.

Absolutely amazing hotel in a very good location. The rooms are huge you could almost fit double the furniture. The bathroom is spacious you can pretty much lay down in the shower. The breakfast buffet has a very large choice. All that for a very reasonable price. Only negative 1 day the restaurant played music so loud we heard it 2 floors up at least it stopped by 10pm. The restaurant in the hotel, however, is a whole different story (separate review for that).

Elegante ed in ottima posizione. I monumenti principali si raggiungono tranquillamente a piedi.

Hôtel bien placé ( 10mn à pied du centre historique) Personnel moyennement accueillant. Décoration des chambres à revoir et à moderniser, un peu trop marqué ancien régime! Literie bien trop dure , impossible d’avoir le noir complet dans la chambre car les rideaux sont trop petits Les machines à café ne fonctionnent pas, même les expresso ne correspondent pas aux standards internationaux.

Hotel molto bello, camere al piano terra e primo piano con un corridoio che si affaccia su un chiostro. Camere abbastanza spaziose e pulite. Buffet per la colazione e cena rifornito, vario e molto buono. Da lì alla vasca circa km1, da fare tranquillamente a piedi fino a sera tarda.

There are some really good aspects of staying at this hotel but also some big negatives. The Good - Great location, near several really good restaurants and in walking distance from the old city. - large spacious room and everything is new and very clean - the staff are very courteous, obliging and friendly - 5 star - the breakfast is extensive with a large range of options. Everything I’ve tried so far was really good. The Bad - the beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable. We asked but all they have here are extra extra extra firm mattresses. - the air conditioning is very loud, bring ear plugs. - no pool or gym - only one side of our king bed had a side table so had to keep my water on the floor - I drew the short straw. The Ugly - make sure you don’t get room 202. It’s right next to the elevator. When the air conditioner was on it masked the elevator noise but when we turned it off for some peace and quiet, instead we heard the constant stop and start of the elevator. Earplugs essential whichever way you cut it.

Hotel bien ubicado, con una atención de lujo. Desayuno completo y muy variado.

Very nice breakfast. We didn’t stay at the hotel. But the hotel allowed us to have breakfast and to pay a fee. It was very convenient price.

Отличный отель, расположение в самом начале старого города, возле кофейни "Bon", очень удобно кто любит заведения данного типа. В номерах есть всё, Банные халаты, все средства гигиены, в номере дополнительные подушки. Сейф стоит прям в номере. Холодильник ( пустой конечно, но он есть) т.е. по сути отрицательных сторон не увидел. При вхоже стоят бесплатные прохладительные напитки. Персонал вежливый и приветливый. С утра звонят в номер, напоминают о завтраке, плюс это или минус, судите сами.
