The true standard of luxury in Tbilisi As a real estate entrepreneur working in Georgia, my firm recently selected Paragraph Freedom Square as our official 'home base' for hosting our future clients and investors. On this trip, I stayed at the hotel personally to experience it firsthand, and I can confidently say that our decision to partner with them was 100% correct. This property completely exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, the service was fast, professional, and incredibly warm. The check-in team made us feel right at home immediately. The hotel itself is breathtaking—flawless design, wonderful saunas, and a stunning pool with panoramic views of the entire city. We also hosted a business dinner at the hotel's restaurant with local Georgian real estate colleagues, and the culinary experience was simply outstanding. I want to specifically commend the management and sales team. My interactions with Nini and my ongoing correspondence with George have been an absolute pleasure. Their professionalism and courtesy perfectly reflect the high standards of this Luxury Collection property. Ultimately, this hotel showcases Tbilisi exactly as it deserves to be seen: as a serious, top-tier city on par with leading European capitals. This hotel is absolutely stunning, it’s located in the middle of the Freedom Square, across the road from the National Gallery and around the corner from the National Museum… and has it all! Free wine tastings every day from 5-6pm, breakfast starts at 6:30 till 11am and has so many options… and finally the rooms… wowwww we were on the 5th floor and the view was spectacular, specially at night. It has every single detail you could think of… even a Japanese style toilet, our family favorite fixture… at 6pm someone will come to your door delivering some Georgian delicacies. The wonderful, friendly and accommodating staff thought of every single detail. Thank you so much for our wonderful week in Tbilisi ❤️

We stayed at Paragraph Hotel for one week and experienced everything from spa massages to dining at Ostrigan Restaurant. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: The interior design is stunning, and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. The beds are excellent, the bathrooms have heated floors, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The massage experience was also great. Cons: You don’t really feel the traditional Georgian hospitality when staying here. Staff rarely greet guests, smiles are uncommon, and customer service often comes across as distant or “too cool” to be friendly. As a Georgian, this was honestly embarrassing for me. We also used the express laundry service, which cost 800 GEL basically the price of one night at the hotel which is absolutely ridiculous. The lobby food is just okay; nothing really stands out flavor wise. Another ongoing issue is that when you call the hotel, no one ever picks up the phone. Overall: The stay was okay and worth it for the views and comfort, but the service is below average.

A fantastic hotel with modern spacious rooms with views over Tbilisi and a great central location for exploring. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Do be sure to take advantage of the wine tasting hosted by Natia - it’s a great way to explore Georgian wines and hear Natia’s incredible wealth of knowledge.

This is a great hotel where I have been staying for last 14 days. Everything about this place screams luxury. From the rooms, to the spa and pool and everything in between. There is a lovely breakfast spread at Gulama restaurant led by Ana and her team, Pikria, Tini, Nini, Gigi, Tornike who all go out of their way to make you have a great start to your day.

Had a week here. Loved it. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast in the morning is superb. One server, Temta, was outstanding. She was up for the challenge of introducing new coffees for me each morning. This made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was above par. Comfortable and relaxing. The good night stories left by the staff gave insight into the culture and history of Georgia. The location was within walking distance of most places you could want to go. Galleria Mall with a grocery store across the street.

Absolutely exceptional stay! Paragraph Tbilisi is a stunning hotel — everything feels brand new, perfectly maintained, and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything yet calm and elegant. The dining experience was excellent — the Sunday brunch was truly luxurious, full of fresh and delicious options, including amazing local specialties and excellent Georgian wines. And don’t miss the chacha as a digestive — it’s a must! 🥂 The coffee and cake at the bar were simply top-notch. ☕🍰 The spa area was the absolute highlight — it’s huge, spread over two floors, with a large 360° panoramic pool (both indoor and outdoor), five different saunas, and an amazing massage that left me completely relaxed. And finally — a big compliment to the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. Their positive energy made the whole stay even more special.

Every request we had was immediately met with a strong desire to assist. We stayed here for 7 nights, and most of our enjoyment came from this luxurious, quiet, clean, well-equipped, and properly designed hotel The food at the restaurant is of a very high standard, especially the pastas. Luxurious saunas and a pleasant indoor pool, even in the winter! It was definitely an excellent decision on our part to stay at this hotel! ❤️

I had a great stay at Paragraph Tbilisi. They have good Marriott elite recognition. The spa was large and had a lot to experience. Breakfast was delicious. The concierge was friendly and helpful in securing a last minute ticket to the opera. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Tbilisi.

가격대는 있지만 그만한 가치가 있는 호텔. 매일 조금씩 바뀌는 조식 메뉴는 전반적으로 맛도 괜찮고 종류도 풍성한 편. 컨시어지, 체크인데스크, 룸서비스, 레스토랑, 룸클리닝 등 각 부서의 직원들이 모두 친절함. 호텔 위치 또한 좋아서 까르푸와 갤러리아 접근성이 좋고, 맛집들이나 관광명소에 다니기에도 편함. 디럭스룸 기준, 큰 캐리어 두개를 펼쳐놓기에 약간 협소한 느낌이 있으나 욕실은 넓어 사용하기 좋았다. 트빌리시 재방문시 또 이용하고싶은 호텔.

A beautiful hotel, well located but poor service from the front staff. I had ro wait over 2 hrs for my check in whilst others who arrived after me were allocated rooms. Secondly my tv did not work, i had to call 4 x to ask someone to fix it on my first day, on the second day i requested again the front staff to repair the tv but when i returned in the evening it was not fixed. There was no apology or even some form of compensation offered such as changing rooms. As a Marriott gold member i was highly disappointed!

Meiner Meinung nach das schönste und luxuriöseste Hotel in Georgien. Alles sehr professionell und die Lage in Tiflis ideal. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der SPA Bereich, so wie die beiden Pools sehr schön.

It is evident that significant investment, effort, and vision have been dedicated to developing such an impressive property, which holds great importance for Tbilisi and Georgia. We genuinely appreciate and respect that. This was my second stay at your hotel. During my first visit, I had a Very positive experience. However, I must express that this time I was quite surprised and disappointed by the level of service and overall attitude. The service quality and staff behavior did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of such caliber. Unfortunately, the experience lacked the professionalism and attentiveness that are essential in hospitality. At times, it felt as though the staff were not fully engaged in their responsibilities. Initially, we had planned to stay until the 26th, with a possible departure on the 25th. I was even considering extending my stay until the 30th and keeping one room longer. However, due to the experience, I decided to relocate. I have now moved to Marriott on Rustaveli Avenue, where I have been a loyal guest for over 20 years. I felt it was important to share this feedback with you. It is truly unfortunate, as the hotel itself has great potential and significance. I sincerely hope that you will review your service standards, staff performance, and overall guest experience. Georgia is a country we deeply respect and appreciate, and we always wish to see its best representation , especially in such important hospitality projects. Excellent service. The staff was always nice and food options were amazing. The pool is small, but it was not busy which made it pleasant. The rooftop bar has an stunning interior design and the view from the top is breathtaking.

The best hotel in Tbilisi for sure and one of the best hotel in Europe All the hotel facilities, the design, the pool, the spa, everything is at an excellent level, but no less important is the staff who run the hotel, they are always accessible, smiling and helpful, I must mention the reception manager, Mrs. Helena, who helped me a lot. Helena did everything in her power to make my vacation perfect. She is a professional, kind person and you can see that she does things with all her heart. Well done to Helena, you can see that you love what you do.

В отель заселились 31.12.25. Новогодняя ночь не дешевое удовольствие. Дополнительно оплатили новогодний ужин с концертом. Консьерж любезно показал нам стол и места, где мы будем ужинать и смотреть концерт. Весело мы не заметили дороговизну стоимости билетов и пришли на ужин. К разочарованию наши места были заняты. Остальные места были не заняты, но на этих местах уже кто-то посидел и поел. Я обратился к персоналу с просьбой предоставить мне купленные места. На это я получил ответ: «Какие проблемы? Это общий стол!» После 15-ти минутного отстаивания своей позиции(мягко говоря) мне предложили сесть за другой стол. Учитывая, что это новогодняя ночь и других вариантов нет, нам пришлось согласиться. Концерт средней поршивости, обслуживание тоже на троечку. Десерта мы не дождались и ушли. Еда была нормальная, но бывает гораздо вкуснее. Самой вкусной была красная икра.

Great location right on Freedom Square, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the spa area is excellent. Staff were professional and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, one of the best luxury options in Tbilisi. It’s a place I would gladly return to.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Facilities are top notch, location ia hard to beat, and the service is highly commendable. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Tbilisi, I highly recommended this hotel.
