Paramount Hotel Midtown

I stayed here with my friends, we were a group of 12 who checked in and we had a great weekend. The rooms were nice, and the pool was great with an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. It does get crowded quite easily though, so it’s better to come early to get a good spot. The hotel staff were also very accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet experience was great, especially the almond croissant and strawberry yogurt, both were delicious. The service from Marely and Michael was also excellent and very accommodating. The only downside for me was the coffee, which tasted a bit sour, possibly because of the coffee beans used. I was also a little upset about how strict the dress code policy was. I completely understand and respect that there may be local cultural considerations, but since this is a hotel, I felt that my outfit was already decent and modest, I was wearing a full-sleeved, long cover-up. However, Mauren did not allow me to enter, so I had to return to my room to change. What made it more frustrating was that once I entered, I noticed other guests wearing outfits that were more revealing than mine. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed guests about the dress code policy beforehand to avoid confusion and inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Paramount Midtown Hotel last weekend. The place is really cool specially the rooftop pool. I would like to commend Enrick (receptionist) for being so accommodating, patient and very kind to us. He was alone on duty at the reception when I had an issue with my keycard and instead of asking me to wait, he went out of his way to go to my floor and open the door for me. He asked someone to look after the reception instead of waiting for another staff to accommodate my request. I really appreciate his concern and understanding despite his busy schedule and he did that with a smile on his face. Kudos to you and I hope we have more employees like you who make sure that the guests are comfortable and happy in their stay. May you become successful in your chosen path. The best birthday gift ever experience in my life here in UAE. Our experienced was really amazing from the location, service, rooms and facilities. Special mention to Ms. Rose the frontdesk who assisted and welcomed us, and to the receptionist from buffet area she greeted me with happy birthday when we left from buffet and i was really happy, and to housekeeping but both of them I forgot the name sorry guys. The food was good more choices , the pool is fantastic and the view was amazing, and the room is great. Thank you Paramount🥰

Ich war im April 2026 im Paramount Hotel Midtown Dubai und hatte einen durchweg sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den durchgehend hervorragenden Service im gesamten Haus. Das Essen, das ich regelmäßig aufs Zimmer bestellt habe, war stets sehr gut und wurde schnell sowie zuverlässig geliefert. Auch der Reinigungsservice hat täglich äußerst gründlich und absolut verlässlich gearbeitet. Beim Check-in habe ich ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten – ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Burj Khalifa, was meinen Aufenthalt zusätzlich besonders gemacht hat. Das Frühstück kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da ich es nicht gebucht und auch nicht in Anspruch genommen habe. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Der Burj Khalifa ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Metrostation Business Bay ist nur rund 1 km entfernt, was eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt ermöglicht. Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein sehr komfortables Hotel mit starkem Service und hoher Qualität. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Paramount Hotel Midtown and we are more than satisfied with the entire experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the service was outstanding from the very beginning. Our room was amazing, very clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking view over Dubai that made our stay even more special. The pool area is also incredible and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. We truly had such a great time here. A very special thank you goes to Jonna, who helped us immediately after our arrival when we had a small issue. She handled everything extremely quickly, professionally, and completely to our satisfaction. Jonna is an absolute top employee — friendly, attentive, helpful, and highly professional. She made us feel welcome and cared for from the very first moment. Employees like her make all the difference, and honestly, we would book this hotel again anytime because of her excellent service. Odalar temizdi temizleyen kişinin eline sağlık. Konum olarak da Dubai malla 20 dk mesafedeydi yürüyerek marinaya uzak. Beş yıldızlı otel olmasına rağmen resepsiyonda ki kişiler yeterli değildi. Erken giriş için önceden otelle iletişime geçtik yer olursa alacaklarını yer olmazsa lobide belyip o saate kadar restorandan faydalanabileceğimizi iletmişlerdir. Ancak otele gittiğimizde bu yaklaşımdan uzaktılar ücreti neyse ödeyerek erken girmek istedik çünkü biz beklerken dahi checkoutlar vardı kabul etmediler saatlerce lobide bekledik kahvaltı saatinde ise ücretini ödeyerek geçebileceğimizi söylediler ücretini ödedik yedik 225 aed iki kişi. Beş yıldızlı otelin kahvaltı parasını dahi istemesi bize tuhaf geldi çünkü başka ülkelerde hiç karşılaşmamıştık. Saatlerce lobide bekleyerek odamıza anca geçebildik. Hiç yardımcı olmadıkları için kötü başladı tatilimiz. Kahvaltı azdı ama temizdi. Çalışanların masayla sandelyeleri aynı bezle sildiğini saymazsak. Sonsuzluk havuzu 64 . Katta idi ancak yeterli değildi yer bulmak için erkenden gitmek gerek manzarası güzeldi

I had an amazing stay at Paramount Midtown Hotel! The gym here is top-notch, and a special shoutout to Samuel, the trainer, who really goes above and beyond. He guided me through their Ramadan Challenge this season, which was both fun and motivating. The pool area is clean, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing swim after a good workout. What really stands out, though, is the staff—they’re friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Every interaction felt personal and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hotel that combines great facilities, a supportive fitness environment, and excellent service!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with an overnight stay in the hotel. The infinity pool at 64th has a manificent view of burj khalifa, and on ther side is jumeirah coastline. The breakfast buffet was also satisfying. The dinner at Malibu is giving romantic vibes with live music. The staff were all friendly, especialy Erick and Charles. All in all, highly recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Zakariya. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out. Zakariya was always approachable and ready to help with anything I needed—whether it was recommendations, quick assistance, or just making sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. He is a real asset to the hotel, and his efforts made my experience not just pleasant, but memorable. I would gladly return, knowing I’d be in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend!

⸻ We had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was large and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. The bathroom was also very roomy, especially the shower, which we really appreciated. The service was truly excellent. I would especially like to mention Vijay, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. In general, the entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. As for the downsides, you can hear some noise from the cars outside, and the bed was quite squeaky, which was a bit uncomfortable at times. Also not enough beds on the pool area for everyone Overall, we had a great experience thanks to the wonderful service and spacious facilities.

This hotel is absolutely not worth the price and does not live up to the luxury image it tries to sell. The room was extremely dirty. The shower had a strong, foul odour that made it unpleasant to even use. There were visible stains on the bed and on the floor, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging premium prices. The bedside tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years — dusty, marked, and disgusting. For what they charge per night, the cleanliness was shockingly poor. This felt more like a neglected budget hotel pretending to be five-star. On top of that, everything costs extra. The spa? Additional charge. So much for “luxury amenities.” The gym experience was just as bad — I was kicked out of the gym for wearing sandals, with no warning or courtesy, despite being a paying guest. Absolutely embarrassing and handled with zero professionalism. Then the final insult: $20 to wash TWO pieces of underwear. That is beyond ridiculous and feels like blatant price gouging. Overpriced rooms, filthy conditions, hidden costs, and rude, inflexible service. This hotel focuses more on appearances and branding than actual guest experience. If you’re coming to Dubai expecting comfort, cleanliness, and value for money — avoid Paramount Midtown. There are far better hotels in Dubai that actually respect their guests. Extremely disappointing stay. Would not return and would not recommend to anyone.

I had originally planned to stay at this hotel in Dubai for four weeks for my honeymoon, but unfortunately, due to the current situation, I was unable to travel and had to cancel my flight. I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am to the hotel team. Throughout the entire process, they were always there for me. They responded very quickly and handled everything with great professionalism. Within just one day, they coordinated with Booking and made it possible to cancel my reservation. What truly impressed me is that they didn’t have to do this — but they still did. They essentially saved my four-week honeymoon stay, and I truly appreciate that. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and understanding. It’s rare to experience such genuine customer care. I’m very thankful, and if I ever get the chance to travel to Dubai again when things are better, I will definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

We really had a great time at this place. We were staying on the 21st floor in room 2110 and we could literally enjoy the Burj Khalifah views every now and then. The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool too with aesthetic views. The services were top notch and they are truly the best so far. They made our holiday so special and smooth. The dining options were also fantastic, with delicious food and a great variety to choose from. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, my stay at Paramount Hotel Midtown was exceptional. The combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service made it a memorable experience. Very bad experience with Paramount Hotel Midtown. I booked 3 nights, but unfortunately my flight was canceled unexpectedly. I contacted the hotel immediately by email and messages many times, asking for support and explaining my situation, but nobody responded on time. Especially Sania Nisha from the reservation team handled the situation very poorly. After the 3 days already finished, they finally replied and kept almost all of my money. From 878 AED, they refunded me only 118 AED. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I felt completely ignored while trying to solve the issue. Instead of helping a customer facing an emergency travel problem, they delayed their response until it was too late. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please think carefully before booking here because if something goes wrong, you may not get proper support and could lose your money

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Paramount Hotel Dubai. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa situation géographique idéale, proche du métro et de Downtown, au cœur de Business Bay, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants au pied de l’établissement. Le personnel est très serviable, souriant et accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le véritable point fort reste la piscine située au 64ᵉ étage, avec une vue absolument impressionnante sur Dubaï et le Burj Khalifa. Elle est chauffée en hiver (jusqu’à fin mars), ce qui est très appréciable. Il est possible de se restaurer sur place en journée avec du snacking, puis le soir dans une ambiance plus restaurant. Nous avions un appartement bien équipé, avec toutes les commodités, une belle terrasse et une jolie vue. Même si l’ensemble de l’appartement est légèrement vieillissant, cela n’a en rien gâché notre expérience. Nous avons vraiment adoré cet établissement et le recommandons sans hésiter.

Es una torre muy concurrida. Todo el tiempo entra y sale gente. A veces los ascensores vienen muy llenos y no se puede subir. Si queres ir a la pileta en el último piso tenes que ir a las 6 de la mañana para agarrar una reposera sino te quedas sin lugar. Le doy 3 estrellas.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe von Downtown. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten bei Burj Khalifa und Dubai Mall. Auch per Auto ist man hier gut angebunden und schnell flexibel unterwegs. Die Metro befindet sich zudem hinter dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet. Die Größe ist toll und der Blick aus der 21 Etage auch super. Auf dem Dach gibt es einen Rooftoppool mit einer tollen Aussicht. Beim Zimmerservice hat Maja einmal gereinigt, dass war sehr gut und sie hat das Zimmer sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
