We had very bad experience with the only lady that was working there at that time. She was very rude when we asked for knife and fork and kachap for our pittza. There was also strong smell of burning used oil that was very disturbing and my friend eyes started to become watering. We polity mentioned to her that the smell and the smoke of burning oil is disgusting. We just asked her if she turned on the kitchen hood?? She suddenly increased her voice and obviously insulted us for everything including asking for disposable knife and fork for pittza while ordering only one.!!!!! Table was also dirty and we had to clean the table for ourselves. The manger had to hire more staff instead of putting all the responsibilities including cooking, cleaning and services on only one staff shoulder.
