Typical charlatan. Just avoid. They rented out a 2-story apartment at 1st floor (one floor above the ground) as a "luxury" villa to us. What a luxury! Broken floor, stinky toilet, burnt carpet, fallen off wallpapers and edging here and there, and a combi refrigerator whose main door was broken and freezer door missed. Each of us felt a couple of time in the staircase because of a loose stair. He gave us a false address when we rented the apartment online . It was the address of their office instead of the apartment. He claimed the apartment is in a 5-minute walking distance to the address we wanted, but later we found out it is a 20-minute driving distance. The internet was not connected. Everyday he came up with a new lie about the internet. Until the last moment we couldn't use the wi-fi for a single second. We insisted that we want a sitting toilet (سرویس فرنگی) and he said the villa! has it. However, it was only a squatting toilet (توالت ایرانی). There was a cheap plastic stool you had to put it yourself over the toilet hole to sit. Of course, each time you had to wash the stool yourself. None of the shortcomings were observable in the ad they posted on internet. We had paid in advance and could not receive or money back. We even returned it a day earlier. Very rude business owner who tops up lies with lies. Never trust them.
