I recently visited Paris Hypermarket for the first time and my overall experience was very good.. However I would like to make a small suggestion for better management in the upper section the number of staff seems excessive—around 50 staff members where approximately 25 would be enough. This makes the area feel crowded as almost every two steps there is a staff member. In contrast the lower section has staff well-balanced and appropriately managed. The store is well-maintained, with everything properly organized. The staff is polite and helpful offers are attractive parking space is sufficient and the counter service is fast and efficient I recommend redistributing the staff equally between the upper and lower sections to make the shopping experience even more comfortable.

It's too busy too much people shopping if anyone going to Thursday-friday it’s so many people coming you can't going inside It's better for shopping owner but some customers need peaceful shopping i am advice you going to Saturday-Wednesday

I bought scooter last night the employee test the scooter and every things okay, i was about to forget my warrantee paper. Good thing I returned back as my friend remind me. The employee never initiate to assist me the whole process and the person who stayed in the customer service desk was so rude. Now i tried to charge the scooter but the charger doesnt work properly, and i know that the person or the sales man knows that there was something wrong with the item as they ware in hurry during the time that I asked to test the charger.

Very bad service no proper response. Samsung galaxy 26 ultra Social media offer price. In the shop, they are phone but But salesman telling offer is finished. As per social media offer till 18th of this month. Today 17th, May?

Paris Hypermarket Al Muntazah is one of those practical places where you can get a lot done in a single visit. Groceries, household items and everyday essentials make it useful rather than flashy, which is exactly why many people like it.

Pretty good purchasing experience. Although the space is small, they have used it perfectly. Reasonable price, suitable for general purchases for public. They have a royalty system also for their customers. On the top floor, some sections are not priced or can not see the prices. i.e., shoes in a retail iron net cage. Ground floor staff friendly and helping customers, the top floor staff not having that much of coordination. Often announcing promotions. Sometimes, I have attached a few photos. Recommended

Do not purchase any electrical items from them. Their customer service is extremely poor, they do not answer calls or respond properly. Strict action should be taken against them, as they are selling defective products to customers. I bought a washing machine, and it stopped working within just two days.

Affordable prices. But never recommend to buy electrical items. Bought IMPEX brand refrigerator, washing machine, TV. All got faulty less than 6 month and some 1 year. Repairs are also highly discouraged.

The place is nice and tidy. I liked the way of presentation. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is courteous. Offers in the mobile section are relatively reasonable and the way to deal is respectful. Especially the employee Mr. Sadiq

Nice market with a good variety of shops. Everything is well-organised. It would be even better if an elevator was added.

The place i loved to shop, i travel mostly from saudi to doha. I spend all my purchasing there. While typing i am in the dresses,boots and my s24fe which was purachased there. Greetings for your grand opening in Saudi.

Very good place for shopping with comfortable price range

Not clean place to shop, smell is bad , customer service take your bag without giving you a number , u just need to tell the guy this my stuff and he will give lol, food quality are 4/10 , this branch need so much quality control

I had a very disappointing experience with this store electronics sales man.The salesperson provided false information to convince me to buy a smart watch. When I opened the box, I realized it wasn’t what I was told it would be. I went back to request an exchange, but they refused, giving silly excuses. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity and customer care. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

It is a newly opened Hyper Market. It has everything like other hyper markets.Many Indian imported items are available here. There is a live kitchen where we can get Kerala cuisine foods. On the 1st floor we can find electronic items and clothes for all aged groups.

I ordered a washing machine today. The delivery driver, named Ram (from Nepal), behaved in a very aggressive and rude manner during the delivery at my home.
