هتل بسیار خوبی است بسیار تمیز همه جا برق میزنه .صبحانه عالی .استخر نداره .لابی جایی برای وقت گذرانی نداره .ولی واقعا ۴.۵ ستاره است رفتار پرسنل و مدیریت بسیار عالی پیاده تا میدان جمهوری ۲ دقیقه اصلا نیاز به تاکسی ندارید اگه سیم کارت خریدید با yandix میتونید برید اینور اونور

زمستان 94 یک هفته با خانواده در این هتل اقامت داشتیم بسیار خوب بود نوساز بود و صبحانه خوب

The hotel is in a perfect location to visit the main tourist sites in Yerevan. You can eat in many great restaurants with a maximum of a 5 minute walk. We booked online many months in advance and used the airport transfer included in the room rate. This worked very well until the roads were closed around the hotel so had to walk for the last 5-10 minutes (though the hotel did send 2 members of staff to help with our luggage. The staff at the front desk were excellent and were so helpful and their English was good too. The room was large, clean and comfortable and overlooked the street below. We had 3 problems with the room however - the WiFi signal was very poor, the room was too warm for us as the hotel wouldn’t turn on the AC until 1st June (even though it was hot outside) and the hair dryer kept cutting out every minute. They did provide a different hairdryer (which worked) and a fan (which didn’t really help with the heat in the room). The rooftop restaurant and bar was excellent. We were lucky to see Mt Ararat on 2 mornings which was great. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the decor up there was great. So we had a good stay but the few problems made it 4/5 overall.

The location is at the center of all edtablishments, so you can easily navigate the places. The room is big with balcony. Buffet breakfast has a lot of variety. Welcoming staff. The only problem is that the road is busy and no parking space for dropping and picking up your luggage.

It was pleasant stay for us as family, the rooms were very clean, quiet and big enough. The staff were professional and polite. The location was fantastic and very close to main square of the town. There is well prepared Italian restaurant at top floor with skill personnel. I would give 10 of 10 to this 4 star hotel.

Для Еревана отель хороший. Местоположение топ. Правда фитнес у них печальный и одного лифта иногда мало. Персонал дружелюбный. Очень хорошие завтраки, всегда было, что поесть всем в нашей большой компании.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel and overall our experience was excellent. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, the service was outstanding, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with great variety and quality. The hotel also showed great flexibility and care: they kindly offered us free late check-out because I was sick, which we truly appreciated. Additionally, after check-out, they kept our luggage for us so we didn’t have to carry it around until our flight time — a very helpful and thoughtful gesture. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the Fitness Center. As someone who enjoys working out, the gym was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. There was very limited equipment: although there was a dumbbell rack, the dumbbells only went up to 10 kg, and it looked like heavier ones were missing. The machines were few and not very functional, and overall the gym clearly needs better maintenance and improvement. In general, the fitness center needs an upgrade to reach a satisfactory level where guests can properly work out. Aside from this, everything else about the hotel was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it.

Centrally located hotel with helpful staff Myself and a friend stayed four nights in April. Our rate included breakfast. Pros: -Lobby - small area with Reception Desk. Helpful, English-speaking staff. For example they booked us a taxi and a table at a local restaurant. -Clean premises. -Free WiFi throughout hotel. -One large lift to all floors. -Room 1101 (11th floor) - ‘Deluxe twin’ spacious room with two single beds. Keycard entry. Air-con unit. Large mirror. Three door cupboard with hanging space and shelves, electronic safe, sandals. Suitcase stand. Wall-mounted Hisense 40-inch TV with apps for YouTube, Netflix and Prime Video. Room service menu. Desk with chair plus tea, cups & kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge (contents chargeable). Lamp. Round wooden table, tissues. Upholstered chair & footstool. Beds with bedside tables, desk lamps. Telephone. Views of buildings opposite and street below with off-set view - on a clear day - of Mount Ararat. Spacious en-suite bathroom with large mirror, walk-in shower, toilet, basin, lotions, tissues, hairdryer, scales, bathrobes. -Montmartre restaurant-bar - 12th floor (top-floor rooftop) - Breakfast, 7-10:30am weekdays, 7:30-11am weekends. Continental buffet includes cereals, nuts, breads, eggs, sausage, salad, fruit, cakes. 1 small toaster. 2 coffee machines. Views of cityscape and distant Mount Ararat two peaks (Greater and Lesser Ararat) in distance. -Fitness Center and Meeting Room - 3rd floor. -Underground car park. Cons: -No designated drop off/pickup area as located on busy street. -Lift - occasional queues as only one. -Room - noise from traffic outside. Windows need replacing for noise insulation. Also in evening, noise from live band above. I wore earplugs to sleep. -Room - air-con not working properly. -Room - curtains not backed, so light floods into room. -Montmartre restaurant - live music (singer and band) every night from 8pm. I wore earplugs to sleep. Notes: -Yerevan Zvartnots Airport - I bought a Ucom SIM card (data only) from a Ucom desk next to luggage reclaim. Hotel is a 25 minute drive from airport. -Rock Four mini-supermarket across the road from hotel sells alcohol and contains a money exchange. -The hotel is centrally located in the city and numerous cafes, restaurants, sites and museums are within walking distance. -We had room service and also ate nearby at Casa Nostra and Napoletana Armenia (twice). -In Yerevan we did a 2.5 hour Free Tour walking tour from Cascade Complex to other sites including Northern Avenue, Opera House, Republic Square, Blue Mosque, St. Sargis Vicarial Church and views towards Mount Ararat. -We also went on two minibus day trips out of Yerevan: Arch of Charents/Garni Temple/Symphony of Stones/Geghard Chapel and Khor Virap/Areni-1 Cave/Noravank Monastery/Areni Wine Factory. -During my time in Armenia we also traveled to Goris and Dilijan.

Es un hotel grande, con las habitaciones limpias y un servicio atento. El desayuno en la azotea es bastante rico, variado, con productos locales. El único pero es que llegamos de madrugada, y para uno de mis hijos pedí la posibilidad de bajarle el desayuno yo misma a la habitación porque se encontraba mal, y me dijeron que se cobraba aparte. El equipo es atento y simpático, pero no me gustó ese detalle, que entiendo que no es cosa de ellos.

Hotel: Very happy with our 1 week stay at Paris Hotel. Our room was spacious and the shower was great (very important to us!). The cleaning staff was amazing, location was prime and the rooftop breakfast was just what we needed too. Only downside was the small lobby. Overall very happy and comfortable with our choice! Restaurant: In my opinion the dishes here are the highest quality you can get in the region. And Vahe, perhaps the best bartender in Yerevan. Five stars all around. Wish I could go back!

Great hotel. Staff is very kind and professional. Fair quality for price. Delicious buffet but unfortunately no halal food available yet.

Очень хорошая локация Завтраки супер Персонал выше всяких похвал Да! В номерах немного страдает звукоизоляция, но не критично! Рекомендую

The suit smells sewage In the roof top the manager katia is the worst I met in Yerevan ppl are so nice except for her. She was so rude and bossy. The reception ppl are so nice and helpful

Adorei minha hospedagem no Paris Hotel. Localização excelente, café da manhã impecável (tem até piano ao vivo), jantar também foi uma delícia. Apenas tenha cuidado ao solicitar o quarto no check in: existem andares fumantes e não fumantes. O lado virado pra frente tem muito barulho das festas que acontecem na região.

First the good things: - Location is great - Rooms are big - They have smoking rooms which is great for me as it's rare these days to find hotel with smoking rooms - Breakfast is okay - You can smoke in the bar/restaurant which is okay except for breakfast which I don't like, go figure - They have free airport transport, very very useful Things to improve: - Some people working there need to be trained in hospitality, one lady was nice, guys working at front desk were hardly pretending to be hospitable you could see there was not much effort in it, not everyone can work in hospitality industry, you can make somebody's day if you are actually kind and helpful and not just pretending or not even that - Toilet was without toilet paper which can be bad surprise - Coffee machine in the room not working, not good when you want to have a coffee before you leave for airport in middle of the night - Had a breakfast package because of early check out which is nice but without utensils quite hard to eat as they give you toast and separately cheese and sausage and olives so it's a bit messy, not to mention effort needed to put apricot jam on/in the croissant - Only one elevator which you wait for quite some time as there are 12 floors - Booked for two nights and they said they had in their system I have booked for four nights, luckily I had email from them confirming only two nights booking, never experienced that before, but they resolved it, but not until next day, lost the trust in them at that point All in all I plan to stay again but hopefully they will improve above mentioned things. It would be a waste of really good potential if they don't repair/remedy these problems with service, machines and so. Elevator will probably be a bigger challenge.

قضينا ٧ ليالي في هالفندن حجزنا الغرف الديلوكس كانت مساحتها واسعة وشرحه والستاف متعاونين وطيبين ومبتسمين دايماً وينفذون طلباتنا بسرعه حتى لو في منتصف الليل 👌🏻 الافطار عندهم زوين الخيارات محدودة بحكم الحلال والحرام ( ما اكلنا لحوم بسبب طريقة الذبح ) لكن يسد الحاجة، البيض والاجبان والخضروات والفواكة والخبز بأنواعهم متوفرين والخير وايد الحمدلله التدفئة ممتااااازة في الاجواء الباردة والارضية عندهم موكيت/ سجاد، الغرف نظيفة وخدمتهم سريعة وعندهم Smart TV I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Yerevan another time ⭐️👌🏻💯

Lovely hotel and is perfectly located in Yerevan. Walking distance to many attractions, plus there are restaurants all over. The area is safe. The hotel is clean, the staff are very accommodating and friendly, the breakfast was nice as well. I would only add, the hairdryer available is a little outdated (old wall hairdryer) and the curtains are not blackout curtains, so take an eye mask if you are sensitive to the light. I would however certainly go back.

Super pobyt, miła pomocna obsługa. Nawet chwilowa awaria windy , została perfekcyjnie załatwiona z gościem hotelowym. Tak trzymać wysoki poziom. No i oczywiście pyszne jedzenie.

The hotel is excellent, the location is top, the staff is great, thank you Emma for arranging my wifes birthday, and the reservations for the restaurants the day trip, our driver, everything was magnificent and magical, see you soon we will be back to the paris hotel and the magnificent people, personell. Thank you all very well, it was one of my best ever experienced.

Stayed at the hotel twice so far and we have loved it. The location is perfect because it is a 5 min walk to the city center (Heraparak) and 5 min walk to the seasons restaurant and park. There are plenty of restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The staff is super kind and very helpful. The rooftop restaurant is great because you can have your daily included breakfast there and they have live entertainment every night. Few cons - the restaurant lunch and dinner menu is the same. As a hotel guest with kids we went there to eat quit often and we would have liked to see a different menu for lunch and dinner. - the rooms are clean but this time I found a spider on my pillow - the shower is great but has a design flaw where the water comes out from under the shower doors and the hole space gets wet. - hotel drop off zone. The hotel needs to block off a section in the front to allow shuttles and taxi to drop off passengers. There was always a car parked there and when you wanted to get off taxi, you were lottery dropped off in the middle of the street and you had to rush to get out because all the taxi drivers fear the traffic cameras that take photo of you double parked or stand.
