Polecam ten hotel !Jesteśmy z mężem w czasie Świąt Bożonarodzeniowych. Panuje tu bardzo przyjemna atmosfera. Mamy HB i nie chodzimy głodni. Smaczne śniadania i obiady. Pokoje nowocześnie umeblowane bardzo czyste. Obsługa hotelu od sprzątaczek ,kelnerów i pracowników recepcji na wysokim poziomie. Hotel ma lokalnie 3 gwiazdki dla swobodnie może dostać 4. Mamy akurat przepiękny widok na park i morze. Na prawdę proszę nie czytać postów negatywnych bo to muszą być malkontenci którzy wybierając hotel zapomnieli , że to nie 5 gwiazdek. Polecam!!

Een prima hotel voor een redelijke prijs. Kamer en badkamer was van uitstekende kwaliteit. Service was ook prima, vriendelijke personeelsleden bij servicedesk, bar en restaurant. Helaas was er soms geen buffetlunch maar een lunch van de kaart in de bar, teweinig all inclusive gasten. Ook jammer met Pasen 3 pelgrim groepen uit het Oostblok. Veel herrie rond 7 uur in de morgen buiten en rond 7.30 kerkdienst buiten met gezang etc. Ook het restaurant werd savonds door deze groepen luidruchtig in beslag genomen. Maar na de Pasen zal dit probleem weer opgelost zijn. Ook een prima fitnessruimte. Tot half april is het eigenlijk buiten het seizoen en door de oorlog in het midden oosten veel annuleringen. Maat voor totaal wel een aanrader, zeker ook omdat het direct aan het strand is gelegen.

I’m very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. First of all, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow — barely 8 mb/s — which made it almost impossible to work or even stream basic content properly. For a hotel in this price range, that’s simply unacceptable. The most serious issue, however, was the condition of the room. There was visible mold that appeared to have been poorly painted over with white paint to make it look clean and well-maintained. Shortly after our stay began, my son developed a respiratory infection, which we strongly believe was caused by the unhealthy environment in the room. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a family-friendly hotel. The reception staff was not helpful and showed little interest in resolving our concerns. On top of that, the fridge in our room was not working, adding further inconvenience. Finally, the beach directly in front of the hotel was dirty and clearly not maintained properly, which was extremely disappointing considering the location. Overall, this stay was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting basic standards of cleanliness and service.

One of the best locations at the sea, you are few meters away from the sea and cafes overlooking the beach with playgrounds. Rooms were clean way better than we expected and are cleaned daily. Breakfast is fine, good variety and medium quality.

Hotel położony przy samej plaży. Po drugiej stronie ulicy tani sklep spożywczy. Położony jest więc idealnie jeśli chodzi o potrzeby turysty. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i zna język angielski. Szybko wykonuje polecenia. Menu bardzo dobre. Przygotowane na czas i podawane czysto. Pokoje są takie jak powinny być dla turysty: dość duże, z balkonem, także z widokiem na las i plażę. No i w kompleksie jest basen.

The rooms Are really good and the Location is Great aswell, directly at the Beach and the Main street but the Service is so Pool ist really sad. Every day when we came back to the Hotel our room key wasnt working and we had to Go to the reception to fix it. Breakfest is also Not good, the coffee is horrible and the Rest is just okay but Not more than that. The only really good think about this Hotel is the rooms and the Location the Rest is just not good.

Recently stayed here. Brilliant service. Great location handy for town. Right in the middle of things. Friendly staff. The beach bar/cafe was top notch. Lovely food. Cannot fault it.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Whilst beach location is good, it is 5km from city centre . Rooms are basic. Shower outdated. No kettle or coffee making facility. No iron. The hot food at breakfast was not hot and many of the food choices are not ‘edible’ to someone from the U.K. Staff were very unfriendly. I’m not sure if some of them can’t speak, or just don’t. The atmosphere felt very unwelcoming. If you are not from Cyprus, Greece or Russia, give this hotel a miss.

First of all the hotel is based in v good location. This seems to be a good start. Rooms were clean as decent 3 star level. Lovely view from the area where food was served. However... Staff were not friendly, especially the grumpy lady at reception and overwhelming smell of cat urine... This make me feel I would go there again.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Park Beach Hotel. Wir sind so begeistert, von der Anlage, dem netten Personal, dem Super Essen was im Hotel angeboten wird. Es gibt auf dem Gelände viele zutrauliche Katzen welche gerne schmusen & Zuneigung bekommen. Wir empfehlen allen Katzenliebhabern etwas Trockenfutter/Leckerli am Kiosk zu kaufen & um ihnen etwas Liebe zurück zu geben Wir kommen Defintiv Wieder!!!

Hotel jest dobrą bazą wypadową dla zwiedzających wyspę. Fajne czyste pokoje, dobre jedzenie, miła obsługa, basen i bardzo blisko do morza. Plaża i wejście do morza kamieniste trzeba mieć klapki albo buty do kąpieli. Dla mnie było ok.

Przebywałem tam 9 dni. Hotel jest tuż przy głównej nadmorskiej ulicy. W nocy słychać wielbicieli jeżdżenia bez tłumika, ale tu akurat hotel nie zawinił. Polecam jednak pokoje od strony plaży o ile ktoś jest wrażliwy na hałas. Hotel ma dwa poziomy. Nie ma windy. Pokoje są duże i klimatyzowane. Ja mieszkałem na piętrze, więc miałem balkon. Moja łazienka była mała. Nie było gdzie położyć kosmetyków a pod prysznic musiałem przeciskać się między ubikacją a kabiną. Ale w innych pokojach łazienki mają bardziej przyjazny układ. Kwestia szczęścia :) W pokoju jest szafa, sejf, klimatyzacja, lodówka, telewizor i suszarka. Nie ma czajnika i butelek z wodą co czasem bywa standardem w innych hotelach. W hotelu są dwa baseniki. W tym dla dzieci zmieszczą się 3 osoby, w tym dla dorosłych pewnie z 6. Generalnie goście wolą chyba iść na pobliską plażę publiczną, która jest tuż za płotem. Ręcznik plażowy można wypożyczyć w recepcji za 10 euro kaucji. Bardzo doceniam, że recepcja pomaga zamówić taksówkę a także można tam wypożyczyć auto (min. na 3 dni) czy zapisać się na jedną z wycieczek z oferty. Restauracja serwuje dania w formie bufetu. Dodatkowo można zamówić coś do picia (wino, piwo, cola, soki). Obok jest bar. Mnie się podobało. Czasem bywa głośno, ale dla turysty tylko tam nocującego było ok.

The location of this hotel was great, 5 minute walk to the beach and with a car it’s not far from Limassol marina and the castle. The hotel itself was below average. It wasn’t very clean and our room had cockroaches. There was very little cupboard and drawer space and it was very cramped for a family of 4. The fold up bed was very hard. The fridge wasn’t cold at all and when we told the reception, nothing was done about it. It had no kettle and tea/coffee facilities which every hotel should have at a bare minimum. Twice we weren’t left with much toilet paper and when I went to reception he just went to the nearest toilet to give me a roll. No apology or anything. The man at reception was not welcoming or friendly at all, always looked like customers were a bother to him. He didn’t even say I hope you have a good stay or a goodbye when we left. Other staff were ok, but most just looked miserable. The main pool was ok, it was big but not much of a shallow end. You can tell it doesn’t get properly cleaned, there was mold around the pool gutters. The kids pool got very warm like a bath and there seemed to be a funky smell every so often. The pool light was also hanging off which is dangerous. Food by the pool was awful. The calamari was like eating a rubber band. Breakfast choice was the same everyday and we got so bored of it by the end of 10 nights. There were flies landing on the food too. Dinner was ok but still pretty much the same stuff everyday. They had a Cyprus night on Thursdays which was actually surprisingly lovely. Proper Cypriot buffet on the grass with a band and dancers. It’s an old hotel which has great potential but needs a lot of work and better management. If you just want a basic room and be right by the beach then this hotel is fine.

What a fantastic hotel! The architecture is stunning, combining modern design with a touch of local culture. My suite was luxurious, with a spacious living area, a comfortable king-size bed, and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The bathroom had a large soaking tub and high-end toiletries, making it feel like a private spa. The pool area was beautifully landscaped, and the poolside bar served refreshing cocktails with a friendly smile. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, including helping with restaurant reservations and transportation. I also loved the live music nights held in the lounge, which added a great vibe to the evenings. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to and recommend to friends and family.

Осторожно мошенники на рецепшине!!! Парень индус работающий в дневное время хотел обманом заставить нас платить при высиление придуманые им суму денег , берите чеки при оплате наличкой ! люди должны знать об этом !!!Мы платили каждый день по 120 евро в конце с нас хотели необосновано еще денег!

I was in this hotel this July. What can I say? The hotel, to be honest, was a mess. There wasn’t even a kettle in the room, let alone a bottle of water to drink after the trip. In my opinion, a kettle, water, and a fridge are the bare minimum every hotel should provide. At the lobby, weighing your suitcase costs 1 euro 😅 — just to place it on the scale once. I can understand paying for luggage wrapping, that’s fine. But charging 1 euro just to weigh your suitcase once… The food wasn’t great either — dinner cost 16 euros, but the chicken was bitter and smelled off. I seriously doubt its quality. I wasn’t expecting anything like Turkey or Egypt, like All Inclusive, but I also didn’t expect this. So I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel — it’s better to just rent an apartment separately.

From start to finish our stay here was dreadful, we had booked in total 4 rooms, only one of them didn't have an issue. Issues with the rooms collectively on entry: Soiled toilet, Used wet towels, Very low water pressure in the shower. A constantly blocked sink. Ant infestation. Cockroaches coming from under the door. Rude Head Receptionist, sexist, arrogant, constantly with an angry look. It's as if they know that you're going to have a terrible stay and just are fed up of the constant complaints that are made. They don't bother to greet you at check-in properly, no thanks after checking out. Don't stay at the front of the building the noise from the traffic is unbearable. Don't stay on top of the bar, the kitchen extractor sounds like a jet engine, starting from 3am in the morning. The doors to the rooms have gaps all around it (u can see the light from outside when the door is closed) in addition with the very flimsy locks you don't feel safe. If staying, get a room at the back on a higher floor to your left. The rooms have been refurbished recently to an ok standard but it doesn't mean anything since the general running of the hotel is very sub par. The right of the hotel there is a constant stench due to the rubbish storage. If you stay on the lower floors be ware for the infestation of cockroaches. None of what I have written has in any way been exaggerated. Positives close to the beach.

The hotel is great, I had a room in the garden with a sea view, beautiful. The service in the restaurant was great, the food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it. A feeding station on the front with dry food and drinking water for the cats would be useful, because they are very poor, some drink chlorinated water from the pool. Such a hotel should also take care of the animals a little. A bowl of water is not much, but it can make a big difference on hot days

struttura giovane e moderna in centro alla città, si è immersi tra il nuovo dei residence e grattacieli e la magnifica pineta con pedonale che segue tutto il lungomare… buona la pulizia ed i servizi, cibo molto buono e vario, cene con intrattenimento musicale. ha una comoda piscina, sebbene con un mare così non serve, spiaggia attrezzata e pulita. che dire, abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in coppia, amati dal mare e coccolati dal personale dell’hotel. consiglio tantissimo se si è amanti del relax, delle cicale e dei gatti. se cercate la ressa e la calca in spiaggia, la passeggiata serale per i negozietti delle cianfrusaglie… dirottate su Ayia napa o Paralimni! per quelle coppie come noi, Limassol è il paradiso della pace e del relax non privandosi comunque di splendidi locali sul mare per un drink! ❤️

I was very disappointed with my stay. While the rooms were acceptable for the price, there were several serious issues that ruined the overall experience. The floors creaked loudly, and the sink drained poorly, which made even basic use inconvenient. Housekeeping was extremely intrusive — they knocked twice in quick succession and entered the room just seconds later, without waiting for a response. This happened more than once. There was no time to answer the door or even get dressed. Even when we placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign, they still came in. This lack of respect for guests’ privacy is simply unacceptable. Reception service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The staff didn’t smile or greet guests, creating a cold and uncomfortable atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The only real positives were the pool and the hotel’s location — both were quite good. Unfortunately, the breakfast was another disappointment. Many of the utensils were dirty, the food did not seem fresh, and the selection never changed. Even worse, the plates, glasses, and cutlery were often stained or greasy, which was extremely off-putting and raised concerns about hygiene. Additionally, the doors in the rooms had large gaps, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly — completely unacceptable for guest comfort. Overall, this hotel fails to meet basic hospitality standards. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend it to others.
