An absolutely unforgettable stay from start to finish. The experience began the moment we stepped into the ground-floor entrance, where we were greeted with such warmth. The entire team at the check-in lobby treats every guest like a true VIP with world-class hospitality. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself feels like a curated museum with stunning art at every corner. The views are breathtaking, perfectly capturing the world-class charm of Tokyo. I also highly recommend the afternoon tea and the beautiful restaurants—the scenery and atmosphere are unmatched. Every detail of this stay touched our hearts. A must-visit!

Incredible experience here! One of my favorite accommodations I’ve ever stayed at. The location was quiet but convenient to other neighborhoods, and close enough to Shinjuku (though, a bit of a jaunt to the main area) without being loud. The hotel itself was just a fun yet swanky maze, and the spa is INCREDIBLE. The pool is iconic, and the food was incredible. We were blessed with clear skies to see sunset over Mt. Fuji from high up, and will be trying to come back ASAP.

An excellent experience overall, tempered by service which was rather less impressive than one might expect from such an institution. The rooms, facilities, restaurants, and all were fantastic, but the staff seemed overall to be somewhat less well trained than one would expect. For instance, having to explicitly ask for water refills at the bar when there were no other customers, or waiting more than an hour for toiletries to be delivered to the room after calling the front desk for them. All in all, great, but hard to justify paying cash price.

食事利用で土曜日の18時半頃訪問。 パークハイアットはこちら、の案内を1階で見つけたものの、「デリカテッセン脇の階段を登って2階に…」のような説明が書かれているがデリカテッセンがどこにあるのかも分からないし階段も見つからないし迷ってかなりイライラした。 仕方ないので電話をかけて質問。受付のところに看板が出てますよとのこと、それでも分からないから電話してるんですけど…と思った。 結局、真っ暗で何も見えないようなところにデリカテッセンがあり（時間的にやってなかった？電気がついていなかった）、薄暗い階段を登ると開けた空間に出たが、そこから更に上の階に行くエレベーターが見えない、、、。 階段を上り切ったところにバー？カフェ？があったのでエレベーターはどこかと聞くと奥にございますとのことでしたが、真っ暗すぎて壁なのか何か空間があるのか分からないレベル。 高級感ある雰囲気は大切ですがここまで視認できないのは利用者目線じゃなさすぎませんか。日本人だから電話できたものの、海外の人どうするんだろう。休日だと1階の受付も人がいなそうだし詰みそう。 私だけ迷ってるのかと思ったが、エレベーターが一緒になった女性二人組も「入り口まじで分からないよね、暗すぎ」と話していたので同じ感想の人が多いんじゃないかと思った。

I stayed at the Park Hyatt Tokyo post-renovation and it may be my new favourite city-hotel I’ve stayed at. The view and atmosphere you get when you first enter the hotel from the elevator is always exceptional. I remember when I first came here when I was young, I thought it felt like we were in a castle in the sky. I heard someone recently compare it to being in a blimp floating above the city. I was young last I saw it, but the renovations seem really well done. I know that lots of others say this, but from someone who isn’t the biggest fan of outdated, it really does look modern and clean while keeping the original feel of the hotel. All-in-all, I’ve stayed at the Park Hyatts in Kyoto and Niseko as well, but I think this is my new favourite.

パークハイアット東京は、これまで泊まってきたラグジュアリーホテルの中でも、「こちらが何を求めているか」を本当によく理解してくれているホテルだと感じます。言葉にする前に動いてくれる場面が多く、滞在全体を通して“察してくれる心地よさ”がありました。 客室、とくにスイートは十分な広さがあり、良い意味で“ホテルっぽさ”が前に出すぎず、自宅のリビングにいるような落ち着きを感じられます。照明のトーンや家具の配置も含め、長く滞在したくなる「住まう感覚」を味わえました。アメニティがイソップでまとめられているのも安心感があり、香りや使い心地も含めて統一感があります。 プールや「クラブ・オン・ザ・パーク」の入浴施設も素晴らしく、都心とは思えない静けさの中でリラックスできます。水まわりやロッカー、タオル補充なども常に整えられていて清潔感があり、フィットネスを含めてトータルで“整う時間”を過ごせました。 館内のレストランも総じてレベルが高く、フレンチ ブラッスリーの「ジランドール」、グリル料理と東京の夜景を堪能できる「ニューヨークグリル」、日本料理の「梢」と、どのレストランも料理・サービスともに安定して満足できるクオリティです。食事のシーンごとに使い分けができ、「今日はどこで何を食べようか」と考える時間すら楽しくなります。また、「ニューヨークバー」では生演奏も楽しめ、夜景と音楽、グラスを傾ける時間が本当に贅沢でした。 スタッフのホスピタリティも印象的で、ベルスタッフは常に一歩先を読んだ動きをしており、こちらが喉が渇いたと感じるタイミングでさりげなくお水を用意してくれるなど、細かな気遣いが光ります。このホテルで開催されたパーティーに参加した際も、会場の雰囲気づくりやサービスの安定感が素晴らしく、とても心地よい時間を過ごせました。 朝食はブッフェが基本ですが、卵料理などオーダー式のメニューがどれも美味しく、量より質を重視した「丁寧な朝ごはん」という印象です。ブッフェとアラカルトをバランスよく楽しめるのも嬉しいポイントでした。 現在は大規模改修のため一時休館中ですが、新しく生まれ変わってオープンする日を本当に楽しみにしています。これまでの魅力を残しつつ、どのような進化を遂げるのか、また必ず戻ってきたいと思わせてくれる、大切な“定宿候補”です。

Exceptional service and hospitality—truly one of the best in Tokyo. The staff were incredibly kind, and the sauna facilities were a highlight of my stay. One thing I found interesting was that extra water wasn't provided during the turndown service, but since the staff brought it immediately upon request, it wasn't an issue at all. The standout moment of my trip was at checkout. Despite the freezing, windy weather, the Korean doorman at the entrance noticed my taxi heading towards the basement instead of the main entrance. He actually ran after it to guide the driver to the correct spot. I was truly moved by his dedication and proactive care. This is a hotel I highly recommend, and it’s a must-stay if you’re visiting Tokyo. I can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is like entering a movie scene. The moment elevator opens to lobby, quiet + smell = luxury max. My room view was insane, like 東京タワー saying hello. New York Grill breakfast was simple but quality very high. Gym and pool are also beautiful with skyline. Service very professional but also warm — staff say “おかえり” in nice way that make me smile. Expensive, yes, but memory-level stay.

The view is amazing. The beds are comfortable. Alas everything else about staying there feels cold and off. For a premier property, the hotel simply doesn’t come close to the levels of its competitors. What’s worse is the management doesn’t seem to care. Communication prior to the stay was abysmal. Emails weren’t answered promptly, and the replies were often incoherent. Calling also didn’t help. Check in is a cold experience. Competitors greet you warmly, offer beverages and snacks, and make sure you’re comfortable while you wait. One of our rooms was not ready at check in time, which — and let’s be honest — is a grace hotels do not earn. The other room was ready just under the wire. This despite the hotel asking our arrival time prior, to which we replied. The icing on the cake was the lack of bell service to bring our bags down upon checkout. Good grief as we needlessly lugged them across the acres of carpet between elevator banks. If you’ve never been to Tokyo and simply must see the view from the bar, I understand. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere. So many choices that provide such better experiences.

客室の評価はわかりかねますが、私の知りうる限りは満点です。 今冬にリニューアル後、初めてお邪魔しました。今回はペイストリーブティックを利用させていただき、52Fニューヨークグリルでサーブされているブレッドを購入。それ以外にも、ブレッドの品揃えが豊富で、かつ写真でもおわかりいただけるように、ビジュアル面の美しさも秀逸で、もはや芸術です。さすがのパークハイアット東京。必ず再訪させていただきます。

Park Hyatt Tokyo was the most luxurious hotel we stayed on this trip, but unfortunately also the most disappointing, if not annoying one. When we got to the 41 fl, there was no one staffed outside the elevator to help with the luggage and general direction. It was painful to be dragging heavy luggages full of goodies on the carpeted floor not knowing where to go. We also had to follow up multiple times to get our checked bags after we got the room key. My partner was really anxious about it because he had important research materials in there. To be fair, the luggages did eventually come after we gave up waiting and left for dinner, along with a pastry from the bakery downstairs. The water coming out of the water boiler looked dirty/greasy despite multiple times of boiling and rinsing. I was looking forward to making some tea in the nice pottery they had, but ended up getting bottled water from the outside. Why not the water they provided? Because the it had a chemical taste after sitting too long in the aluminum bottle. There were some other minor but still jarring issues such as previous guest’s hair on the hair dryer and a single cotton swab left in the supply holder. Now, the view that the hotel offered is something else. And even we got “discriminated” for not having established relationships with Hyatt and always got put on the lowest guest floor with the worst view (by other properties, too, which has become a running joke for us), it was still a decent enough view of Tokyo on the 42nd floor in Shinjuku. We just lost our appetite for it.

I came in with minimal expectations but the Park Hyatt Tokyo impressed me both by its decor and its service. Though the room was not memorable in itself and I was not upgraded despite my request, the hotel amenities are wonderful and New York Bar is a particular highlight. Despite the fact that the location of the hotel is a little remote (it is nowhere as close to Shinjuku as I had expected), it still is a good choice based off the quality of service and on-site amenities alone. It is disappointing, however, that smoking has been restricted to a smoking room upstairs and, even worse, to a remote corner downstairs which requires quite a hike to reach.

西新宿の高層ビル群の中でもひときわ気品を放つ「パーク ハイアット 東京」。新宿パークタワーの高層階に位置し、私は特別な記念日に宿泊しました。チェックインからすでに非日常の世界が始まり、スタッフの所作ひとつひとつに五つ星の風格を感じます。お部屋に入れば、窓一面に広がる東京の大パノラマ。夜景はまるで宝石箱のようで、ただ眺めているだけで贅沢な時間が流れます。朝食は開放感あふれるレストランで、素材の良さが活きた料理の数々に心も満たされました。また訪れたいと思ったのは、ラグジュアリーでありながらどこか温もりのある“静かなホスピタリティ”に出会えたから。特別な日をさらに特別にしてくれる、そんなホテルです。

新宿の空にそびえる「パーク ハイアット 東京」は、ラグジュアリーホテルの中でもひときわ静謐な佇まい。新宿中央公園を望むロケーションにありながら、まるで別世界に足を踏み入れたかのような非日常感に包まれます。 エレベーターでロビー階まで上がると、そこに広がるのは都心の絶景とアートに彩られた洗練空間。チェックインの瞬間から、まるで一篇の物語が始まるような演出に心が躍ります。今回宿泊した「パークルーム」は、木の温もりと静かな照明が絶妙に調和し、都会にいることを忘れてしまうほどの心地よさ。窓からの眺望も圧巻で、夜は宝石のような夜景を独り占めできます。 スタッフの所作ひとつひとつに“もてなしの哲学”を感じ、滞在を通じて一貫したクオリティが保たれているのは、まさに一流の証。プロ目線では、空間演出と導線設計が完璧で、ゲストの動きを先回りするような設計思想に感服しました。 また泊まりたいと思えた理由は、“五感すべてが癒される体験”がここにはあるから。喧騒を忘れたいとき、思い出に残る滞在を求めたいときに、間違いなく選びたくなるホテルです。 “空にいちばん近い癒し”を味わいたい方に、「パーク ハイアット 東京」、自信を持っておすすめします。

プラチナ会員になるぐらいのお気に入りのホテルでしたが、昨今、価格があがるのを寂しく感じます。雰囲気やレストランも贔屓にさせて頂いております。梢やニューヨーク、レストランもよく行き届いたサービスでジャス演奏もあわせて楽しみにしております。

Adrian and the concierge team at Park Hyatt Tokyo made my stay delightful from the very start, welcoming me warmly to the beautifully renovated property. The room offered wonderful wraparound views of the city, with Mt. Fuji visible in the distance on a clear day. Convenient transportation options, including shuttle and private car service, make getting to the Shibuya area easy. This was truly a highlight of my trip to Japan.

Just been to the reopening on the NY grill. Honestly, nothing has really changed — same place, same music, same overall vibe. It feels quite retro, very 80s. The jazz is nice, but it’s always the same style and repertoire, which can get repetitive. Food quality is quite low, but overall it’s still an experience in its own way. I think right now Tokyo offers much better options in terms of 5 stars hotels

年末と年始にピークラウンジを利用。 だいぶ前から頻繁にホテルを利用してましたが、リニューアル後は、サービスの質が落ちたように、感じました。 ピークラウンジのピークオブジョーイ は、お料理の質が落ちてしまい、ビリーフローの頼んだドリンクは20分以上来なく、頼んだスタッフに声をかけたら、謝りもせず、確認すると！ また、別日もお会計をしていると、他のお客様の伝票を誤って持ってきてしまうしまつ。 残念で仕方ありませんでした。
