We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Theint, who was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. My risotto was slightly undercooked at first, but Theint was very accommodating and kindly replaced it without any hassle. They even offered a complimentary pomegranate juice while we waited, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Great customer service and hospitality—highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Mohammed from the concierge for always being so helpful and professional, and to Laila at reception for her warm welcome and smooth assistance. Also, heartfelt thanks to Mayat, Huda, and Ebtisam from the ballroom team for their amazing hospitality, attention to detail, and support throughout the event. They truly helped make the experience memorable. Highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to visiting again.

كل شي 10/10 تعامل الطاقم من الاستقبال إلى خدمة الغرف فخم ومحترمين جدا وبشوشين جدا شكرااا النادي الصحي النسائي والرجالي جدا رائع ورايق الفطور لذيذ والخيرات قليلة ولكن جميل. الأكل مطعم الفندق داخل الغرف طلبت تشيز برقر لذيذ ولكن البطاطس عادي جدا والرزيتوز مشروم جدا عادي ووصلنا بارد وخلال 15 دقيقه وصلنا طبق جديد جيد ولكن لا اكرر الطلب منهم. سمارت هوم كامل على الغرف تحكم منفصل بجانب السرير والغرفة واسعه ايضا اكرر التجربة نعم شكرا فندق بارك حياة ❤️

We were seating with one of the best place in Mseireb Downtown. Anis cafe have the best spot, best furniture and comfort. An of course a good product. Younes took care of our table, very attentive and provide a 5 start service. Definitely will recommend to our friend and colleague. Also Ranjay in Sora Rooftop is genuine person.

We came to Anis for brunch, and everything was perfect, the food, the atmosphere, and especially Theint. She was always smiling, incredibly helpful, and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. Overall, it’s a must-visit for breakfast, coffee, or even lunch. It’s a quiet and relaxing spot with a great overall experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful hotel very close to Souq Waqif. The hotel is luxurious, the bedding, toiletries everything was excellent. The spa and gym is wonderful. The service at the hotel was top notch. Shahul, one of the workers was absolutely amazing helping me out in every way he could. The personal touch was an absolute highlight. The hotel even held my luggage after check out and let me use the sauna and shower before heading to the airport. Highly recommend this property. It’s an absolute winner in the Hyatt brand!

Superb location with spacious rooms offering beautiful views over Doha downtown and Msheireb. The hotel is conveniently located near Monoprix, as well as many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff are truly amazing—extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks to Anna at reception, Ali, Shahul, Aaron, Khushed, and the entire team. I had an issue with some souvenirs, and Aaron went out of his way to help me and genuinely did me a solid favor. I will definitely return and stay at this hotel again.

موقع الفندق جداً ممتاز، لكن خدمة الرسيبشن سيئة ، ماخذين غرفة عائلية جناح مع كونكشن روم تأخروا كثير ما فتحوا لنا الكونكشن روم واتصل على الإستقبال وبشكل متواصل ومتكرر ماحد يرد وبعد ما ردوا قالوا بنرسل المفاتيح و جلسنا ننتظر مره ثانية وقت أطول من السابق ورجعنا نتصل مره أخرى ونفس الشي الرسيبشن مايردون ماجتنا المفاتيح إلا بعد ساعة تقريباً، أيضاً الغرفة ما كان فيها ضيافة أو فاكهة و اتصلت طلبتها منهم قال شوي وتجيك ولا جاني شي واتصلت مره ثانية ورد واحد ثاني وقالي ولايهمك الحين نرسلها لك ولا جاء شي و بالأخير طلعنا وقلت يمكن إذا رجعنا يصيرون حطوها في الغرفة ، رجعنا بالليل ولا حطوا شي. الغرفة بشكل عام نظيفة ما عدا الموكيت مليان بقع ما تنظفت، خدمة الڤاليه جداً ممتازة وسريعين، المظفين اللي عند المدخل و الڤاليه متعاونين جداً وبشوشين. ملاحظة: ولا مره ردوا علي الرسيبشن مباشرة، مايردون إلا بعد خامس أو سادس إتصال.

I had an incredible stay at the Park Hyatt Doha. The hotel is stunningly modern and located in the best part of the city, Msheireb Downtown, which is perfect for exploring. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and the staff truly made me feel at home. My room was spacious, spotless, and designed with great taste. I also have to mention the food, which was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha!

My friends and I had our Christmas dinner at Sora, and we were so happy we chose the right place. The table settings were very festive and set the perfect holiday mood. The buffet selection was excellent, especially the seafood…I really loved the sushi and shrimp. Mahaboob took great care of our table and was always attentive and helpful. Jaques also made amazing cocktails that kept the festive spirit high throughout the evening. Overall, it was a wonderful Christmas dinner experience

Location is perfect, and the outdoor area is amazing especially at this time of the year. Sitting, enjoying coffee, dessert, and the vibe while watching people pass by makes it even better. First time here at Anis Cafeteria and we truly enjoyed it a lot. Special shout-out to Youness for taking such great care of us. People like Youness are the reason you want to come back again and again 🥰

Amazing facility with very dainty coffee shop on the ground floor. Service is amazing and product quality is top notch. War War, our server, was nothing short of professional, proactive and resourceful. She managed to accommodate an off-menu request in a very timely manner. I highly recommend visiting or staying here for you next Doha stopover.

We went to Sora rooftop, for a birthday party. It was great experience. Mahboob took really good care of us. Food was amazing. View is stunning. Highly recommended for date nights. Overall great experience

Amazing, seamlessly organised event. We booked for 50 people to celebrate my wives 50th Birthday, the staff decorated our tables with balloons and rose petals and were so attentive throughout the brunch and even set up a table on the balcony to allow us to continue to enjoy the vibes late into the evening. Drinks were flowing, food was delicious - we had amazing time.

I’m writing this review to express my appreciation and gratitude for the amazing service of Peter who works at gym reception. Peter is such amazing person, always smiling, always cheerful. As I recently started going to the gym at Park Hyatt, Peter is always there to greet me when he’s on shift. In addition to his politeness and professionalism, he offered me amazing complimentary tea with dates and cookies. He hasn’t asked me to write him a review and I’m doing this out of appreciation and gratitude for this amazing person.
