Regarding Property 1301, the previous review refers to an earlier tenancy and does not reflect the current situation. The property is now occupied by new tenants and is being properly maintained without the issues previously mentioned. There is no relation between the former tenant and the current occupants, and a reputed organization is now operating from the premises.

Fraudulent recruitment drive going on in 13th floor , unit 1301 with sign board Al Musafir Human resources supported by building security also collecting money from innocent job seekers. female staff posing as HR manager retained EID demanding AED:200 to return the EID which is against law. Complaint logged with Dubai police

I just got their email as well but I always check reviews and do my research before confirming anything. Turns out, this is from one of the scammers I saw mentioned in the reviews. Be careful! Hard to believe they’re still out there tricking people.

Park Avenue 13th-floor office-1303 is a biggest fraud/scam ever. They begged for AED 200 from me after wasting my whole day & my rent money for metro+taxi+bus❗ I couldn't find reviews on google that's why I'm informing all my brothers & sisters to avoid that scam & save your money ‼️

If anyone visit this place for job purpose. Please don't pay anything in advance.
