At Park Plaza Chandigarh we received a warm reception and beautiful smiles as we reached the reception desk. They were attentive and friendly and within a short while we were escorted to our room which was more than comfortable. The ambience at breakfast was beautiful and the food was delicious. The chef and the team waited on us promptly and warmly. Thank you for the hospitality. The sambar was the tastiest we have eaten and it was warmly welcomed on this cold misty morning. We had a great experience experience staying in Park plaza Zirakpur. The rooms were well maintained and housekeeping endured it remained the best. Mangaldeep from the restaurant ensured we had a nice dining experience and was always prompt with service with a smiling attitude. Great to have a stay here.

Honestly feels like management doesn’t exist here. Multiple complaints, zero interest from staff. Nothing gets resolved. If you want peace, stay far away. The spa was an absolute disaster. Food is… fine, I guess but that’s the best thing I can say. Never coming back again.

We recently stayed at Park Plaza Hotel, Zirakpur–Chandigarh from 29th October to 3rd November, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Every department — Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, and Restaurant staff — contributed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What stood out most was the warmth, genuine smiles, and professionalism of the entire team. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we felt well looked after, and that made all the difference. A few people truly deserve a special mention: • Mr. Shyamal Debnath (Chef): An absolute gentleman! He immediately understood our preferences and prepared meals that suited our taste perfectly. His personal attention and friendly demeanor made dining a pleasure every single time. • Mr. Suraj (Housekeeping): Extremely attentive and thorough. Our room was always spotless and impeccably maintained — every detail was taken care of with sincerity. • Mr. Vikram (Restaurant): Consistently courteous and efficient, he ensured that whatever we needed was served promptly and just the way we liked it. • Mr. Vikas, Ms. Pallvi, and Ms. Tanvi: Each one of them was exceptionally helpful, proactive, and solution-oriented. They handled everything with a smile and genuine willingness to assist. A heartfelt thank you to each and every member of the Park Plaza team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Unquestionably the worst hotel I’ve encountered in India - as someone who lives in India, and has visited 4 times before. The room on a “non smoking floor” stinks of cigarettes, hotel employees seems to be intent on rearranging rooms at gone midnight and it’s next to a freeway so it’s unbelievable loud in addition. At best this is a 2* hotel pretending to be 5* Staff are friendly but served me a can of coke covered in mud - hardly inspiring confidence of cleanliness. I cannot recommend against more.

Absolute Nightmare - Gross Mismanagement & Misleading Practices My stay at Park Plaza Hotel, Zirakpur from 20th to 26th November, where I booked 6 rooms for my family and also hosted a wedding function at their banquet, was nothing short of a complete nightmare. This property is a total disgrace to the hospitality industry and does not deserve to operate under any reputed brand name. To begin with, the hotel wrongfully charged 12% GST and revised it to 5% only after l confronted them, clearly reflecting misleading billing practices and an attempt to overcharge guests unless questioned. Matters only worsened after checkout. The front office and marketing team are the most irresponsible and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered.It has been over 40 days since checkout, and despite repeated calls and follow-ups, they deliberately avoid responding. At checkout, they collected all my bank details and later sent their FOM team to assure me that the refund would be processed by the last week of December. Till date, there has been no refund, no update, and no response-only complete silence. The rooms are an outright fraud. The images shown on the website are fake and highly misleading. The actual rooms resemble those of a poorly maintained 1-star hotel-pathetic, unhygienic, outdated, and shockingly neglected. It is unbelievable that such rooms are being sold under the banner of a so-called premium hotel. For even the most basic amenities, guests are forced to call the reception 10-20 times. Shockingly, there is no tissue box provided in the room, which is a bare minimum even in budget accommodations. Their so-called "WOW factor" seems limited to meaningless gestures like cost cutting, while guests are left begging for basic necessities. The night operations are an absolute joke. As openly stated by their Front Office Manager, the night staff does not handle guest requests, and guests are bluntly told to "ask the morning shift." This level of incompetence, laziness, and disregard for guests is unacceptable and shameful. This hotel functions with zero accountability, zero ethics, and zero professionalism. The staff is untrained, careless, and indifferent, and the management shows complete disregard for guest experience, commitments, and financial responsibility. There are many more serious issues, but listing them all would take pages. This property is surviving purely on a brand name it does not deserve. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this hotel, especially if you are planning an important event such as a wedding. Worst experience of my life. A complete waste of money, time, and peace of mind.

I had a great stay at Park Plaza Hotel with clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. Park Plaza did an amazing job organizing my daughter's first birthday! The venue was spot on, food was a hit with everyone, and the decor was super cute 🍰👶. Staff were super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Would totally recommend for kids' parties! 👍

Perfect for quick stay and wedding events but no activities or play area for kids. Rooms are standard, & clean. They have a pool on 2nd floor and a restaurant on first floor. Food is good and big buffet in the morning so breakfast is really good and delicious. Mostly vegetarian and plenty of options. Can say a 4 star property with many rooms to accommodate wedding guests. Not for tourists and travelers.
