Stopped by Parole restaurant and really enjoyed it. I had a chicken and veggie plate and it was fresh, light, and full of flavor. The place itself has a really nice energy. Great location, cozy setup, and just a good overall vibe to sit and relax for a bit. Staff were easygoing and pleasant, which made everything feel even more comfortable.

It is located in the middle of istiklal caddesi, a very cozy and warm atmosphere. The menu is rich, with traditional Turkish and international cuisine. Very friendly and professional service, prices are also affordable compared to other restaurants in the area of Beyoğlu. P.S. Try the chicken with massala, absolutely delicioso, and my gf recommends chicken with basil sauce.

Parole is a warm and spacious restaurant with historic charm and magical ambience, high brick-vaulted ceilings and dim lighting. The staff are polite and helpful. The menu offers a broad selection of tasty dishes from snacks and bowls, over pizza, meat dishes and schnitzel, to veggy platter like humus and salads. Definitely take a rest from your stroll and spend some time in this comfy restaurant right on Istiklal street, with company, or over a book, a coffee and one of their delightful desserts, gazing the motley passers-by, to the sound of sweet latin music! We would love to come back!

I've been visiting Istanbul for four years now, and I can't imagine walking down Istiklal Street without stopping by Parole. This restaurant has become my tradition and my love at first sight. The food is incredibly delicious, and the portions are so generous that you'll never leave hungry. Unlike the noisy Istiklal, they play calm European music here, so you can finally relax. But the main treasure is the people 🤍 The team hasn't changed for years, and you can clearly see that they truly love their job, and especially their guests. This is the only place in Istanbul where I always feel like a welcome guest, not just a tourist in a queue. Sometimes I read some negative reviews and I'm just amazed. I'm sure those people just come with a bad attitude. As they say, you get what you give. Personally, I've never met warmer and more friendly people than those working at Parole. A huge thank you for the warmth and hospitality — especially to Abdullah! You are the best. I keep coming back to you again and again ❤️

Все вкусно! Завтракали там каждое утро. Нас все устраивало! Все свежее и приносили вкусный авокадо, редко где в Стамбуле мне попадался спелый,вкусный авокадо) не знаю, почему) и на ужин брали мясо тоже было вкусным.

İstiklal caddesinde tünele doğru inerken sağda, metro çıkışına yakın nezih bir mekan. Asma katıyla iki katlı, geniş, şık dizayn edilmiş, çalışanları ilgili. Grupla gittik; cheeseburger, trüflü burger ve şnitzel yendi. Şnitzeli daha önce yediklerine göre daha kuru buldular ama burgerler gayet iyiydi. Burger+içecek 800 TL civarında tuttu.

Wonderful high quality food - served by very professional waiters. It’s a nice relaxing spot in a very busy street

The restaurant's ambiance was delightful, and the food was enjoyable. However, I encountered an issue with my order. I specifically requested grilled salmon, but was served a different type of fish. When I brought this to the waiter's attention, I was informed that it was indeed salmon, simply cut in half, despite clear indications to the contrary. Nevertheless, I consumed the dish as presented to avoid any unnecessary disruption.

We were a group of four and had breakfast here today. I ordered the Spanish omelette and it was delicious, and my friends also really enjoyed their meals. The food overall was tasty and fresh. The location is perfect, right on Istiklal Street, which makes the atmosphere even better. Prices are fair, not too cheap but also not too expensive, I’d say 50/50. Service was great as well, our waiter was very helpful and attentive. Overall, a very good experience and definitely worth trying if you’re around Istiklal Street.

Sauber, nette Location, gutes Essen: türkisches Frühstück. Aber auch nicht echt besonders. Wie überall in Istanbul verhältnismäßig teuer.

We’ve been in this restaurant few years ago with my fiancée and had Turkish breakfast - that was delicious! We came back this year all together with the family and here we are again- few times in a row we want to go to Parole: the atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly, food is amazing and staff members are so sweet and genuine! Especially Tuncer- he helped us arranging Happy Birthday song for our dad and treated us with cake and many smiles! This is definitely our top favorite place in Istanbul so far! Personel çok ilgili, güler yüzlü. Atmosfer harika Beyoğlu’nun en nezih alanlarından birinde. Özellikle patlıcan göbeğinde lokum bonfile favorim. Ancak piza-şarap, aparatifler yönünden de son derece zengin.

Son üç gün içinde 3 sabah buraya kahvaltı ettik, aşırı iyi bir yer, keşfettim için aşırı mutluyum. Yemekler efsane, servis zaten mükemmel, atmosfer çok iyi. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ediyorum, artık İstanbuldaki favorilerime giriyor.

İstiklal Caddesi'nde oturup etrafa izleyerek yemek yenebilecek ender yerlerden biri. Günün menüsü doyurucu ve bütçe dostu. Çalışanlar ilgili.

Hafta içi akşam yemeği için gittik beş peynirli Ravioli ve tavuklu bowl yedik gayet güzeldi ortam hoş sıcak sakin güzel bir müzik var Tavsiye ederim

Altamente recomendable. Excelente ambiente y atención. Platos muy bien presentados y exquisitos. Ubicación ideal en la zona de Taksim.

Best place in Istiklal. Love the breakfast there.
