Room very small, bath room very small not comfortable . Not good for family and price high. No hot water facility. No lift.

The bathroom + toilet is very small, even if you are 5'5". The room is okay. However, if you stay for a long term, cleaning is not done on a daily basis but on a weekly basis, and that too on request. Water quality is very bad and sometimes, the water is brownish/yellowish in colour which is not suitable for bathing. For drinking water, had to buy mineral water bottles from outside. Compared to the price, the lodge/room can be rated as 2.5/5.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Bathroom well cleaned but small in size. Water facility is good. No disturbance or noise from neighbors. Staffs are very supportive. Overall it's a comfortable and safe stay for me. Highly recommended👍

The manager is very cool and having patience, hard working deserves a rise, he loves his job. Budget hotel, only blanket needs a change rest all acceptable for a night stay. Space is limited in some rooms

At first we were at RKH INN There the room were very congested. Only 1 queen size bed No lift. No breakfast included. Dirty small bathrooms. Then we changes our hotel and went into RKH RESIDENCY Their ac was not working. Fan was not functioning continuously Lift was not working for 3 days straight. TV was not working. No proper furniture in room. Toilets were not clean. Overall the room was average. But not satisfied 👍🏻

I am John, I stayed in this lodge.room no 203.for 4 days. It's really very near and clean. The manager and management is treated the guest like a family members. Very calm location and near to food facilities. All the best to this hotel people

First of all it's not a hotel it's a lodge. Pls check the photos before booking. The room was very cramped with no space the restroom was not clean the beds were sturdy and the smell couldn't even be inside there. All this for 1.4k 😶

Very nice place to stay. Stayed with my family. Very friendly managing staffs. Just that the destination is located at the back of a vinayagar temple. Also it is located in residential area which is very nice atmosphere. Like we feel like we are in home.

Do NOT book! The receptionist is the biggest jerk ever! He would take money and cause huge troubles for you. The room is tiny, with poor linen, noisy, wet leaky poor standards bathroom, mosquitoes and malfunctioning AC. Booked a double room and clarified with him that it’s a visitor friendly hotel and later he would just shout when someone visits. Just wasted my money on this below average room. That receptionist just sits at the desk and watch those silly videos at the top of the volume. Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend booking with these dishonest idiots!

Nice rooms With ac Wifi Tv Bath attached. It's so comfortable to stay there. Location is so good.its near by mall, beach and temple. Low budget rooms.friendly manager. I liked to stay there ...

Hotels treated not as guest but culprit, staff has no respect for customer, owner is good they let u use geysers with audit and scrutiny, nothing special other than location benifit.

Awful hotel, dirty rooms poor linen and mosquitoes in the room. It’s a sex hotel. The person at the desk is such a loud mouth who keeps screaming all the time in the hallway making it too noisy. Location is difficult to find. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am staying in this hotel as a monthly basis, the place is easily accessible to the main road, bus stop, market, marina beach etc. The rooms are very clean, and comfortable. Free WiFi, washing machine, room service are always available.

Not only they told me they have no room for me due to pure discrimination, but then they had the audacity to report that I didn’t show up. Lowest of the low. Never stay here! Places like this deserve to go bankrupt.

RKH inn is a budget hotel and it was neat however not super neat as you would expect. The bathroom was very small and did not get hot water and was neat. The location is bit difficult to navigate.
