Stopped by this restaurant on a casual evening and ordered their shawaya mandhi—honestly, it was a solid, no-frills choice that delivered satisfying flavors.The meat was juicy and well-seasoned, not too spicy, with fresh sides like onions and a mayonnaise that made it a fulfilling bite without overwhelming the taste buds—perfect for a quick solo meal or grab-and-go. Nothing fancy or gourmet-level, but reliably good and better than expected for the price.What truly stood out was the customer service; the staff were friendly and attentive right away, happy to tweak my order and kept everything running smoothly without being overbearing. In a busy area, that genuine care makes all the difference.

Pathirakozhi Restaurant has a nice ambiance and is located very close to the highway, which makes it easy to access. However, there was a noticeable delay in food delivery, as we waited almost 30 minutes. Car parking is limited, with only street parking available. I tried the Alfaham Mandhi and would rate it 3/5. The Peri Peri Mandhi was slightly better at 3.4/5. Overall, it was an average experience with decent food but could improve on service speed and parking facilities.

I recently visited this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The food was really good, especially the Paal Kaapa with beef rib, which was absolutely delicious and a must-try dish. The ambience of the place is nice, creating a comfortable and relaxed dining environment. There’s ample parking space available. However, the waiting time was a bit on the higher side, likely due to the limited number of seats in the air-conditioned area. That said, the attitude of the staff and their service were commendable – courteous and attentive throughout. In summary, this is a great spot for good food with a comfortable setting. Just be prepared for a possible wait during peak times.

Greetings.!! i went with my wife today, just now(06:40 PM), to this restaurant (18/06/2026), and we thought we were going to have a great time. But the service ruined everything. The service boy was so arrogant enough to command us to sit at a place that he chose, a cold iron chair... My wife was carrying and she felt really bad. After that first weird round, he came again to barge in to our little conversation, i told him to give some seconds, and he ordered to listen to his menu tour. He wanted us to order what he was describing. It was okay, but little softness wouldn't do a harm. And the arrogance made us feel little. So bad. Experience wise it was really bad. No more visiting ''Pathirakozhy" (Pathira Arrogance). No worries. Thankyou for the time...i am giving 0 rating to the SERVICE.

One of the worst experience. Restaurant is filled with bloody houseflies. Food taste was so bad . I had Alfaham and the sides were taste like crap. Apart from that the houseflies don't let you eat. When we show this to the staff they responded like they don't give a damn about it. Chicken was ok but the kubboos were so stiff. Fully disappointed 😞 ☹️.

Good restaurant with good ambience. Used to take roll shawarma from them regularly. Well cooked, decent volume and fairly priced. Staffs are also well behaved. Open till 1:00 AM. They have multiple outlets in and around Ernakulam.

The restaurant had a warm, welcoming vibe and the food was really good — everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. What truly elevated the experience was the service. Jinto Mathew, one of the staff members, was exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our visit. He made thoughtful recommendations, ensured we were comfortable, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. His genuine hospitality and good service made us feel at home, and it’s clear he takes real pride in looking after guests.

Disappointed and Underwhelmed I had heard a lot of hype about this restaurant, so naturally, I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major letdown. The service was painfully slow — we waited far too long just to place our order, and even longer for the food to actually arrive. When the food finally came, it was overly spicy, almost to the point of being unenjoyable, and certainly not worth the premium prices they charge. For a place that's so highly talked about, I expected a much better experience. Instead, it felt like we were paying for the name rather than the quality. Overall, this place is all hype, very little substance. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.

Had a wonderful experience at Pathirakozhi, Kalamassery. Special appreciation to Nikhil for his excellent service and timely execution. I have been going to Pathirakozhi from the last 2 years, and it have not once disappointed me. It is a regular place for me and my friends for eating. We have tried each and every type of their alfam mandi and each one of them were awesome. I will recommend Pathirakozhi to anyone who wants to eat a tasty mandi with a nice ambience. 👍🏻

Not really happy with the experience. Got to the restaurant blindly seeing the reviews. Ambience was okay. Items where pricy compared to the experience. I went to the hotel around 3:30 pm Sunday. Restaurant was literally empty still had more than 20 minutes wait time for simple juices. Alfam took more than 30 minutes. Taste was pretty averagei I ordered two plates of chicken nuggets, while ordering clearly asked the guy how many are there in a plate as I was with three kids. He mentioned 3 nuggets in a plate, didn't made any sense, so ordered 3 plate. Brought each plate with 6 nuggets, parceled 2 plates home, utter waste of money and time

We tried the kanthari chicken alfarm here. The food was average, but the staff behavior was really good and welcoming. Overall, it’s a decent place with friendly service, worth a visit if you’re nearby.

Highly recommended. We tried their Special masala shawaya served with mayo+special dip and it was really good. Do try it out.

I tried the Chicken Mandhi (half) here, the portion was enough and very tasty, though it would have been nice if they had a quarter option instead of only half or full. The Chicken Noodles didn’t taste great but was just okay. Atmosphere was decent, and the tea was also fine. The biggest issue was parking,it was very hard to find a proper place for the car. Overall, good food but with some areas to improve.

The food is great! We tried the Beef BBQ, and the portion size was good for two people. All the dishes have good quantity. Its good for the price you pay. The best part about the restaurant is the staff and their service. They would constantly refill our salads and sauces. They paid attention to all the needs of the customers. They were always standing by in case we wanted something. They hold the doors open for us, and they always served us with a smile.

There is comfortable seating, and the lighting is well-arranged. The customer service team is very good, and the staff is very friendly. but the ambiance and food quality make it a worthwhile choice.

I recently visited Pathirakozhi in Kalamassery and had a really good experience. We ordered the medium spicy mandhi (half and quarter) and fresh lime juice. The portion size was huge — the rice was okay (though not very hot), but the spicy chicken masala was superb! The cabbage salad and fresh lime were also nice and refreshing. The service was great too. Our attender was very friendly and guided us to our seat. Whenever we asked for refills for mayonnaise or salad, they did it right away with a smile. The place felt cozy, with lots of tables and really good lighting. One of my favourite things was their music — I loved the vibe with songs like Laugh Now Cry Later by Drake and Waka Waka (This Time for Africa) playing in the background. It really added to the atmosphere! There’s honestly nothing I didn’t like about Pathirakozhi. I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, good service, and good music!
