Pathocare Pathology Laboratory Juhapura Ahmedabad

I went for blood grouping for my kid he is of just 5year, the guy who took the blood used a needle of an adult so he didn't get the vein properly so rotated the needle 360 to find it and my son started crying but still he was not able to get it. Than he did the second puncture. My son cried for 35 minutes non stop. I think staff are not having enough experience to counter different types of patient.

Rating: ⭐ I recently had an encounter with a pathology operator, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The operator spoke with me in a very rude manner, which was both unprofessional and disheartening. As a customer, I believe it's crucial to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope that improvements can be made in the future to ensure a more positive interaction for all patients.

Worst laboratory i have ever seen. The staff is not wearing mask and gloves during blood sample collection and using the containers which are not showing expiry date. unhygenic. Not at all recommended. Would give minus star
