I booked a table for the Jordan vs Algeria match two days in advance and called to confirm it. They told me everything was confirmed, but when we arrived, they said there was no reservation under my name. What confused me even more was that they told us reservations get fully booked four days in advance, so I don’t understand why they accepted and confirmed my booking. There were also people who booked after us and still got tables. After waiting, they gave us a very small table with a poor view of the match. When I told them it wasn’t suitable and that I had booked days earlier, they basically said, “This is what we have.” The way it was said made us feel like it was a “take it or leave it. There were only 20 minutes left before the match started, and we had come from far away specifically to watch it there. Because of the time wasted, we couldn’t find another place. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. . Update after the owner’s reply: I arrived around 30 minutes before kickoff, so the match had not started yet. Therefore, the explanation about not holding tables after the match starts does not apply in this case. My issue was never arriving late; it was that I had a confirmed reservation and was still told there was no booking under my name when I arrived.

Pavilon is incredible! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is super welcoming. We loved the فريكة بالكريمه —it was absolutely delicious. Great vibes and amazing food. We will definitely be back!

It’s was ok but the service was very slow and food was missing a few things from it,the images also aren’t the same in real life,bathrooms are not as sanitary. And it’s mostly quiet but too quiet and when they put music sometimes it’s too loud.in my opinion I liked it better in my previous visit. I hope they will put more effort and it will be great

We really enjoyed our experience! Food was good, service was great, and the place was nice. We also ordered their mojitos, they were delicious!!!

We’ve checked the place on Instagram and looked good and it has branches around the GCC i said on my mind its gonna have standards. Unfortunately it was a bad experience regarding food. The nachos was not good, the chicken was dry and they used two slices of processed cheese on a nacho platter instead of real cheddar cheese. The mozzarella bites was way overpriced, ice cold from inside and when i told the waiter that its cold he took it back to the kitchen and he brought it back microwaved. The dynamite shrimp was not fresh made as it was soggy not crispy. Couldn’t understand how a place like this would serve a soft drink with plastic disposable cups. Lack of staff, only one waiter for the place he was doing his job pretty but the place needs more waitresses. Overall the atmosphere was good but the food was really bad. I will not go back again and do not believe what you see on social media.

The cafe has a great atmosphere with lovely vibes, and the service was friendly and attentive. It’s a cozy spot to relax and enjoy a coffee and shisha. However, I was disappointed by an additional charge for popcorn that I didn’t order. This seems to be a common practice in many places around Amman, where items are added to the bill without request. It detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience, so I’m giving it three stars. I hope they reconsider this practice in the future.

Joy Restaurant offers a nice dining experience with a diverse menu and tasty dishes. The ambiance is pleasant, and the staff is attentive. However, the restaurant is quite expensive, and the high prices don't fully justify the overall experience. Additionally, parking is a major issue – there’s no dedicated parking area, which makes it quite inconvenient, especially during busy hours. While the food is good, the lack of parking and the steep prices make it hard to fully enjoy the visit. Overall, a 3-star experience that could improve with better parking options and more reasonable pricing.

I absolutely love this place! It’s like my home away from home. The service is great the food delicious and on to of all that they are very nice to their clients. I come to this place 3 times a week for me time and it’s for sure a place to visit

Me and my friend had a great experience while having a breakfast, we ordered Halloumi Panini and Turkey Club, both were delicious. The waiters were committed to a good service and were friendly.

مكان كل شي في جميل ..موظفين وترتيب ونظافة واكل طيب كتييير.. كل التقدير والاحترام الهم جميعا مع تمنياتي لهم بالنجاح ..

المكان هادي واسع نظيف ، الشباب ما قصروا بالمرة من الاسقبال لغاية تقديم الطلب ناهيك عن المساعدة اللي بقدمولك اياها من خلال شرح قائمة الطعام لاختيار الطلب اللي بناسبك 👍

المطعم تحتار فيه من الاكل ولا من التعامل الطيب جداً راقي و محترمين بشكل مو طبيعي و الاكل لذيذ جداً و شكر خاص للموضف سمير البدري ارقي شخص واجهته في عمان 🤍💐

مقهى جيد على دوار الحرمين نظيف ويلتزم بلباقة التعامل مع الزبائن. انصح بتجربة قضاء بعض الوقت فيه في احدى الامسيات. الزيارة الرابعة خلال شهرين ولا يزال هذا المكان عصيا على المنافسة.
