‏تجربتي مع Pawsers Pet Care كانت ممتازة من ٢٠٢٣! من ما انا وكلبي بوستن نقلنا الخبر وصار المحل بيت بوستن الثاني ♥️ من الاستقبال، للتدريب، الرعاية النهارية والفندقة الى العيادة الجديدة. كل شي فنان… ولا غلطة. ترحيب الموظفين ان كان روبرت او جواهر كأني داخلة بيتي. كل مرة ارشد او زيشان يطلعولي بوستن اشوف قد ايش كل واحد فيهم مهتم يخلينا نحس انه محل مريح. مرة حلو انه كل الموظفين يحبو بوستن ويخافو عليه كأنه كلب كل واحد فيهم ♥️ المدرب جويل مافي زيه بالعالم! مو بس يدرب بوستن، يعلم افراد بيتنا وبالاخص انا كيف اتعامل واتواصل مع كلبي بشكل افضل. لما اسافر دايم يطمني على بوستن ولما نغيب عن المحل يسأل عنه. الخدمة فناااااانة. أتعب أقول فنانة! أكثر ما يميزهم هو انك تخلي كلبك وانت مرتااااح. تسافر وتنام وانت مرتاح العيادة منظمة ونظيفة، الدكاترة البيطريين والممرضين بالذات دومينيك تعاملهم مريح جدًا، عندهم خبرة كبيرة ويشرحون كل التفاصيل بكل صبر واهتمام. لاحظت حرصهم الحقيقي على صحة وراحة الحيوانات الأليفة وهذا الشيء يعطيني ثقة وراحة بال. قبل شهر تعرض بوستن لاصابة بعينه وطبيبين بعيادة ارامكو AKC قررو يشيلوها. لما سألت البيطريين (دكتور لؤي ودكتور عبدالرحمن) رفضو واعطوني خطة علاج مشددة واليوم كلبي بصحة وعافية! مستحيل كان أحد فينا يتخيل انه عيون بوستن بترجع تفتح 😍 الحمدلله الحمدلله انه عندنا مكان بالشرقية يهتم بكلابنا بهذا المستوى من الاحترافية والرفق. أكبر شكر لعلي ورائد لأنهم حققوا حلم كل عائلة كلب في الدنيا، في مكان واحد 🐾 ⸻ My experience with Pawsers Pet Care has been excellent since my dog Boston and I moved back to Saudi in 2023! this place has truly become his second home ♥️ From the reception, training, day care, boarding, and now the new clinic, everyone loves and cares for Boston. The warm welcome from the staff, whether it’s Robert or Jawaher, always makes me feel like I’m walking into my own home. Every time Arshad or Zeeshan bring Boston out, I can see how much they care and how they make us feel at ease. It’s heartwarming to see that every staff member loves and protects Boston as if he was their own family ♥️ Shoutout to our legendary Joel. One of a kind! He doesn’t just train Boston—he would teaches every member of our household, especially me, how to better understand and communicate with Boston. Whenever I travel, he always updates me on Boston, and even when we don’t visit for a while, he asks about how he is doing. The service is outstanding. Truly exceptional! What makes them unique is how they make you feel comfortable leaving your dog, traveling, and even sleeping, knowing they’re in safe hands. The clinic is well-organized and so clean. The veterinarians (Dr. Loai and Dr. Abdulrahman) as well as the nurses (Dominic) are incredibly professional and reassuring, with great expertise. They explain everything in detail with patience and care. Their genuine concern for the pets’ health and comfort gives me complete trust and peace of mind. A month ago, Boston suffered an eye injury, and two doctors at Aramco’s AKC clinic decided to enucleate it. When I consulted with the veterinarians at Pawsers (Dr. Loai and Dr. Abdulrahman), they refused to give up and instead provided a stringent medical plan. Today, Boston is healthy and well—and none of us could have imagined his eye would open again 😍 Alhamdulillah. We are truly blessed to have a place in the Eastern Province that cares for our dogs with such professionalism and compassion. A huge thank you to Ali and Raed for making every dog family’s dream come true, all in one place 🐾 We love you Pawsers ♥️

Truly Exceptional Experience I’ve been bringing my dog to this place for over three months now, and I can confidently say it’s the best decision I’ve made for her well-being. Whether it’s for daycare or overnight boarding, I always feel at ease knowing she’s in safe, loving hands—especially on days when I don’t have the time to be with her. What sets Pawsers apart is that they don’t use cages, which is incredibly rare. The dogs are treated with genuine care and attention, as if they were the staff’s own pets. The entire team is outstanding. From the warm and welcoming front desk staff—**Jawaher** and **Robert**—to the dedicated caregivers like **Joel**, every person I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. The veterinary team, led by the well-known **Dr. Loay** and **Dr. Abdulrahman**, are among the most trusted names in the Eastern Province. Their expertise and compassion are unmatched. A heartfelt thank you also goes to the management team—**Mr. Ali** and **Mr. Raed**—for creating such a thoughtful and high-quality environment for both pets and their owners. **Extra Touches:** One of the things I truly appreciate is the thoughtful extras they provide. I’ve received goodies from their in-house brand *the PA*, including sweet potato treats, fresh chicken breast meals, and other healthy snacks. It’s clear they care about quality and nutrition, and these small gestures make a big difference. And of course, a big thank you to all the other staff members whose names I may not remember—your kindness and dedication never go unnoticed. Thank you, Pawsers, for everything you do. You’ve truly raised the standard for pet care.

Dr Abdulrahman is one the most kind and caring veterinarians we have ever met! His kindness and compassion is only surpassed by his many years of experience. He is very knowledgeable and offers detail explanations and practical advice. Loved the conversation with him. His experience shows and instills confidence. We have dealt with many veterinarians in our long history of living with pets and Dr. Abdulrahman by far the best we have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

It's the only place in the area I would trust to look after our pooch. Cooper always enjoys his stay at Pawsers and staff are equally as good with the humans. The videos and photos 📸 are great and prove that he's having an amazing time. We highly recommended for dog and cat day care. Looking forward to the vets opening soon.

Reem is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, her warmth and kindness make you feel completely at ease. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to help everyone. The clinic wouldn’t be the same without her—she is the heart of the place. Top vet clinic and boarding in Khobar. Dr. Louai great , honest, and knowledgeable. Great in diagnosis, treatment and in surgeries. Thank you, please keep your high standard as it is now

Dr Abdulrahman is the best vet ever. He is very gentle with all the animals and doesn't try to run the bill by asking for a gazillion types of tests. The clinic is also really good. It's a training and hostel place for cats and dogs also with lots of facilities for dogs. If anyone looking to adopt a cat please contact them they often have misplaced cats looking for good homes.

Those guys are the best! Dr. Louay needs no introduction… he is the best vet indeed! Robert at the reception is amazing, Joel the trainer is an awesome person and I really feel the love whenever I show up with my dog Max… they are just amazing! Oh and almost forgot… the owner of this place is an amazing gentleman the way he welcomed me for the first time I came was priceless! I’m truly grateful… thank you guys for the great service ❤️🌷❤️

The unique and outstanding Pets "resort" in eastern province of KSA- located in al-khobar ! i mean the pictures cant lie, the pets are happy to stay here and play all day long, they are not only stuck in one place, friendly staff will switch dogs in different areas through the day so they don't get bored. My boy Oreo, as hyper as he always is, ends the day here happily tired and goes straight to sleep when we get home. Mr. Robert the manager and his very professional team were so nice! Very helpful in my all visits. They have good training and day care, over night stay packages also. Oh!! and the best part! Their hygiene protocol, clean and tidy, affection towards to pets, imaging and video clips are awesome!!! where you can see your Pets having so much fun This is the only place that I would ever recommend any one for their Pets(dogs). I trust this place and their staff so much. I'm so glad they do great grooming too! The best thing is when I bring my Oreo back to drop them off and he recognize where we are and get super excited. That is the next feeling knowing that they are happy to return. The quality and care is incomparable. I will never take my Oreo anywhere else. Very clean. Road side drop off could be tricky if the car doesn't pull up to the building. Staff very helpful. The clinic is up some stairs, so the kind staff will assist you. All good and friendly staff.

This pet care center is amazing! The staff is friendly, caring, and truly love animals. They always go above and beyond to make sure pets are happy, healthy, and well taken care of. The place is clean, safe, and welcoming. I feel completely comfortable leaving my pet here, knowing they are in the best hands.

If you have a dog in AlKhobar and have not been already, you are missing a lot !! Great place for dogs daycare, overnight stay , training, grooming, socializing and much much much more They have an outdoor park area and indoor area and all dogs are divided areas according to size and also behavior Make sure to bring your furry friend over for a visit

Being a first-timer fur parent, I would like to thank and appreciate the staffs at Pawsers Pet Care for the great experience. They are very accommodating, friendly and professionals in dealing with their customers and pet needs. From the Mr. Rob, the groomer, and the dog trainers. Me and my baby will surely comeback for their services. I highly recommend the Pawsers Pet Care for your pets.

I had an amazing experience at Pawsers and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of care they provide. From grooming to veterinary services and even their pet hotel, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and true love for animals. My pet came back clean, happy, and stress-free — and that alone tells you everything about how well they treat the animals in their care. The team at Pawsers is welcoming, kind, and truly passionate. The shop is clean, organized, and gives you complete peace of mind the moment you walk in. Whether you need grooming, vet support, or a safe place for your pet to stay, Pawsers is the place to go. I trust them completely and will definitely continue coming back. 🐾💛

This place is overrated. Evidently, staff are asking their clients to review. Of course, nobody will bother to give a negative feedback - this is the reality. Genuine reviews are those who identify the issues and concerns as well. Similar to one reviewer who took the courage to call out the major issue of parking/safety of the client and their pets, Pawsers did not address this clearly in their reply; but instead, gave an alibi for their relocation - which is irrelevant. Pawsers seems to give more importance to the volume of pets they can accommodate (just to gain more revenue?) rather than providing comfort and safety to their clients for pick up and drop offs (just a reminder to all clients to be extremely cautious not to be sideswiped by the fast-moving vehicles and huge trucks...). Moreover, with my previous visits (including those of my friends), the price seems to be subjective and rates seemingly depends on Pawsers' assessment of the client ??. Standard prices are not displayed and are not transparent to the clients. Why? Having checked also the kennel/dog cages - those enclosures are sub-standard in size and no ventilation at all (seems like a 1 sqm only!). Standard area is around 2 sqm and total ventilated area must be at least 16% of the total area of the 4 sides). These cages/enclosures are not compliant. This is just an honest and genuine review as there are still other pet care centers worth checking in Khobar and Dammam.

My 2 dog-children had several long holiday stays at Pawsers since the beginning of 2024. Rob who handles all the bookings are so professional, as are all the staff members at Pawsers. Both my dogs & I are happy to be part of the Pawsers family 🤩🤩🤩 They love their swimming sessions !

الحمدلله وبفضل الله عالجوا قطي من الفطريات بفتره قصيرة، خطة العلاج واضحه ومدروسة عيادة متعاونه جداً ومريحة وجميع الطاقم محترم ومتعاون بشكل خيالي الي يحب حيوانه الاليف لا يتعداهم 👏🏻 حابة اضيف تعليق اضافي بعد تجربة ثانية صعبة مع قطي شكراً من اعماق قلبي للعيادة هذه على الرغم من ان الاعراض الي بقطي كانت مالها علاقة ببعض الا ان الدكتور لؤي كان عارف المشكلة الاساسية وعالجها اكتب لكم التعليق اليوم وقطي تحسن بنسبة ٩٠٪؜ بفترة اسبوع كل الاطباء والعاملين قمة بالاخلاق والتفاني والرحمة على الحيوانات قطي نام عندهم يومين لو تشوفون مكان الفندقة شي خيالي كبير وواسع ونظيف حطيت قطي وانا متطمنة علية الحمدلله والدكتور كان ابديت اول بأول معي من ناحية العلاج والاكل والعلامات الحيوية التجربة الاولى كانت مع دكتور عبدالرحمن، والتجربة الثانية مع دكتور لؤي

Great Dog Facilty, My pup had an amazing time' running around, and socilaizing with other dogs. The area is clean, spaciuos and well maintained, loved the separate areas for small and large dogs, very thoughtful , will definitely be coming back.
