Don't waste your money on PDS Maid Service Agency. Once they take your payment, they stop answering calls completely. I have been calling and calling, nothing. They just disappear. They promised 4 maids over a 6 month contract. Never happened. The one maid they sent couldn't clean or cook properly. Then she started demanding expensive shampoo and other things. Unbelievable. They don't care about service. They just want your cash. I feel completely cheated. Stay far away from these people

Very Unprofessional people, we hired a elderly helper from them and when it was time to replace the helper they vanished and said the contract is finished without proper reasoning. They don't receive your phone calls and unnecessarily torment their clients.

Currently in contract with this service. This is a scam. They don't have trained staff; and the maids they send come with a laundry list of things they want. Most of the maids believe they are princesses of fallen empires, so I end up doing most of the housework myself. The maids are trained to ask for extra money in the guise of sick family members, and PDS staff Inayat, supports their lies. Do not trust this company.
