Peacock Alley

Had a great time and enjoyed myself on 2 different occasions. The staff are well trained and very professional. The inside is majestic and brings you back to an elegant era. The cocktails are spot on, the coffee selection is excellent. The deserts are acceptable and unfortunately you can’t walk in for Afternoon Tea you need to make a reservation 24h before 🙄. Overall pricy - because it’s the palm - worth the experience !

I’d always wanted to have high tea at the WA which was undergoing renovation when we were in New York last year so I figured visiting in Dubai was the next best thing. It also gave us an opportunity to see the Palm area. A beautiful hotel which we arrived around 30 minutes early at due to our prior engagement running a little short given the heat outside. While we were literally the only people for afternoon tea they wouldn’t serve us a moment earlier which I suppose is fair enough but also kind of inflexible. The accompanying music was enjoyable and the staff were very accomodating (though apparently not the kitchen staff!). The food was yummy though it would have been nice to have a festive high tea which they were doing at the CBD location

A few years ago I fell in love with the wonderful tradition of afternoon tea/high tea since I discovered that many hotels offer vegan versions. So for me it was not a question that I would like to try it in the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah during my stay - and I was absolutely impressed! I have to say it was probably the best vegan high tea I ever got to try and I can compare it to places like The Peninsula Hong Kong, the Four Seasons Hong Kong and the Dukes London. I would like to thankt he whole team (Carissa, Marie, Thant, Parmila and Mahima) for making this such a wonderful memory and keeping and even exceeding the high standards I've known from Hilton group and Waldorf Astoria for years.

This is a beautiful place with fantastic service, and the food is great. It is highly recommended for a nice and relaxing afternoon, especially with the lovely piano music in the background. Special thanks are due to Mahima, who made our afternoon tea atmosphere so cozy.

I had the loveliest afternoon tea at Peacock Alley — it felt like stepping into a calm, elegant world apart from the city. The soft live piano music created a dreamy atmosphere, and the view was so serene I could’ve stayed for hours. The selection of canapés and salads was absolutely delicious — I wasn’t expecting to eat so much, but everything was just too good to resist. They also offer a wide variety of teas, all beautifully presented and served with such care. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a place that feels this refined yet so welcoming.

Very luxurious, polished and relaxing environment. The quality of the food assortment for the afternoon tea was simply impressive. Quite variegated the teas selection and I quite appreciated as the possibility to indulge with some glasses of Prosecco. I would have given the 5 stars, but, considering the location and prices, the choice to serve a Bellini cocktail made with the peach syrup instead of fresh peach juice, which I belive not so complicated to do, it's quite an out of tune for a elegant place like this. Apart from this, absolutely recommended experience. Very professional and attentive all the staff service provided.

Great place to enjoy an afternoon tea with scones, or just a cheesecake (which is still a piece of a culinary art). If you are lucky, you can experience a soothing piano music, which adds to the great view and relaxing atmosphere. As well I have to admit that tea selection is absolutely great 👍 👌

Super great experience. We had the high tea. The staff and chef were very accommodating, switching out ingredients we didn’t like. They were even perceptive enough to leave out dill when I asked them to avoid coriander, as they taste similar though I had forgotten to mention it. Smart touch. The lady pictured in Wendy’s review is SUPER sweet and helpful. I would suggest adding umbrellas or some type of sun shield for the outdoor area. Overall loved it.

We had afternoon tea at Waldorf Astoria and the overall experience was lovely. The staff were very accommodating and we ended up chilling for the entire afternoon up until 8pm. We ordered the high tea at Waldorf and as we had the entertainer app we were able to take advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free offer. This is my first high tea experience in Dubai therefore I don’t have other ones to compare it however for me it was a standard afternoon tea in terms of flavour and what was on offer. I was pleasantly surprised with the Vietnamese rolls and salad that came out in the second round which I was not expecting. The raspberry macaroons are the best I have tasted in a long time. Being on the Palm with beautiful views I would say the price is good value if you can get the offer.

Absolutely great afternoon tea. Have been here twice and have always felt like we were treated as VIPs. The pianist playing is the perfect touch, too.

Must say that I have had a better afternoon tea. This one for 155 aed and you will get only 1 stand and hot beverages. I was disappointed that in the holidays season there wasn't any ginger bread 😞 scones are not coming separately in the baskets but are already part of the stand the middle plate. Krystel and the rest of the team were amazing! This is our 3rd time visiting Peacock Alley and we just can’t get enough! This is by far the best High tea in dubai! Thank you krystel and the ladies for making our experience so wonderful ❤️❤️🌹

Great chillout café with excellent desert culinary experience in a cozy and entertaining environment with live music. Service is always top notch as it should indide a luxury hotel like Waldorf Astoria.

Classy looking lounge in the Waldorf Astoria Dubai. Had a lovely Ruben Sandwich that came a a side of thick cut fries and loved the Wilkin & Sons tomato ketcup they use

Decent tea time, sandwiches and scones are delicious but the dessert is mediocre. The view and atmosphere was wonderful. The service was good but not great.

The location is good they have valley parking, no need for reservation it wasn’t busy i ordered peach tea and ferero sweet ot was delicious the price was good they have esaad discount . The staff was good with smiley face and served us well defiantly i will go back to this place the view is to the buildings and in the evening its a wonderful

The drinks were enjoyable, but the waitress lacked knowledge of the drinks menu. The tables were not clean, and the noise on the balcony was overwhelming, with clashing sounds from multiple restaurants. It might be better to focus only on live music on the ground floor for a more pleasant atmosphere.

I hosted a baby shower here for Afternoon tea. Mother to be gets a cake and free afternoon tea! The atmosphere is quiet and the lobby is beautiful. The staff were attentive to the party and made sure our tea cups were filled! The booking process however was extremely frustrating. I never got confirmation from the restaurant and had to call multiple times to make sure my reservation for 18ppl was still valid. When I did call they said they would return my call in an hour and never did. They didn’t tell me until the night before I needed to pay a 50% deposit Even after when I paid the deposit they continued to call me to make sure I paid and that I was still coming. No manger was available to discuss about this.

Superb service and exquisite food served in luxurious surroundings. High tea as one would expect. Perfectly presented. Kudos to Peacock Alley. Thank you for a beautiful experience.
