Pearl Dental Clinic - Business Bay

I visited Pearl Dental Clinic in Business Bay this morning for a routine check-up and had what was probably my best experience with a dentist ever. Dr Khalid Al Etaibi examined my teeth using state-of-the-art equipment and took the time to clearly explain the issues and the best way to address them. I’ve rarely met a dentist who speaks with such knowledge and passion about his work. It really feels like I’m in very capable hands. The clinic is beautiful and spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit, which is not something I ever thought I would say about a dental appointment. Many thanks to Dr Khalid and the whole team!

I recently visited for a dental checkup and cleaning with Dr. Shobha Chaudhari and I had such a great experience! Not only the work was amazing (I genuinely feel like I have brand new teeth), but she took the time to show me and explain everything with so much detail and care! The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. I was so impressed that I’ve already booked an aligner consultation, something I’ve been considering for a long time. I feel very confident and positive about continuing my treatment at this clinic. Thanks to all the staff especially Aira, they were really kind and welcoming. Dr. Ahmed Deeb was amazing, very respectful, professional, calm, gentle and clearly experienced in his field. He took his time explaining my case, went through all the possible options and outcomes, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how patient and honest he was during the consultation. Unfortunately, because of personal circumstances, I couldn’t do the implant treatment at the clinic, but I still wanted to thank him for his professionalism and respectful attitude during the consultation.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mahmood Al Rayes for a composite filling repair on my teeth. The whole process was smooth, painless, and very professional. He carefully matched the filling to my natural tooth color, and the result looks completely natural, you can’t even tell there was damage before. Dr. Mahmoud Al Rayes explained every step clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m really happy with the final result and would highly recommend him to anyone needing cosmetic dental work.

There's a reason these folks have such high reviews and so much positive feedback from people: they genuinely do everything right in every aspect you can think of. Customer care is their top priority. Every time I reached out, they responded super quickly, which was amazing for me as a tourist since my schedule was tight and often last-minute. They were so considerate of my timing and plans, and even though I arrived late, they were incredibly nice, welcoming, and just overall fantastic. But more importantly, when I got there, they were completely honest and told me some procedures weren't necessary, even though they could've easily just done them and charged me more. I really appreciated that honesty because they didn't push unnecessary costs on me. In the end, they handled what I needed quickly and made me feel like a truly valued customer. I've been a patient of Dr Salahudeen since 2018 and genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else. I have sensitive teeth and gums, and I've always felt that's been taken seriously - never rushed, never in unnecessary discomfort, and always given practical advice I can actually act on. Seven years on, I still leave every appointment feeling well looked after. Highly recommend, especially if you've had difficult experiences with dentists before.

This was my first time here as I chipped my tooth - got booked in for an appointment fairly quickly. Most reasonably priced out of the few that I enquired with. Service was great. Can’t fault it really. Will be my go to dentist moving forward. Definitely recommend.

Recently had an implant procedure completed by Dr Ahmad Deeb and teeth cleaning and gum treatment by Dr Divya Kunjan who was both excellent from beginning to end. Both went through the procedure in clear detail and transparency. Also answer any questions I had. Therefore highly recommend the dental practice, as all staff I have interacted with have been very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Ahmed Talaat is everything you'd hope for in an orthodontist. He fixed my bite completely, and from the very first appointment he knew exactly what needed to be done - no second-guessing, no vague timelines. He gave me a removal date and kept his word to the day, which honestly meant a lot. Throughout the whole process he was attentive and genuinely patient - every concern I raised was heard, every question answered properly. He even arranged a follow-up appointment with another doctor to plan my post-removal care. That kind of thoroughness is rare. Couldn't recommend him more highly.
