هتلی متوسط و قدیمی در نزدیکی مترو و محله متوسط دبی هستش ، وقتی تازه ساخته شده بوده خیلی خوب بوده اما به عبور زمان باعث شده تخت هاش و وسایلش قدیمی یا پوسیدگی داشته باشن ، اتاقش متوسط هست ، ویو خوبی نداشت ، اما پرنسل خوبی داشت ، امکانات خوبی هم داشت مثل روشنایی های خوب و بوی سالن خوب بود و لابی دوستانه

نمیدونم چراشرکتها درست جایی رو معرفی نمیکنن میتونم بگم این هتل به زور ۱ستاره داشته باشه همه جا کثیف همیشه یه بویی از راهرو نیومد آرایشگاه که نگو ولی نگم از صبحانه اش که الان هم یادم میفته ببخشید بالا میارم همه چیز عین گداخونه کلا هتل بدبو باید اسمشو میزاشتن صبحانه افتضاح آب سرد نمای بیرون اشغال دونی تو ای ۷روز من فقط ۲بار صبحانه خوردم ازبس که حالم به هم زن بود منطقه خیلی بد همه جور آدم بود ۷۲ ملت روی زمین هم که پر بود از این شماره تلفن های....... دونستین دیگه واین هتل و محیط دید منو نسبت به دبی کلا عوض کرد هیچوقت دیگه نمیام این کشور درکل بگم بدبدبد

اتاق کثیف بود . شب اول آب گرم نداشت . به پذیرش که گفتم فردا بعد از ظهر آب گرم را درست کردند . دمپایی داخل اتاق نبود . مسواک و خمیر دندان نبود .طبقه اول به علت وجود آرايشگاه زنانه خیلی شلوغ و پر سر وصدا بود . به پذیرش هم که اعتراض کردم اصلا توجهی نکرد . در کل یک مهمانخانه هست به جای هتل . ولی انصافا صبحانه خوبی داشت . در کل راضی نبودم . خوبه تورهای ایرانی یه مقدار به هموطنانشون احترام بیشتر بذارن و هتل های بهتری را قرارداد ببندن . یه کم سود کمتر بگیرید ولی احترام هموطناتون را حفظ کنید .

هتل و اتاق بسیار کثیف هستش ، خدمات ضعیف ، صبحانه بسیار معمولی ، نهایتا" هتل در حد دو ستاره هستش... تنها نقطه قوت هتل این هست که در مرکز شهر و در قسمت زنده شهر هست ، همین... دیگه به این هتل برنخواهم گشت.

خیلی معمولی در حد هتلهای استانبول جاش هم ،هم پرته هم بی لول نمیدونم چرا برای ایرانیهایی که سفارت کار دارن میارن اینجا.

دلیل اصلی لیدر مهربان هتل بود. ولی در کل هتل بسیار خوبی بود و دسترسی اسان به همه جا داشت

We had a pleasant stay at Pearl Swiss Hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff were kind and accommodating. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, as it is close to the metro, markets, and malls. However, I feel that the reception staff would benefit from additional training, particularly in handling phone calls and customer service. Improving hospitality skills and the way guests are addressed would greatly enhance the overall experience. I believe this is an area where management could invest to further improve the service quality.

My stay at Pearl Swiss hotel in Dubai left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and honestly shocked. I personally encountered serious cleanliness issues, including seeing insects in the room more than once. That alone was enough to question the standard of hygiene. What made things worse was the way I was treated during my stay. I had an interaction with the reception staff that felt unnecessarily judgmental and uncomfortable regarding having a guest—despite following what I understood to be the hotel’s procedures. As a woman traveling alone, I expect a basic level of respect, privacy, and safety. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had. This is my personal experience, and I am sharing it so others—especially women—can make informed decisions before booking. I strongly recommend asking very clear questions about policies and reading recent reviews carefully before staying here. This hotel was no star for me,The assigned person at the reception filipina who was wearing eyeglass was very rude.she dont know how to treat the guest in a nice way.we dont have any issue about the payment for the guest.but attitude of the reception was very kachara incase we have mistake they can talk in a nice way.we are here to enjoy but i was really dissapointed with this reception lady.I dont know why youre hiring this kind of person here.better to terminate this kind of very poor kachara attitude receptionist as this one will effect the service of your hotel. There is saying customer is always right.assigned person at 2:30pm 23may2026...

I booked 2 rooms for 5 days. Everything went very smoothly, right from Airport Pick-up to Drop-in at Airport. Rooms were very spacious, clean, bed was big with good mattress. Service was good, Breakfast was very good with lots of variety in food section. We really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to everybody , planning to visit Dubai.

I had a very disappointing experience at Pearl Swiss Hotel Dubai. I arrived late at night, extremely tired after a long day, with a confirmed online booking. Unfortunately, instead of a smooth check-in, I was met with a very rude and unprofessional attitude from the staff. There was a complete lack of basic hospitality and human consideration, especially given the late hour and my condition. Hospitality should mean understanding and helping guests—especially in situations like this—but that was completely missing. The way I was treated made an already exhausting situation even worse. I strongly hope the management takes this seriously and improves staff behavior and guest handling, particularly during night shifts. No guest should have to go through this after a long, tiring day. Very disappointed.

Worst hotel to stay in because room service will knock on the door even though DO NOT DISTURB button is swtiched on. If you asked for king size bed they will provide you with 2 single beds joined together (making it a king size bed) which will make the electric sockets/switches right in the middle of the bed and the lights directly on the bed. Talking about the lights they will give you the remote to control the lights but only 2 buttons work 1st for switching off all the lights and 2nd to turn on all the lights and even worst is that if you have the visitors come over to visit you (while staying in this hotel) they won't allow them into your room and will be stopped at the entrance and they will ask for the amount of 200AED to let the guests go into the room and even after paying they will ask for the Emirates id or passport for the visitors. The staff member at the reception with the glasses is very arrogant and rude to the guests

My experience at Pearl Swiss Hotel was extremely disappointing, mainly due to the reception service. The front desk staff member, Mohamed, was absolutely unacceptable in his behaviour. He deliberately kept me waiting without any justification and allowed guests who came after me to check in before I did. His arrogance and lack of basic hospitality are shocking for a property of this level. In an industry where respect for guests is the foundation, this kind of attitude is completely out of place. The rooms are okay, nothing exceptional. Housekeeping is okay, and the basics like hygiene supplies are in place. The only real positive during my stay was the restaurant staff and chef, who were helpful and attentive. The chef went out of his way to help me select a dish for dinner, which I thoroughly enjoyed. That part of the service deserves credit. The location is convenient, close to major shopping spots in Deira, and the property is reasonably priced for the facilities. However, no matter how good the location or value, the first impression at reception ruined the entire experience. Hospitality begins at the front desk, and Mohamed’s attitude was enough for me to decide that I would not take the risk of returning to this hotel. A single staff member’s poor behavior can overshadow all the positives — and that’s exactly what happened here.

I would like to express my concern about the changes in the hotel. Compared to last year, many things have changed, and unfortunately, it is not the same anymore. The quality and overall experience have declined, which is disappointing. I hope you will look into this matter and improve the situation. I would also like to mention the night shift arab gay idont know his name . His attitude is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. He has a harsh manner and does not treat guests kindly. This behavior makes guests feel uncomfortable and is not acceptable in a hotel environment. I kindly ask the management to address this issue.

التعامل راقي في موظف مصري مشكورا أعطانا upgrade to suite وصراحه السويتات حلوة لكن فقط لا يوجد مواقف سيارات عند الفندق 🏨 وهذا عيب كبير يوجد فنادق مدفوعه اليوم ب٣٠ درهم

Mohammad at the reception is very professional and attentive, i will rate 5 star to this property the rooms are big , staff are polite, specially the pakistani Bell boy , rooms are neat and clean , soo many shops are around near the hotel for shopping , lobby is very nice , i recommend this hotel to everyone
