This is hands down the best pen shop I've ever visited! They have an amazing selection of pens, inks, and accessories. The staff was very helpful, taking the time to explain different pen types and recommending the perfect fountain pen for my kid. The quality of products is top-notch, and I will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend to all pen lovers!

Good collection of pens here. They have a good knowledge on the type of pens and provide us with thoughtful suggestions as well. They also have customised pens and personalize all ink pens with names as well, which would make a good gift. Would love to visit once again.

One stop shop for all my writing instrument needs, happy that such store with multibrand pens are available in this part of chennai. The pen cost ranges from basic , budget to luxury. Writing this review with profound grief, keep penhouse as last resort. They deceive the buyers by saying that they are selling the pens at reasonable rate than any other sellers available. Recently I bought Parker 45 vintage fountain pen for 3500. It was old used stock. The converter provided with the pen was not properly cleaned and their was a leakage in the bladder. The seller simply said as this is old used pen they can't do anything about it. There were also few scratches on the body. The owner assured they will send a new parker regular converter which is cheap and inferior than the one that the Parker 45 has, but still not received the same. The same pen I bought from a shop in my city, an old stock but was unused. He sold it for only 1500 also the converter in the pen was of premium quality than the one I bought from penhouse. I can keep on writing the worst experience I had with penhouse. 3 months back I ordered a nib and I received the wrong one. I am yet to receive the replacement. Very poor customer focus. Update 17-Aug-2025: There is no guarantee that whatever you purchse online you will get it for sure. There is a magic in their system. As soon as you buy the product goes Out of stock. Its like you order and it is sold to someone else. And Finally, you become hopeless. For pen lovers keep penhouse as last resort. To the reply by Owner on previous review: I wish I could have so many Ids so that I can share my experience order wise. As there is a twist and stories behind each and every order of mine.🤣

I love them they are the GOAT I am a fountain pen and ink enthusiast I also review them on reddit and I've always recommended them blindly the service is amazing 😍 and nobody ever complaint anything to me about them and I personally also never had any issues with them so 100% recommended I'd love to visit their store someday😊😀

I had purchased few pens recently and this is my second purchase from Penhouse. The first purchase experience was great but the second one isn't. The order includes multiple pens and one of which had scratches all over them and it looks used. Update: They responded to my review saying they can replace the pen. Although hopeless, I contacted them on WhatsApp for a replacement. And I got no response as expected. I contacted them via whatsapp and email and not received any response for the same. So please be aware that they may send you some damaged goods and they probably won't respond to you when complained about it. Attached a screenshot of whatsapp conversation with them as a proof

Buying a pen and using it is an addiction - something that makes you pleasure. I came to this shop after traveling 30km for such an experience and I had a wonderful experience. Much better collection than any other store in Chennai. All kind of fountain pen nibs are available. The store staffs depth knowledge about the pen and passion for it is commendable. A place that fountain pen lovers should not miss.

A small compact shop dedicated just for pens with all different kinds u will get lost in the shop if u love pens… they have so many in their collection starting from 10 rupees all the way to 5000 rupees… The prices are very justified and good staff as well An interesting fact is all metal pens can be engraved with whatever initials u want and it costs an additional 30 bucks

We ordered Bamboo finish notebook with pens 100 nos for corporate gifting. Worst quality ever! The notebook front cover peeled off within just a couple of months. Not recommended for corporate gifting!

Very nice pen shop with lots of varieties of pens including handmade Indian fountain pens, Foreign luxury pens, custom wooden pens and pen parts like nibbs etc. Ordered 3 AirMail / Wality pens through their online shop. Their sales team promptly responded in email and followed through with order invoice and tracking details of the parcel. They also assisted me with my queries over whatsapp. Overall a real good experience and highly recommend.

Amazing little shop for pens. It's located next to MI showroom on the Tambaram Velachery road. It's a very small shop. Don't get fooled by the small size of the shop they have wide collections of pens from camlin, hero, Oliver, Jinhao, parker, Lamy, Pilot, and many more brands. They have all types of inks too. They also make their own brand of inks. I use their lotus rose ink and it's wonderful shade of purplish pink. They do service of Inkpens and ultrasonic cleaning of pens. I have had problems with my ink pens and each time they have repaired it and cleaned it well. They can also etch your name on the pens on metal caps. Everytime I have gone here I have bought a pen for myself and my son. And it's addictive for a. Pen collector. After visiting the shop I have again fallen in love with ink pens Heard that they have opened a new branch in velachery which I am yet to visit

I recently purchased a couple of ink bottles from this shop, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I had almost every Bril ink collection except for these two, which I wanted to gift to my nephew. I was initially worried about receiving them late or dealing with leaking bottles, as I've encountered this issue with Amazon before.
