An outstanding enhancement to our holiday -Joseph recommended particularly for top driving. We had our driver Joseph for 9 days - he is a friendly, happily disposed (great optimism)and highly capable driver. Years of truck driving means that his road sense was second to none-very safe but also swift enough to keep the journeys from dragging). Nothing was toomuch trouble for him, Even 3 days waiting for us in the hills he took in his stride - he was very considerate of our priorities and preferences, but also a useful source of information, gentle suggestions and ideas. A genuine pleasure to share our journey with, Joseph's pleasant character and disposition enhanced our holiday significantly. After an arduous walk or intense sightseeing it was always a pleasure to be greeted by Joseph's welcoming smile and a relaxed onward journey, in total Comfort. Faultless service, bravo We had a compact car, which was perfecty comfortable with good AC, and Bluetooth audio/sat nav etc., linked to our phones. Clean and modern (26k km). We found the compact Suzuki better for road sickness than the wallowing SUV's or harsh riding jeeps, sO recommended for trips to the hills. We did Kochi-Aleppi-Munnar-Marayoor Wayanad-Kannur, a recommended trip for 9 days. Thoroughly recommended.

My family and I have just used Pepper Kerala's cab for 8 days from May 16th to May 24th, Kochi to Rameswaram. We visited Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Booked our family trip from Delhi to Kerala. We visited Munnar, Alleppey, and Kochi. We booked a luxury Force Urbania van, and the experience was amazing. The best part of the trip was our driver, Mr. Nidhil. He is extremely friendly and joyful, always carrying a warm smile on his face. He drove the van very smoothly and took great care of it, almost like it was his own personal vehicle. Throughout the journey he shared interesting details about the routes and places we passed. Since many locals don’t understand Hindi or English, he also helped us communicate with people and even supported us in bargaining at local shops. I truly felt like he was a brother during the trip. We used Pepper for our two-week holiday around Kerala (Kochi, Munnar and Kumarakom) and had a fantastic experience throughout. Our driver, Suresh, was wonderful — knowledgeable, punctual and incredibly patient, especially as we were travelling with our 2-year-old son, who took to him straight away. He shared great recommendations for food and activities, and in Kumarakom suggested a traditional Ayurvedic treatment which we really enjoyed. The car was always spotless and in pristine condition, with AC, Bluetooth and a good stereo, making long journeys comfortable. Communication was clear and upfront at all times, with no issues at all. On one of the days we wanted to travel by tuk tuk instead, and Suresh thoughtfully arranged one to collect us from the hotel in advance - a small touch that made everything effortless. We would happily recommend both Pepper and Suresh to anyone travelling in Kerala.
