Horrible experience with the service, most terrifying carpenter in the team. And asking me to wait for 15 day again after paying 20k already. Never visit this store even though store people are really good, but the brand doesn’t hold any responsibility. Without informing me they have put my product for return !! Will never buy from pepper fry And also they told I will receive a call from backend by 6pm still waiting. And now even store people have stopped responding

Have been to this RR Nagar Studio to check out the dressing table. There was a good choice of collections with reasonable pricing. The staff (Aparna) showcased every option of collection and explained the features and order workflow in detail. Eventually I ended up placing the order. Overall experience was very good. Ms Sangeetha was very patient to understand our exact requirements for a bed and mattress. She helped us choose the right product and was always prompt to follow up on the orders and explain different payment methods available. Earlier than promised delivery was an added bonus to the experience

The store personnel are good and attend to you well. Unfortunately, the issue is with the products we bought. One of the team members booked the wrong size of the mattress informing the size will fit correctly into the cot, however, it is a smaller one. The slipper chair which we purchased broke just after 3 months of use. The chair has been sent back for repair and the repair work is unsatisfactory even after being repaired twice. When asked the customer care to refund the amount or replace with the new chair, the customer care will try to give all sorts of reasons to not do this. The pepperfry team is not bothered about customer satisfaction and is trying to convince that according to them the repair work is done up to the mark. It has been a lot of hassle and waste of time. Please note that warranty period of the products is an eye wash.
