Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life. If you are considered as a small business, do not bother doing business with this group. They are extremely profit minded and if you do not give them constant business you will be considered small-fry. Save your money and look elsewhere. Extremely difficult to work with and their customer service team, keeps passing you around, to different reps who have no context of previous conversations. Extremely profit-minded and will try to squeeze each dollar/dirham out of you.

We have been dealing with this company for the past 2+ years. Recently they have made it clear that they have no intention of maintaining relationships with small businesses, and only give preference to big companies. They have no system in place, with a non functional website which never has stock updates, and sales agents who are extremely disrespectful to clients making false promises. A special mention to Vanita- who has single handedly severed our ties with Perfume Unlimited.
