Perlina Hotel Erbil

I had a very pleasant stay at Perlina Hotel in Erbil. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location, but what truly made the difference was the staff. A special thank you to Shams, Mohammad, and Nour. They were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Any request was handled efficiently and with a positive attitude. Their hospitality made the experience smooth and comfortable. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about guests feeling welcome. I appreciate their effort and would happily stay again.

Becareful with this place. I stayed here back in January. Everything was okay except breakfast- they told me that it will be ready from 8am but actually the place was disgusting and it was not ready at 9am. When I checked out, I was asked to write a review on booking.com, which I did. I wrote a honest review like here above. (7/10 which is good) After I wrote the review; you know what happened?! instead of taking my advice, they messeged me on whattapp personally and they asked me to delete it! OUTRAGOUS. What's also crazy is they have removed their account on booking.com and reappear as "Perlina Waziran Hotel"- basically renamed it just to remove all the previous reviews. (on booking.com, only the people stayed can write the reviews but the owners cannot remove them). So becareful with this place.

الفندق مكانة ممتاز وقريب على سنتر مدينة اربيل. الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة ، بس الاثاث مال غرفة والحمام قديم عسى انه يرتبو بالمستقبل. الغرفة ماتتنظف خلال ايام السكن ولايتبدل الشراشف ولايجيبون ماي الاتطلب منهم وهذا شي سلبي من قبلهم.الشباب بالاستقبال لطيفين ويساعدون اذا طلبت منهم شي. اما الافطار فهو بسيط كلش بس يأدي الحاجة

I booked it because it was cheap and the reviews on booking.com were raving about it. It had a 9.2 rating, but in reality, it was a 2 to 2.5 at best. You could look under the main door to the room, and the bathroom door was the worst—it was made of aluminum, and the bathroom window was missing a piece, plus there was a loose wire. The toilet flushing wasn't good either, and no bidet. Not all the outlets were working; out of 6, only 2 were.

I did reservation according to reviews and points of the hotel. Price of the room is good, one of the cheapest. But I disappointed with the cleaness of the room and bathroom. There were so many hairs on the bedsheets. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Cleaness was not good enough according to Turkiye expectations. Breakfast was fine by me but my friends could not eat properly, they did not like. Everything was too oily. Hotel's location is good, very close to city center. There are so many shops nearby. Staff can speak English and Arabic. I can say that hotel was fine according to price/performance.

Very nice hotel with amazing people. Breakfast were very good and guy working in kitchen was super nice. I spend there two separate nights and they let me to leave my baggage there while I was traveling to other city. After back I could wait till my way to airport and they offered me a free water and tea.

The hotel was pretty nice and clean the staff were AMAZING and very friendly and polite, they even parked my car and brought my luggage from my car to the room and that was super nice of them. The breakfast was good but it could be better honestly, more variety of food would be nice. But other than that the hotel was super nice especially the staff. I want to thank the staff that is working here. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here.

Honestly I really liked the place, stayed for one night, the rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable, and the staff were pretty nice. However, when checking out, they asked to take my phone to complete the booking online, I noticed later that they had left a review for themselves using my phone without my consent. Which is a huge breach of trust and unethical, very disappointed. I was going to give a perfect review but this left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Negative: 1. had only boiling hot water no Luke warm for shower, 2. None of The electric plugs worked 3. I didn’t get the room that was on the pictures that I booked 4. The lights of the room were either way to bright or way to dark, 5. It wasn’t noisy, but if people were outside of room you could hear it very much. 6. I don’t know about breakfast because I checked out earlier, I didn’t wanted to stay more. 7. Could have been a little more cleaner Posetive 1. the reception person was very polite and nice 2. Location was alright for the airport

فندق نضيف وموضفين الاستقبال لطيفين ومتعاونين والغرفه نضيفه وموقع جيد ب قلب المدينه فقط الانترنت ضعيف واحيانا ينقطع

The service in the hotel was bad, since the electricity was cut off from the hotel building for more than half a day and the room temperature was unbearable in the middle of June, and the hotel did nothing about it. they did not even offer refund since I was forced to checkout early because of the lack electricity. Overall, I had a bad experience, and I would not be going there anymore, nor would I recommend it for anyone.

I stayed one night in perlina hotel. Very good customer service nice and clean room. Good location not far a way frome airport
