I would never recommend this place to anyone. We paid AED 18,000 for two pure Toy Poodle puppies and were assured that they were healthy and pure but they’re not. Within the first two days, we took them for the health checkup included in the purchase, and both puppies tested positive for respiratory infections. One puppy tested positive for Mycoplasma, while the other tested positive for both Mycoplasma and Bordetella. Instead of enjoying our new puppies, we spent our first weeks dealing with veterinary appointments, treatment, and hospitalization. Both puppies had severe coughing and had to be admitted for nearly two weeks shortly after purchase. For the amount of money we paid, this experience was unacceptable. We trusted the information provided to us and expected healthy and pure puppies, but that was not our experience at all. I am sharing this review to warn other buyers to be extremely careful, request independent veterinary checks, and not rely solely on verbal assurances. This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I have ever had, and I genuinely do not want other families to go through the same thing.

Lateef has done an amazing job in taking care of my dog and has cut her hair very well. He made sure to keep my dog calm and made her feel safe. Mehraj has also provided excellent service, he was very responsive and made sure to guide us through the entire process thoroughly. I an very satisfied with the service.

This was one of the most frustrating and upsetting experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I was pressured into paying a deposit after being told the puppy would be sold immediately if I left. I clearly said I needed time to think. Not once — NOT ONCE — did anyone clearly explain that the deposit was non-refundable before taking my money. When I canceled less than 24 hours later (without collecting the puppy and without paying in full), they flatly refused to return my deposit. The lack of transparency is outrageous. Policies should be explained clearly before payment — not used against customers afterward. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

, I left this store feeling deeply uncomfortable. The environment did not appear clean, and some of the pets looked lethargic and unwell. When dealing with animals, hygiene and proper care should be the absolute top priority. Instead, the overall atmosphere felt careless and transactional. Combined with the aggressive sales pressure and refusal to refund, the entire experience was disturbing. Please be very cautious. There are far more responsible and ethical pet shops in Dubai — this is not one of them.

I got my Samoyed puppy from furry babies pet shop and the experience was wonderful. They were always available to answer my queries and concerns even after I brought my puppy to home This shop is excellent pet shop. I am highly recommended to everyone to visit the pet shop. There is a lot of options available to choose the beautiful pets and with pt passport and vaccinations. The staffs are very polite and nice and explained everything clearly, provided good service.

Ali is a very good trainer for our cockapoo aged 6 months. We were struggling with excessive excitement and jumping and basic manners and the old trainer could not help us solve any of these problems. From day one, Ali has been patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I hope he continues to support us and trains our dog as we keep progressing!

I bought the Siberian kitten on Nov 23 and kitten died on early morning of Nov 26. It has been four days and I am still crying for it. My kitten was the cutest little thing ,despite of noticing that it had sign of diarrhea and weight is below standard weight for a 2 month 15 days old kitten ,I decided to buy it. I took the kitten back home in the afternoon of Nov 23, kitten generally looked ok and got acquainted with new environment soon ,only thing that disturbed me was it was not eating much and poop looking like a bit diarrhea. As per the pet purchase agreement ,I should take the kitten to vet in 48 hours.So next day, I took it to a vet clinic near home (I preferred to use an independent vet) for consultation ,especially for its diarrhea. Doctor checked and there was no fever ,doctor suggested :the kitten was very weak due to lack of proper feeding by petshop and prescribe some vitamin and instructed me to feed it well. After I took the kitten home, the diarrhea was getting worse.So I went to vet again on Nov 25. Poop sample was checked and there was no sign of Parvo, ear mite was discovered . Doctor said as long as the pet still ate ,just gave him a bit time to let diarrhea recover and suggest to take probiotics . After I took kitten home ,it suddenly stopped eating and refused drinking water. It became more lethargic and not interested in anything .Next morning ,I got up very early worrying about the kitten and found it too weak ,still refusing to eat or drink.I took it immediately to vet . Doctor checked and said it was critical situation that the kitten's temperature was very low ,need to be take to ICU incubator. After a short while, I was informed kitten was dead .It happened so fast only in one hour and it was so difficult for me to accept it! Later the test report turned out that the kitten was infected with FCOV and Feline Bocavirus. These virus most possibly comes from the mother.The final diagnosis was FIP which is fatal for kitten.At that time, I realized why the kitten was having diarrhea and skinny.And the teeth shows the kitten was only two weeks. When I bought the kitten, I would not thought that I would be so unlucky to go through what had happened to other people who gave 1 star review . Furry babies and Petholicks are same management according to the shop staff's words. If I would have known it earlier, as Petholicks has a lot of negative reviews ,I would not have purchased from them . Shop staff knows nothing about taking caring of the pet ,do not care about them. Persistent diarrhea of kitten should be taken seriously and sent to vet for treatment as soon as possible. They do not even know kitten under 3 months are not suitable to take a bath . Kitten's age was faked . Kitten weight was only 400 grams and already taken first vaccine .Vaccine to kitten under 500 grams most possibly will not work . Shop refunded me amount for purchase of kitten.I bear the cost of clinic. But when it comes to life, money is nothing. I wish the kitten's life could be saved even it cost more. People buy pets to bring more joy to life ,not to bring sadness.The shop should strictly check the origin of the pets to avoid bringing any pets with underlying health issues and take proper care of them.

The behavior of the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. When I contacted them less than 24 hours later to cancel, I was treated like I had done something wrong — despite not having collected the puppy or completed the purchase. Instead of calmly resolving the issue, they deflected responsibility and kept redirecting me to different people. Even when authorities attempted to speak with them, they continued avoiding accountability. This is not how an honest, professional business operates. I regret ever engaging with them and would strongly advise others to avoid the stress and disappointment.

I got my Yorkie from Furry Babies, and the experience was wonderful. The team was very responsive and flexible throughout the process. They were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns, even after I brought my puppy home. I also appreciated their follow-up to check on how he was adjusting to his new home.

This place operates in a way that feels completely misleading. I clearly said I needed time to decide, but the staff created pressure and urgency so I would pay immediately. Only after trying to cancel did I “discover” the deposit was supposedly non-refundable — something that was never properly disclosed beforehand. When I tried to resolve it, I was passed around with no clear manager taking responsibility. The entire situation felt dishonest and manipulative. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Please save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

HIGHY BAD SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF. For a simple grooming session my cat got hurt in 3 to 4 ways, she got a deep cut on her keg and on her ear and she was handled very roughly. After the issue i spoke with 2 of theur employees and all of them refused any responsibility. If you love your pets then i wanna tell you that they don't care about your pets and want to get the job done quickly and comfort for your pet is not their priority.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I was contacted about selling my cat and was asked to come to the clinic in the morning. However, when I arrived, the staff had no idea about the situation, and the person responsible did not respond regarding the cat. I came all the way for nothing and felt that my time was completely wasted. Very unprofessional and poorly organized.

I brought my cat here for grooming, and wow, what service! The staff was really gentle, professional, and made sure my cat was comfortable throughout. It was a great grooming; her fur is soft, shiny, perfectly trimmed-just amazing. If you're looking for high-quality grooming for your cat, this is the place. It's absolutely recommended for all cat owners. Will come back again.

I bought a kitten from this shop end of December and it passed away beginning of April because he had a deadly virus which was passed down by his mom and he got it from the shop, and they don’t do any testing on their animals before selling them, and u will end up paying lots of money to get a sick pet, they have also refused to help at all when i went there and asked them to help and they said it’s not our problem, i have had a vet report to confirm that this virus was passed down to him from this place, dont recommend buying any pets from there
