Pets Hangover Pet Resort and Dog Park

One of the best place for your furry babies to swim and party. Ria (owner) provides all necessary things you need for your fur-baby while having fun in the pool. We threw our Ira’s 🦮 birthday pawrty in Pets Hangover NIBM and it was an amazing experience. Ira and her furends enjoyed the big pool with pool balls for more than an hour. Followed by cake cutting which was held in a separate play park for all the guests comfortably enjoyed. They have their own café from where I’ve already arranged packaged food for all our human guests at the party. The staff looked after us very well. Check out the photos!

Amazing experience. We celebrated our Neemo's bday at this location and had a wonderful time. The facility was clean, the staff was more than helpful. The co-ordinating team and owners were extremely supportive to our requests. Pamper your fur buddy at this establishment. It's totally worth it.

Jul 24 New tiling done around pool. Comfortable for dogs. May 2024 I am visiting this place for the last two years, twice a month for my dog’s swimming session. Totally satisfied. My dog gets excited as soon as he hears the word “swimming”. Special mention of the staff Dolly, Rahul, Raja and the coffee expert Yuvraj. They truly love dogs. Very friendly and caring. The coffee session with my dog’s swimming is a “me” time for me. Full enjoyment. A ready to cook eatery has also been included. I had some suggestions for repair and maintenance which were taken care of immediately. Plants need watering, which might be difficult because of water availability in summer. 2022 Visited this place today with my Labrador dog for a swimming session. Mostly they allow only one dog in the pool at one point of time but there was one more friendly dog and both agreed to let both go at the same time. Both enjoyed for around 45 mins, or i should say say, till they were exhausted. Great experience. There were two attenders all the time to help. After the swimming they were given bath. There is a lawn too where dogs can spend leash free time The boarding facility is clean, has kennels (for sleeping and eating) and open fences area for rest of the time. Facility is clean. The owner is caring and place looks well managed. They have contact with dog taxi service too. They offer the swimming pool area, which has barbecue facility too, for evening. Parking space is available

Such an amazing location and large space for dogs to run around, play, swim and their owners to eat at a very reasonable cafe. The premises are very well maintained, clean, shady and the swimming pool was also clean. The grooming area too was very nice and neatly kept. As dog parents this place was a boon for us and brought us so much joy to see our puppy sooooo happy!!!

I have been boarding my cat here since more than a year now and have had a positive experience always. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the team is genuinely caring and attentive to the cats needs. My cat Ginger seemed comfortable and happy during their stay, and i appreciated the regular updates and photos/videos we received while i was away. I would definitely recommend Pets Hangover to other pet owners looking for a safe and caring place to board their pets.

Our furry adores his weekly swimming visits and the experience is always a delight. Rahul, their staff member, stands out for his incredible friendliness and gentle approach towards our dog. We couldn't be happier with the service they provide!

Been visiting the resort for the swimming. She absolutely loves that time. Swimming time and the charges are totally worth it when your pup enjoys. Its a well maintained place with trained staff to handle pets. Car parking space available outside the resort.

Had to travel out of town and couldn’t take my huskies along. All I could think of is of Pets Hangover Day Care. I dropped them for 3days and was given regular updates of my pets. It’s a safe & secure place for my pets and would definitely recommend if anyone has such need. My huskies look good and seemed to have stayed well. Thank you Pets Hangover ❤️❤️

I have been taking my furbaby , enzo regularly to Pets Hangover, for swimming since last couple of years. Enzo loves it there,, the clean pool as well as the grass lawn to play..special mention for their Staff Rahul,who is very helpful and gentle with the pets. Can't wait to try their new pet cafe as well as pet spa.

The service was exceptional for swimming pool, they had kept an guy for the whole time to keep the dog entertained.

Best for grooming and swimming. cage dog hostel charges high . dog get little injured. I think i observed that this hostel is only for pure dog breed.

Had a great Experience. Celebrated my pet's Birthday here. The swimming pool and the park was neat and clean. My pet enjoyed the place. The best thing is that they have a very good and supporting staff. Would Highly recommend this Place.

Such a good place for dogs. Swiming pool & the garden area all this areas are perfectly maintained. We attend the holy party which were organised by them for the dogs, there all of us enjoyed alot. We are so happy from their services to.

I left my 3 yrs old Golden Retriever boy Romeo here when we did pest control at home, Ria was extremely kind & helpful for accepting our request to take Romeo in at the very last moment. We were very skeptical about leaving him there since he is not very friendly with other pet dogs, but when I saw the pictures and videos of him enjoying at the facility I was so relieved and I knew I had found a permanent place for him when we have to leave him at the hostel. Ria and her team are well experienced to handle all dogs and take a very good care of them. I strongly recommend Pets Hangover Pets Resort for your furry kids.

I recently visited pet hangover resort , and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm atmosphere filled with positivity. The in-house pets, mostly dogs and a lovely Persian cat, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was heartwarming to see how well they were cared for and how happy they were. The staff truly made this visit special. They were not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely passionate about the animals. Their kindness and enthusiasm created an environment that felt like home for both the pets and visitors. It’s clear that they love what they do, and it shows in how they interact with the animals. Had to travel unexpectedly and was concerned about leaving my 5 year old indie for the first time. Pets Hangover arranged a trial visit on short notice and took Dora in without excessive formalities. They sent regular updates to reassure me, with pictures and videos of her playing and socialising with other dogs. She seemed happy! Picked her up today. All's well!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent grooming session my Lhasa Apso received at Pets Hangover. Firstly, I was disappointed with the quality of the grooming service. After the session, it was evident that the back area of my pet was not cleaned properly, and when I raised this concern, the staff member mentioned that it was dirt that existed before the grooming. This is not the level of care I expected. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable when the team requested that we leave a positive review about the services, given the experience we had. Lastly, I am facing a payment issue regarding a promised refund of 116 Rs. The management has been unresponsive, providing excuses and delays instead of addressing the situation. Based on these experiences, I recommend that potential customers think twice before visiting Pets Hangover. The management appears to lack the necessary oversight and the quality of service is not up to par.
